Isavoria Eco Chic Resort, Parga
Intimate cave-style resort with Ionian Sea views and spacious suites with private terraces and plunge pools
Overview
Perched at the western edge of Parga's sheltered bay, Isavoria Eco Chic Resort offers some of the area's best views over northwestern Greece's forested coast. Eleven cave-like suites are built directly into the hillside, with private terraces, individual plunge pools, and panoramic sea vistas. Interiors incorporate smart technology alongside the king beds, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and sleek bathrooms, and a room-service breakfast is included in the rate. For more amenities, guests can reach the Old Town with a scenic 30-minute walk or take a quick stroll to the neighboring resort for beach access and sun loungers.
Kimkim's Take

- You'll have some of the best views in Parga, with the bay, the Ionian Sea, and the 11th-century Venetian fort visible from every room.
- Suites are beautifully decorated and designed, with smart technology, king beds, private terraces, and small individual plunge pools.
- Breakfast and light snacks can be delivered to rooms and terraces, and the neighboring resort's beachfront seafood restaurant is a 3-minute walk up the beach.
- The location is a little far from town for convenient sightseeing and dining options; this is a better choice for those seeking solitude.
- Be prepared that the final stretch of road to reach the resort is very rough and steep.
- Though rooms are accessible, the more remote setting means this isn't a good fit for those with limited mobility.
Authenticity
Isavoria Eco Chic Resort was built in 2023, with eco-friendly architecture that looks like an organic extension of the rocky, pine-clad surroundings overlooking the Ionian Sea. Three levels of cave-like suites are carved right into the earth, with clay-pink walls, softly curved lines, and turf roofs that almost disappear into the landscape. Interiors continue the theme, with neutral colors and natural textures like rattan, reed, and sisal. The quieter setting (just across the bay from Old Town Parga) means guests often fall asleep to the sounds of chirping frogs and calling night herons.
Location
You'll stay at the far western edge of Parga's crescent-shaped beach, about a 25-minute walk from the colorful Old Town. The last stretch of road leading to the resort is rough and steep, so be aware that it's a bumpy ride by car or taxi. The secluded setting is ideal if you're looking to be a little more removed from town, and the hillside perch gives you a perfect vantage point over the town's 11th-century Venetian fortress (and some of the best sunset views in town). A few minutes walk downhill takes you to the beach and the Cape North West resort, which offers beachfront dining and free loungers for Isavoria's guests.
Rooms & Bathrooms
All of the 11 suites include king beds, sea views, private terraces, and small plunge pools, plus smart, eco-friendly technology that lets you control lights, temperature, and blackout drapes at the touch of a button (or wave of a hand). Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the furnished terraces, and the interiors are decorated in an earthy, minimalist style with soft pink walls, tile floors, and carved wooden furniture. Bathrooms are modern and sleek, with rain-style showers, sculptural stone sinks, and eco-friendly Greek toiletries. All rooms include coffee machines with recyclable pods.
Amenities
You won't find much in the way of common areas or extra amenities at Isavoria—it's more about enjoying your own private space in peace. The service is attentive and unobtrusive. Breakfast is a picnic-style affair enjoyed on your terrace each morning, and you can order from a small all-day menu to have coffees, snacks, sandwiches, and drinks delivered to your room. You'll also have access to the partner resort Cape North West (a 3-minute walk down the road), and can enjoy their beachfront seafood restaurant and sun loungers whenever you like.
Family-Friendliness
Children are welcome here, but it's more popular with couples seeking seclusion; the lack of amenities and remote setting make it better suited to teens and adults. Larger groups can book the family suite, which sleeps four in two adjoining king rooms, and cribs are available upon request.
