What you'll do
Make your way to the start point at Melantiou Street at the Artist lounge café, located in the heart of Athens Old Town. Meet your tour host at the reception desk of the Artist. Head inside to meet your instructor — an experienced local chef — and begin with an overview of the dishes you'll be creating during your class and an introduction to the irresistible world of Greek cuisine. Put on your apron and start chopping and chatting away with your teacher. Your expert chef will talk you through customary dishes, such as tzatziki (caciki) and spinach pie, as you prepare a three-course menu together.
