We planned a trip to Prague and Croatia. We used KimKim to alleviate and the time and stress in planning all the details. Moreover, we were bringing our kids (11 and 13) to Europe for the first time and wanted to do activities that they would enjoy (ie not walking through museums and churches the entire time). Our cycling trip through the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia was incredible, thanks to Robi. I can't say enough about how thoughtful and well-planned it was. From the very start of planning, and up until we said goodbye to Croatia, Robi was friendly, professional, responsive, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and all our questions answered. He made the planning process easy and painless, making sure our group was comfortable with all his suggestions and recommendations before anything was set or booked.

While in Croatia, he was always a step ahead to make sure all the details, logistics and coordination were taken care of so that we didn't have to worry about a thing on our trip. He helped us design a very customized self-guided cycling tour according to our ability level, and was patient and accommodating as we made changes and modified to our plans. He was super knowledgable about the region and gave us great tips to make our experience there even more special.
We loved all of the accommodations he booked for us (he helped customize according to our budget), and every logistical detail was smooth without any hiccups or surprises. He checked on us throughout our trip and was available the entire time to answer any questions we had.

I also want to give a huge shout out to his colleague, Goran, who was our amazing driver and support crew along the routes. He was super fun and so accommodating, and we just had a blast with him. He took care to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and felt comfortable with our bikes and routes each day.
Goran and Robi really made our trip epic and unforgettable and I'm so glad we were able to find with them through KimKim and create such a memorable vacation. Thank you so much, Robi!

Bruno was very helpful in planning the trip; including hotels, guides, rental car and all of the many details. His insights and local knowledge were extraordinary. Best of all is that he contacted us almost every day to make certain that all was going well and to help with any problems. All the hotels were excellent; all the guided city tours were excellent. We can not recommend Robi enough. Our trip was well organized and exactly what we were looking for. From the day we landed to the day we left Robi made sure we were taken care of. He arranged all of our transfered from the airport to the different islands we visited. And then when we did the self driving part of our trip he made sure our car was delivered to our hotel.
We enjoyed everything about our trip and can not think of one negative thing to say. If you are planning a trip to Croatia Robi is great at arranging anything you want for you. He will customize your trip to fit your travel style. Our group was my husband and I and 4 adult children and we all had a fantastic time in Croatia!

This was our first trip to Croatia and our first time working with a trip/vacation planner – we could not have been more pleased with the customer service and welcoming accommodations from Sarah and Ivan. The excellent service and responsiveness were consistent all through the process including before we booked the trip (going back and forth on different itineraries) up to the last day when our plane departed. Prior to the trip questions were answered within a few hours through the on-line chat, and during the trip Sarah and Ivan would respond to texts within minutes (about small stuff like questions about tipping etiquette, etc.)! We did not have to text with any problems because everything worked out perfectly – all transportation, hotels, and tour guides (probably our favorite part) were top notch! Sarah and Ivan reached out multiple times with more information if needed, and just to check on us to see how things were going. We would definitely work with Sarah and Ivan in the future and highly recommend them for your trip!

This was our first experience using Kimkim to support our family trip to Croatia. We did not know what to expect and where a bit nervous at the beginning. Nikola arranged for a phone call and right away we were feeling more at ease. He was listening to our concerns and answered all our question. Then, he provided us with an itinerary and we could discuss and adapt things as needed.
At arrival, the 10 days went super smoothly. We were super well taken care by all the people (guides, hotel staff, car and boat drivers) that took us on the different activities. Everything was on time, no delays and no stress. The guides were engaged and included each member of the family. I particularly enjoyed the personality of the guide in Korcula and Hvar. Our boat guide in Split (Toma) made me feel safe on the agitated sea the day we explored the Blue lagoon.
I also appreciated the daily check-in from Nikola and having the prep information for the following day.
All in all a great experience with lots of variety in the activities proposed by Nikola. We would highly recommend it.

Full Day Private Boat Tour to Blue Lagoon & Island of Šolta

Toma our boat driver was great. A bit shy at first but he warmed up throughout the day. The water was a bit agitated and he made me feel safe. The blue lagoon was spectacular and we had a great swim there. Magical water. We stopped on a small island for a drink and a lunch on the other side of the island. Fun feeling to board right at the restaurant. Great fish meal to enjoy sitting right on the water side. Finished the day with one other swim in a small bay where we could enjoyed a Mojito made right there by a guy on a small boat going from boat to boat offering his drinks. Fun experience all along.

More of a villa than hotel. No public spaces. Located in the palace, it was a fantastic location. Our suite was large and comfortable and well appointed with a kitchen, living room, large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Staff were excellent. Met us at ferry and walked us at checkout to meet our driver. Breakfast was in a separate restaurant 2 min walk away. Great stay!

