Regarding the lack of restroom facilities at the Cotopaxi lagoon, unfortunately, this is a limitation of the national park due to conservation regulations. We completely understand how inconvenient this can be and value you bringing it to our attention.

Concerning the Spanish-only commentary during part of the trip, thank you for your honesty. We take this feedback very seriously and will work to ensure better availability of English-speaking guides or additional support on future departures, as our goal is always to provide a clear, comfortable, and enriching experience.
