It had an on-site restaurant and had family room accommodations. It had a water filtered filling station, and that was nice to use, so we didn't have to buy bottled water. I would highly recommend it, and the beds were comfy. centrally located near the Plaza de Armas

It was so cool to tour the site, and our guide Henrry, knew so much about the site and was so passionate

This was the easier part of the hike, and it was so beautiful to see the valley below. Also coming up at the sun gate was so beautiful

This was such a unique way to experience the Inca Trail. I also loved getting off the train in the middle of the rainforest. Also, our guide was super supportive in helping the other ladies who were hiking with us.

This was a super fun way to go see the Moras and Moray sites. Riding an ATV was something I had never done before ,but it was super fun,

This was such a unique and special experience; we are so grateful to have gotten to do it. Everyone else at the restaurant where we did it, who didn't get to do the experience, looked really curious and jealous.

We had such an amazing time touring with our guide Edwin! He knew so much about the geology and history of the areas we were visiting.

The food was super good and the venue of the restaurant was also super interesting to explore.

We had a great free afternoon in Lima, we visited Baranco with some friends and Miraflores. We also got milkshakes.

It was super cool, especially the projector fountain.

We loved this place. It was in a great little neighborhood that was a nice walk from the main square and allowed us to experience the local feel a little more.

Such a special and beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay here. They have such beautiful grounds and it was so peaceful here.

Very nice accommodations, but we had a lot of street noise that made it a little harder to relax and sleep here

This was a wonderful little place with quiet and comfortable rooms. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. They had a lovely little courtyard that we enjoyed immensely.

Nice hotel and great location. However there is no central heating system and there is only a radiator in the room so it was quite chilly.

Great service. Need to be made aware of the fact that your room is completely open to the outside in addition to the bathroom. There was an animal that came into our room in the middle of the night which was scary. If you are into this, the go for it. It was still a good experience and we met lots of nice travellers there.

Táquile island was not worth the two hour boat ride there and back. It was very similar to things we had already seen and there was no significantly different activity there. Would rather have gone in the city or done a different activity.

We did not see the birds doing the clay licks which was disappointing. We tried twice but were told that another location might have been more promising/guarunteed.

The location of the Inti Punku was perfect. A very short walk from the train station.

The Sonesta was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect! Within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the main square. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of dishes including local dishes! I highly recommend the Sonesta!

Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the sites! The train to Aguas Calientes was great!

We really loved staying at Las Qolqas EcoResort Ollantaytambo. We're seasoned travelers who've stayed in various permanent tented camps, and this location was fun and beautiful, nestled in the mountains. It was an excellent choice because it felt secluded and peaceful, away from the busyness of the tourist town. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and serene accommodation experience.

The Lima Food Tour was amazing and a highlight of our trip. We did the evening tour, which allowed us to sample some fantastic dishes. We started with the best ceviche we tasted on our trip and continued on to a place near ancient ruins offering amazing tapas. Ending at a bar, we experienced something other than the 'pisco sours', which was refreshing since we'd had plenty by then.

Horseback riding to Devil's Balcony from Cusco was great, and it's something we frequently enjoy on our trips. It's such a wonderful way to explore and enjoy the natural environment while getting some activity into our schedule. Definitely a worthwhile experience.

The full-day trip from Lima to the Paracas and Ballestas Islands, along with the desert adventure, was quite an enjoyable experience overall. Initially, we were hesitant due to the long drive, but the kids were eager to go. The Ballestas Islands were nice but didn't stand out particularly. Surprisingly, the desert oasis, part of the trip which I was initially less excited about, turned out to be incredibly fun and the highlight of the day.

The Short Inca Trail tour to Machu Picchu was a must-do on our trip. We had heard beforehand that the hike was challenging, and it indeed was, but it was absolutely fabulous. Hiking into Machu Picchu provided a unique and rewarding experience away from the crowds, making it very worthwhile. We were glad to take the bus back, but the hike was a perfect way to immerse ourselves in the environment.

Good location! Very nice and clean. They had an outdoor bar to end the evening.

This hotel was okay. It was clean and well-kept. There is no heat/air. It was quite chilly in June. Fortunately they had a space heater in the room. It was off the beaten path and little difficult to get to. We’d prefer to stay closer to the main plaza.

The location of this hotel was great! There is no heat/air, but it wasn’t too bad in June. The rooftop breakfast was nice.

You MUST visit this resort when staying in the Sacred Valley. It was incredible! The resort is beautiful inside and out. Do yourself a favor and visit the spa. I had the 90 minute Kallpa massage with Marilia. It was the absolute best massage I have ever had! Don’t skip this one.

We returned from glamping in Huacachina to the airport hotel. We are so happy we were so close to the airport. We had a morning flight to Cusco. Traffic is insane in Lima.

What an incredible experience! It’s a must when you visit Peru! Dune buggy rides, sand tubing and sand boarding are all part of the experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We enjoyed our wine tasting and tour of Tacama Winery. The grounds are beautiful. It was the perfect stop before boarding a five-hour bus ride back to Lima. Highly recommend.

