I’m really sorry to hear that some aspects of the trip didn’t meet your expectations. From our side, this itinerary was planned closely with the main traveler (Monica), aiming to reflect the preferences shared throughout the process. That said, I understand that once on the ground, the experience may not always align exactly with expectations.

Regarding the gastronomic tour I’m sorry to know it didn’t meet your hopes. Portuguese food culture is deeply rooted in local specialties like charcuterie and bifanas, and the experience was designed to reflect those authentic, traditional flavors. While this may not have matched your personal taste, we would have welcomed the chance to find an alternative or solution had we known at the time. That said, it's never too late to revisit the conversation if you'd like.

As for the feeling that the trip was too touristy, I’m a bit saddened to hear that, especially since all the destinations and experiences included were selected by your group. During planning, we did suggest several lesser-known alternatives, but ultimately respected and followed the choices made. Of course, we’d be happy to explore a more off-the-beaten-path approach in the future if that’s something you'd prefer.

I’m really pleased to hear the hotels met your expectations and that our drivers, especially Pepe, made a great impression. I’d also like to clarify that the sidecar tour in Lisbon was booked through our team and one of our trusted partners, so I’m glad to know it was such a highlight!

Lastly, I remained in close contact with the group throughout the trip and was available to assist at any point. Unfortunately, since no concerns were communicated during the experience, I wasn’t aware that anything wasn’t meeting expectations. Had I known, I would have done my best to make adjustments or offer alternatives on the spot.

I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back one day and share a different side of Portugal filled with hidden gems and more personalized discoveries.
