Fun experience to sleep in the desert. Ahmed was really cool and fun!
However, our tent did not smell too great (something was wrong with the toilet pipes) and although we had a shower - it was freezing cold.

An incredible time, from start to finish! We first got dropped off at their outpost, and were able to change and freshen up before the long camel ride to camp. Riding camels to see the sunset on our way to the camp was so special, even though we'd ridden camels before.

The camp is Berber owned and operated. Bereber are the indigenous tribes of the Morroco, and the people behind Tiziri are all locals which means you really have an opportunity to learn about their culture. The camp is immaculate and really well cared for. With only six tents, the feeling is intimate and very special.

Most people stay one night, but we really recommend you do two so that you get to experience a bit more of this extremely special place. The boys will help you plan your day, we visited a local nomad family, a local village; Khamleya, the Oasis, where we learned about the unique watering system of the Saraha, swam in a pool and road the dunes at sunset in a 4by4. Tiziri is perfect for couples and families.
