Excellent location next to the market and historic area.

Very comfortable room. Good location with easy walk to train station and restaurants. Our room had 1 1/2 baths, sauna and large seating area with table, microwave, refrigerator, sink and couch. Breakfast was excellent with pretzels that we took to have as an evening snack. We did ask to have our room cleaned one day which did not happen but were able to get clean towels from the front desk.

Very picturesque hotel away from the heavy tourist traffic area. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

Beautiful old hotel in a residential area. Short walk to public transportation. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Room and elevator were a little small but very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower.

This hotel was amazing! The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking, and the room was spacious and clean. It is located within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. The area is very charming. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna which were very nice. Breakfast each morning was delicious and included a large selection. The staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was not air conditioned, which we aren't used to, but it was still very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with making restaurant recommendations. If you're going to Octoberfest in Munich, this would be a great location!

We loved this hotel! Easy walk to transportation and the old city areas, but the breakfast buffet was the big hit in our group! Great way to start the day!

Dachau was an interesting and poignant historical site and I really appreciated having a tour guide who was able to give us candid historical context around the times and events that took place there. I felt like we learned so much more and benefitted from being able to ask questions of an expert while exploring the site. Would definitely do something like this again.

Schonbrunn Palance and the grounds were beautiful and we really enjoyed walking around, but I think our group was a little "palaced-out" and some skipped the apartments in Vienna. Overall glad we went to see it.

Great tour, it was sometimes hard to hear if you ended up in the back of the group and it poured, but overall a great way to see the city and get an overview at the beginning of our trip.

This was a very standard hotel. My only comment is that we did use the sofa bed and it was very crowded with the chair in the room still.

This hotel was very authentic and nice. The only comments that could make it a little better would be improving the lighting in the hotel room. Once the sun went down, it was very dark. Also, the elevator was a bit of an adventure, but I think it gave the hotel character. The front desk staff at this hotel was excellent.

Although this hotel looked just like the picture, the size was very very tiny. Even with two of us in one room, we felt cramped. Although overall, the hotel was very clean, there was a small bug on the bed and then in the morning, another stink bug on my suitcase. This hotel was fine. My son thought it was very cute, but it was not a hotel I would want to return to.

The front deck staff were helpful. Check-in and check out were easy. The only downside for this hotel was the breakfast was overpriced but this was everyone’s favorite hotel and we were very happy that we stayed here the longest.

This was so easy to book online and reserve our spots. Our tour guide, Patrick, was excellent. The tour hit almost all of the highlights of Munich and he also pointed out some options for us to return to later if we wanted to. This was just a beautiful, beautiful tour.

This was a premium bus tour complete with a phenomenal guide and snacks all day on the bus. It made for an excellent ride throughout the countryside and to our locations, and each of the stops was well connected and enjoyable.

This tour might have been better if we had tried to do this from Stuttgart. It was a long way from Munich and the driving felt like as much of the day as the touring if not more. It was about an hour and a half drive to the first stop at Harburg Castle and then another hour and a half drive to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Then finally a 3 Hour Dr. back to Munich.

The castle was lovely. Our guide’s name was Lothar and he was an elderly gentleman. He was very nice. His English was adequate. The hike to the waterfall was a bit disorganized as although he had a map, he had not really been there and was uncertain of several aspects. He was very knowledgeable about the mineral content of the rocks and was a pleasant companion overall.

The bus driver missed stopping at the location that we wanted to walk. Overall, this tour was hard to find the bus stations and only affair experience overall.

Great location and accomodations for a family. This suite has small kitchen with fridge AND freezer as well as a washing machine. Lots of space.

Who wouldn't want to stay in a castle?? This out of the way spot was really great. Sleeping in a castle but with all the modern conveniences. The breakfast buffet was awesome and they even personalized it by making table name plates for each family. Hotel guests with kids also have an outdoor play area that has many "knight" in training obstacles to run and play on. Awesome for families. There is also a castle tour and museum right on the property. So cool!!

They really mean call if anything is amiss and work to fix it right away. We couldn't find out transportation for m the airport and With massaging with KimKim we got everything worked out. Had to go to plan B ( just grabbing a taxis at the airport) since we never did find our driver. But KimKim folks were on the ball and very much tried to help. We even received reimbursement for the added expense before we returned home!

Awesome your. Didn't have to plan a thing. Just show up and everything is taken care of. Even free time to explore what interested us the most.

Kiran lead such a great tour of Berlin. He is so knowledge and able to answer all the questions.

I left my backpack on the train prior to getting to the hotel. I was very stressed about this. The man at the desk called the station and rode his bike to retrieve my backpack. This was so nice, I still can't believe he did that for me!

We loved this hotel. It’s in the perfect part of Hamburg. It was beautiful.

We never found our driver.

