Overview
Merzouga Dunes Camps is a retreat in the beautiful Sahara Desert, echoing the traditional nomadic culture of the region. The camp provides 4-star and 5-star accommodation options in an unexpected oasis amid the vast desert expanse. The ever-changing dunes around the camp create a magical atmosphere reminiscent of a 12th-century tribal kingdom movie, especially during the golden sunrise.
The tents at Merzouga Dunes Camps are divided into two areas: the Main Camp (4-star experience) and the Royal Camp (luxury, 5-star experience). All are equipped with electricity, hot water, and WiFi, though the Royal Camp tents add heating and air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable climate even in the remote desert setting. Inside, you'll find comfortable beds and furnishings. Again, the Royal Camp option elevates your experience with even more furniture and space.
At Merzouga Dunes Camps, you'll also have the opportunity to enjoy various amenities and activities. Every day starts with a cup of tea or coffee at sunrise, followed by a hearty breakfast. Dinners, accompanied by a drum party, promise to be memorable experiences. Sandboarding is another great activity offered, letting you make the most of the surrounding dunes. A camel tour is also included in your stay, providing an authentic desert experience.
