For your next trip to Ecuador (there are other beautiful places to be explored, for example the Galapagos), we could pick a hotel in a different area of Quito, for example in the New Town.

First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for your feedback. I'll let the service providers know about it. It's important to know your thoughts on the trip because it helps us improve our recommendations for hotels and other aspects of the trip. However, please note that the accommodations weren't initially of a superior tourist standard because all of the hotels we made the decision to use are tourist hotels, and we always plan and organize the itinerary based on the budget. I regret learning that the three hotels weren't fully booked expectations, and also happy with those positive comments.
I will personally make a meeting to discuss all the feedback you sent to us.

We are so happy here at KimKim to know that you enjoyed the charming Galapagos Islands and their fascinating nature and wildlife; we knew since the early stages of planning this trip that this was our goal, and I'm so glad that Galapagos didn't disappoint :) I'm also happy that to know that the guide rose to the occasion, and positive comments regarding the boat staff will be duly conveyed. It was great meeting you in person, we enjoyed a nice meal I must say :) Yet as I mentioned to the group before when we met in JW Marriott, we have worked with the boat operator and I assure you that they have taken all the corrective measures to maintain the boat; the humidity of the ocean and the tropical environment can be a reason behind the unpleasant existence of those little creatures, but applying the right procedures and fumigation on time will make sure no future travelers experience the same.
