Authenticity
A relaxing jungle retreat, the Aguila de Osa Rainforest & Marine Adventure Lodge is nestled on a hill amid the lush Costa Rican rainforest on the edge of the Osa Peninsula, overlooking Drake Bay at the mouth of the Agujitas River. While Drake Bay is a popular destination for ecotourism, it's known for its remote and untouched natural environment. Restaurant ingredients are locally sourced from the hotel's farm, La Perla, including papaya, plantains, cacao, yucca, and fresh-caught seafood from the nearby Pacific. Their on-site hydroponic garden grows herbs and salad ingredients, and their fresh fish comes from their own boats and local fishermen.
Location

Its location is perfect for nature enthusiasts, near Playa Colorada and within driving distance from the renowned Corcovado National Park. The closest beach, Playa Aguijitas, is a mere 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Our stay at Aguila de Osa Inn was great. The staff was very accommodating and concerned when my wife came down with food poisoning. The resort was remote but beautiful.