We went on a 12 day trip to Croatia and Slovenia with our friends who have travelled excessively. Our specialist Antonia and her assistant provided us with round the clock accessibility in case we had any issues. We started in Dubrovnik and stayed at a beautiful hotel with a balcony with a perfect view and place for us to relax after our travels. Our tour guide took us through the old city teaching us about life in this historical city where she had lived as a child. Her knowledge and the information she told us was so interesting. Each day we were able to access our itinerary on the Trip Plans app and our agent would send us an email to review our daily schedule. The hotels were beautiful and provided excellent service, wonderful staff and delicious breakfasts. We visited many towns our agent felt we would enjoy based on the conversations and emails stating what we’d like to do. Each town had something special for us to explore - we went to an island where our guide showed us his farm and his home- we went to a truffle farm where we learned how to prepare various dishes with truffle oil, we went to a National Park with a waterfall, an ancient cave, a castle, saw the Julian alps, loving every unique experience. The drivers all spoke English and got us to our destinations safely. The vans were clean and spacious and comfortable. We spent many days traveling via van, all through Croatia and Slovenia. We fell in love with both countries and learned the historical facts about each town provided by our exceptional guides. We can’t say enough about this trip. It was the trip of our dreams and was beyond our expectations. Thank you Antonia and team! We highly recommend KimKim and already referred them to several friends. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Pretty boutique hotel. Rooms were very clean - we had a 2 bedroom unit. Staff were nice. Only issue we had was the technology for working the a/c and lights was hard to figure out.

Sarah did an amazing job of organizing our tours and drivers in Croatia. She was available and responsive from our first contact a year ago and remained readily available throughout the trip, actively managing anything that needed adapting (such as a flooded Krka national park that required a change in schedule and our sudden desire to do a same day cruise to Hvar). She offered many suggestions for itineraries, things to do in each city, and places to go between. Her use of WhatsApp was a nice touch.
The guides and drivers associated with KimKim were top notch - we could not have asked for more!

Everything about my experience with kimkim was perfect. They designed the trip with what I liked, and adapted it to my liking. Anna Maria was the perfect guidance through everything. I was traveling alone, and being a young woman in a foreign country with a foreign la guage was scary, but having all my tours and transport beforehand made me feel very safe and able to just enjoy. Communication was great. One of my flights was cancelled and Anna Maria was able to rearrange my itinerary so I would not miss anything.

I have no words to describe my trip. Whatever you see in the photos, it is way better. Overwhelmingly beautiful country, beautiful people and beautiful memories.

The full day boat trip from Hvar to the Blue and Green Caves was the best. Our captain Joseph and guide Mario made sure we got even more than we signed up for, avoided crowds and even signed up to dance the Macarena with us on the boat.

The food tour in Split was also great, you get to know a lot about Croatian culture and have a delicious meal as well. Definitely recommend.

All my tours were small groups which is a good thing since you get to see more things and get the most out of the experience.

All in all, this trip exceeded my expectations. Definitely want to come back. Eternally grateful with Anna Maria, kim kim and all my tour guides. 🤩

Can not say enough positive things about our trip to Dubrovnik. We are new to KimKim, and decided that since we have pretty busy lives to use them to make the trip planning easier. Bruno was very communicative prior to our trip and while in country. He made sure everything was to the best possible standards. He set up some amazing private tours which made our trip one of a kind. All of the guides that we worked with were phenomenal humans, and they seemed to genuinely love what they were doing. IWe LOVED this trip. We will absolutely be coming back to Croatia and will be using their services again.

Nikola and his team was great to work with and offered great suggestions for activities & itenerary. Transportation was effortless, and all guides were fantastic! We covered a lot of ground, and every accommodation was amazing!!
Favorite place to stay was Makarun Heritage Rooms in Split, and favorite tour was Hvar Local Day in the Life tour with Josip. All drivers and guides were super helpful.

Our trip was wonderful. Our guides, Mario, Vincenzia, Paulina, Robi & Juro were awesome: professional, knowledgeable, informative, happy, interesting, & fun. We toured the towns of Zagreb, Zadar, Sibenik, Krka, Ston, Split & Dubrovnik. Plitvice Lakes & Krka National Parks were fabulous with spectacular waterfalls. I loved the islands of Hvar, Korcula & Lopud. We hiked along the Lopud cliffs with gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea to a farm to table feast in a family’s home. The hosts were lovely, hard working people & great cooks! Spring flowers were in bloom everywhere adding to the beauty of Croatia. Robi was available by phone every step of the way of our 10 day trip to guide & support us. It helped me feel safe & comfortable during my first trip to Europe. The itinerary was packed with wonderful adventures. This trip was more than I could ever imagine it would be. The Croatian people are so friendly & welcoming.
