Riad Le Pèlerin, Marrakesh

Peaceful oasis in the Medina.

We loved Le Pelerin!!! This small riad is elegant and welcoming. Every detail is perfect. The style is a modern Moroccan with a sophisticated style. The staff were over-the-top great! I would highly recommend this riad to anyone. It is a sweet oasis in the chaos of Marrakesh.

Breakfasts...terrific! Rooftop open for relaxing or a bite to eat.

Finding the riad would be a challenge without the help of a driver/guide. Arrangements were made and the staff came to the main road and guided us back into the medina. Walking through the narrow alleyways was daunting for a first time Marrakesh visitor but the dark alley opened into a glowing gem of a riad. The surprise factor made it even more beautiful.

Brand new Riad, very well located close to Dar El Bacha in the Medina of Marrakesh. The rooms were very beautifully decorated. Breakfast was good, and service was nice. Only negative is that the rooms are not insulated from the noise of other guests, so a baby in another room or a phone in the reception woke us up several times at night.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Located near the secret garden and medina, which made it easier for us to explore the medina ourselves at our own time.

We loved this place. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. After the first breakfast they kept track of what we liked or requested and these items were available for them the next day. We learned, although breakfast was amazing, it was a slow breakfast. Knowing this BEFORE our first morning would have been great : "Rian Le Pelerin has a beautifully set slow breakfast that comes to you fresh - so make sure you come down earlier if you plan to enjoy all they offer"

Absolutely loved this charming, well located Riad. Such friendly staff.

Such a special place led by such hospitable staff. We stayed here on my son's birthday and after a very early morning hot air ballooning followed by a city tour and then camel ride we were happy to enjoy dinner at the riad. Everything was absolutely delicious and they even arranged to have a birthday cake for my son at the end of the meal.
