What you'll do

Enjoy exploring Mallorca's famous Fincas with a wine tour, a truly unique experience. You'll start by visiting the oldest winery in Mallorca, which opened in 1711. Enjoy a tour of the beautiful wine cellar and its fermentation tanks. In the coziness of the cellar, complete with a roaring fire to stay warm, you'll enjoy a wine tasting paired with typical Majorcan tapas.

Next, you'll take a scenic ride through the area's endless vineyard fields, making your way to another typical Finca. This one has been owned and operated by the same family for more than six generations. The fields here are truly stunning and offer incredible views, which makes walking through them all the more entertaining. As you stroll, your host will explain how the winery produces its grapes and processes them in such a small and unique wine cellar.

Continue your wine excursion by tasting a unique varietal called Cap Salines Blue, plus three other wines from local producers. You'll also try the Finca's own house red. After your tasting, you can enjoy a round of homemade tapas typical to Mallorca or a traditional three-course meal featuring local lamb or fish (or vegetarian). Either way, you'll pair your tapas or meal with more sips of delicious and historical Fincan wine.

Tucked away at a beautiful estate, is a little slice of heaven. We tried different wines, walked around a beautiful estate, and learned about their new wines and projects. This family has been making wines for decades but did it for trade. They made the wines to barter and trade on their island they live on. Now, this is newer and they are bottling their wines. It's just a serene time with yummy tapas and wine. Read more
