Day 1: Arrive

Today you will head inland to visit the town of Tôr for an afternoon of wine tasting. Learn about winemaking as you sample local Algarvian varieties paired with regional tapas with a stunning mountain view as a backdrop. 

In the evening, enjoy a six-course meal at Bon Bon, a one-star Michelin restaurant 30 minutes west of Albufeira. Each dish is crafted in a contemporary and original interpretation with a respectful nod to traditional Portuguese flavors.

Day 3: Silves Medieval Walking Tour - Dine at Henrique Leis (One Star)

Today you will meet your guide for a medieval walking tour of Silves, a charming Portuguese town, as well as the ancient capital of the Algarve. Explore the narrow cobblestoned streets, passing orange and lemon trees, and learn about the Arabic influence that gives the town its architecture. You will visit the Castle of Silves, its cathedral, Archeological Museum, and the local market before stopping for lunch in an authentic tasca, sampling regional dishes and tapas.

Day 6: Clam picking and oyster tasting; Dine at Gusto (One Star)
