Begin by meeting your guide in Korai Square, then grab a freshly squeezed juice and head to one of the city's most beloved vegan cafés to sample plant-based versions of traditional Greek pies.
Continue to Syntagma Square to a shop filled with spices and nuts, where you can sample these superfoods used in many Greek recipes. Next, you'll visit a deli to sample Greece's famous olive oil, the foundation of its cuisine, accompanied by local alcohol. Your guide will also take you to a place in Plaka, Athens' oldest neighborhood under the Acropolis, to sample vegan souvlaki (Greece's famous meat on a stick) and enjoy a salad with non-dairy cheese.
