What you'll do
Your experience begins at the PummaRe' restaurant with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink, accompanied by homemade cacio e pepe–flavored chips, as you get to know your chef and fellow foodies. Once everyone is gathered, your chef introduces the first recipe of the day: tiramisu. Using fresh ingredients and classic techniques, you'll assemble and decorate your own version of this iconic Italian dessert, working the mascarpone cream, layering the ingredients, and personalizing with your choice of toppings, from melted chocolate and pistachio cream to hazelnut powder and piped Nutella.
While the tiramisu chills (and sets), it's time to roll up your sleeves and get to pasta-making under your chef's guidance. You'll learn how to knead and shape fresh dough by hand before moving on to the art of stuffed ravioli. Along the way, your chef shares tips and stories rooted in Italian culinary tradition—revealing the small details that make pasta taste like it came straight from a Roman grandmother's kitchen.
Once the cooking and prep are complete, you'll take a seat and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Your handmade pasta is served with classic Roman sauces (pesto, marinara, and cacio e pepe), paired with a glass of wine, and followed by your freshly made tiramisu. As you eat, relax, and connect with fellow travelers, you'll realize this experience is about more than recipes—it's about sharing food, culture, and joy the Italian way.
