Your guide will be waiting for you at Plateia Markopoulou, located in the east parking lot of the Municipal Market. Once you arrive, you'll join your fellow travelers and hop into the car. Right in front of the magnificent three lies a modest museum showcasing the tools and equipment used in cultivating and harvesting these ancient trees. Here you can discover the secrets of the centuries-old tradition of olive production. 

Then, immerse yourself in the flavors of Crete at the Anoskeli Winery Olive Mill. Indulge in a sensory journey as you taste their organic extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by fresh bread and the tantalizing flavors of lemon and oregano. A visit to this mill is a must for any foodie looking to explore the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Crete. Continue with a winery experience by tasting five different local wines, each perfectly paired with its own Cretan snack.