This is an ABSOLUTE MUST when visiting Peru! The five-hour bus ride from Lima was very comfortable and definitely worth it. The experience includes glamping plus dune buggies, sand tubing, and sand boarding. Do not skip this experience!

Beautiful riverside hotel.

We loved the hotel from the first step we took inside. Unfortunately, we arrived very late and left very early so did not get to experience the hotel, which was a big shame.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Loved every bit of our stay here. Unique and adventurous experience. The pods were clean and not as cold as I thought they would be. The hot tubs had the best views and were very clean. The climb to the pods was exhilarating thrilling and the views were spectacular. Best breakfast and dinner made by the friendly staff. The Zip line experience was out of this world, the best ever. Everything about Starlodge was awesome can’t fault anything. All the staff were amazing.

Hotel looks tired and need of renovation. Rooms were spacious. The view from the room is awesome.

We arrived Machu Pichu at sunrise, magical experience. We had to wait 45 minutes for the sunrise but it was definitely worth the wait. Being at Machu Pichu was an awe feeling. Such a calm place, one of the best new wonders of the world.

We did the 2 day trek, 7hr hike. It was challenging but definitely achievable. Our tour guide claudio was amazing, very helpful and supportive. Once you reached the sun gate you get this feeling of accomplishment and the view is just out of this world. Truly a magical experience.

Scared valley via Ferrata, best experience ever. The hike was amazing, the breathtaking views and it felt safe with the guides.

Nice to watch te Pachamanca cooking, the food was delicious. Very interesting to see how they separated the vegetarian food. Beautiful place.

Stayed at Star Lodge not Skylodge. Unique experience, highly recommend.

Sacred Valley had stunning scenery. Picturesque valley.

Loved it! Very scenic breathtaking views. Comfortable and luxurious experience. The entertainment was awesome, we danced to live music and had loads of fun. Food was also good.

Unique cultural and natural experience. Enjoyed our hike and lunch. Uros the floating island was amazing, very interesting to know how the Uros people live.

Watching the Condors fly was amazing, the whole experience was incredible. Very scenic route. Had a fantastic day.

Compared to our Lima food tour, this was an okay experience. I didn't feel like the food tour quite lived up to my expectations.

Sue the guide was amazing, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this food tour, good quality of food including Pisco sours, Ceviche and other Peruvian food.

Rooms were dark, small and had windows opening to the ailes of hotel meaning no fresh air. No amenities almost. Not a 5 star hotel at all!

Palacio del Inka Cusco was a spectacular accommodation and one of the best of our trip. The property is gorgeous, being an old palace with original artwork.

Casa del Sol in Aguas Calientes was fine for a night's stay, though nothing extraordinary. It serves its purpose in a town that exists mainly for Machu Picchu visitors. We initially had issues with our Riverside room bookings, which were not as requested. However, the problem was eventually resolved, so we could stay comfortably. The Riverside view is exceptional, but the street view was not pleasant so I'd say it's worth staying here only if you have a Riverside room.

Sol y Luna Hotel in the Sacred Valley was simply stunning, and everyone in our group loved it. The little casitas we stayed in were round and resembled yurts, making our stay so unique. While the food and drinks were a bit pricey, I didn't mind because it was a luxury property. The breakfast was included and fantastic. The grounds, including the pool and Jacuzzi area, were beautifully kept, and the staff was responsive. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay.

Villa Barranco in Lima was a delightful stay. This small boutique hotel was charming, beautiful, and well cared for. It was excellently located in the Barranco neighborhood, which I loved due to its charm. Villa Barranco offered everything one could possibly want without the unnecessary fluff of a large five-star hotel. It was exactly what I had hoped for, so I was thrilled.

The ceramic workshop was highly enjoyable. Each of us made our own pot aided by an expert ceramicist, which resulted in our creations being both pretty and useful.

Visiting Destilería Andina and making our own spirits was a fun and engaging activity. It gave us a hands-on opportunity to experience the unique culture of Peru.

The Pachamanca traditional Andean underground cooking experience in the Sacred Valley was wonderful. It was incredibly interesting to watch how they prepare such an incredible meal by cooking underground. The meal itself was fabulous. This activity stood out as a treasure of our trip.

The visit to the Parobamba community to learn about Andean textiles was amazing. It was a hands-on experience getting to dye baby alpaca wool and meeting the talented women behind the beautiful textiles. As someone interested in weaving, it felt unique and enriching.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here at Antigua. Upon arrival the staff greeted us warmly and accommodated our every need from getting massages the same day, to holding onto our luggage for a few days while we visited Macchu Pichu. The lobby and outdoor areas are covered in beautiful art and plants. The rooms are cozy and romantic, they even put a heating pad in your bed at night. The restaurant was one of our favorites during our entire trip. We ordered the ceviche multiple times and also enjoyed the Ossobuco. Breakfast was also delicious with an extensive buffet and menu items as options. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the center of Cusco with plenty of street vendors, restaurants, and stores to keep you busy. If I ever make it back to Peru I will absolutely come back to this hotel to feel its magic once again.
