We went to a museum and learned about the history of Santorini, the Red Beach and to the ruins of the town Akrotiri, that are still being excavated and pieced together. Next was lunch that included delicious baked fish/veggies and a pana cotta with beetroot topping. Truly amazing food. We spent an hour at the Black Beach and shopping area, visited a church at the north end of the island and then ended the day watching the sunset from a restaurant on the tip of the island. It was beautiful! Read more

We opted to depart following excellent winery lunch (4 pm) as it was long day, and we were staying nearby. Definitely go on day when Prehistoric Museum is included (not Tuesdays) as it is essential to understanding the site, or go on your own as we did. The lost Atlantis experience may be better suited to children. Stellar guide Tanya. Read more

The Santorini tour was amazing and one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. The breathtaking views were to be found all over the island. We learned a lot about the history and excavations of the island and enjoyed the beautiful towns, people, and food. Some of us went for a hike across the island and my daughter and I went for massages at a place nearby our accommodations. Our tour guide did an excellent job, providing us with a great feel for the island. Read more

Very informative guide, and the day was interesting. The end was a waste though. If they are going to offer a "sunset cocktail" they should pick a location with a good sunset view. We were in a charming restaurant, but it was not a sunset viewing spot.

This was a last minute booking because we wanted a guided tour of Akrotiri. It was supposed to be a small group (14 pp max), but it ended up about 18. They were not happy, we had do stop and pick up more people, etc. For us, there were several duplications with "Fairytale Villages and Majestic Views" tour. They were not happy, we had do stop and pick up more people, etc. For us, there were several duplications with "Fairytale Villages and Majestic Views" tour. We finally got off the bus after Akrotiri, giving up lunch and wine tasting. Also Museum of prehistoric Thera was closed on this day, so they took us to Lost Atlantis museum which was not to our liking!
We could've just done Akrotiri with the museum guide a lot cheaper and a lot less time than this tour!

Keep it 14 max as advertised.
