The Green Slovenia cycling tour travels south from alpine peaks to the Mediterranean over seven days, connecting destinations that have been awarded the Slovenia Green certificate by developing their tourism in a sustainable manner. Starting in the mountain resort of Kranjska Gora, you’ll pass Lakes Bled and Bohinj before hopping aboard one of the world’s most scenic railways. Arrive at the river gorges of Most na Soči, where your ride continues along the Soča River. Enter Goriška Brda, a land of orchards and secluded villages, and pass through the Karst region to the Adriatic coast. Daily rides are not technically demanding, and you can choose a guided or self-guided tour.