Sadly, this was a joke. Collin could not have been less knowledgeable and less prepared to teach us anything about Hamburg or its food.

Not enough time after the official tour to go through the souvenier shop and make it back down to the bus in a comfortable manner. Confusing route coming back down - would have appreciated more direction to get down.

Really enjoyed the beautiful boat ride. Surprised to experience snow at the top but enjoyed the way up and down.

We were late due to confusion surrounding the bus schedule and route. However, they were very accomodating and arranged for us to join a later tour group. We were very appreciative.

Location was convenient, mostly in walking distance. Room and outside area was fantastic. Park like setting and quiet. Staff was not very friendly. Seemed like that they did not prefer to assist Americans. Breakfast was average.

Great location in Munich to walking and trains. The staffing had wonderful hospitality. The breakfast was the best. The beds not super comfortable and during our visit very noisy across the street with much construction.

Kim Kim's specialist are always available if glitches happen with tours, changes occur, Really appreciate that our support is on the same time zone and familiar with the region so they make suggestions of other activities. For example: one tour was cancelled and our specialist quickly booked a cooking class which was so much fun. Kim Kim also refunds quickly, money credited even before I returned from trip.

Great day spent out of the city. Wineries was delicious, informative and cycling is fun way to tour. Tour company very friendly and knowledgeable.

Guide was fun and made the time interesting. We had thought we would visit several establishments, pub hopping. Different than described but very enjoyable. Had a lovely dinner with group at the end of the tour.

Very hard to describe this experience. Much more impactful that watching a documentary, movie and reading about the camp. Hard to say it was amazing due to the nature of the activity but certainly worthwhile and meaningful.

Had a wonderful day at the castle. The transportation back/forth was very supportive of an enjoyable day. Definitely worth the visit.

This was a clean and historic hotel. It was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was top notch. It was close to everything and we were easily able to walk to everything we wanted to see and return to our hotel if needed. The room was a nice size. There are no amenities at this hotel which was a departure from all others we stayed at. Just a lobby and a front desk. That was somewhat disappointing to us. One thing that was sort of strange is they there is a Chinese restaurant below the hotel where our room was and the smell filled our room. It was pretty bad when we got there but got better over time. The only thing we did not care for here was the parking. They did not have parking. They did provide a discount at a nearby garage but it was the most expensive of our trip.

This hotel was nice. The staff were helpful. There was parking on site with a car elevator which was fun. It was accessible by subway to the city center. There was not a lot that was within walking distance that was touristy and we were tourists so we had to travel by train to do what we were there to do. It was in the nice Schwarbing neighborhood and there were restaurants and shops everywhere. We felt safe at this hotel. There was a problem with our original hotel so we were changed to this one last minute. It was more modern. Room was not large but it was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was clean and friendly. It was far outside the city center. There was hotel parking.

This was our least favorite. It was clean but far from the old town. The parking lot was a nightmare.

Our last experience of the trip. We set up our own guide and hiked to the top.

This was so fun. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try foods of a city. Our guide was Tetiana. She was new in her role but did a great job.

There was no tour the day we visited so we did a self tour. Which worked out fine. It was a very powerful and moving experience. We recommend at least 4 hours to see it all and go to the museum.

Chris was our fav guide on the trip. He met us at our hotel and took us by subway to the city center. Our tour was full of history and he shared photos of different things for a before and after perspective. We had a beer with him at the end and he recommended an amazing place for dinner.

We met our guide Robert. He was actually and archeologist! Very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. We enjoyed this tour.

Appreciate learning about efforts Germany has made to insure nothing like this could happen again. Our guide had extensive knowledge and understanding of history.

The tour was 4 hrs, not 6 hrs. Unfortunately, the courthouse where the trials were held was not part of the tour as we had expected.

Subject was difficult and painful. Tour was respectful.

Oh my word, this gets 10 out of 5 stars, the best 24 hrs of my life, literally! They even let us check out at 3 instead of 12. The pool/spa was fantastic, I will dream of it for years. The views from the pool were spectacular. We were a bit early in the season so one of the trails we hoped to hike was not open and some of other restaurants were not either, but we found another hike, and areas to explore. The buffet was included and AMAZING. We did not have time to enjoy the "private movie screening" for our family bc we wanted to be outside/in the pool. This was the highlight of the trip, highly recommend the splurge. It is pricey but worth it. We had a view of the mountains/cow pastures on one side and lake Lucerne on the other. The amenities included snacks, champagne and a fridge full of beverages including wine. The ferry to Burgenstock is just across from the train station, at Pier 3, and the boat ride is very nice- and the funicular to take you to the restaurant is great also.

the issue I had with this hotel was the location, the staff was very nice, the food at the restaurant was very good, but the location was in the middle of nowhere, with only a gas station across the street. There was really nowhere to go after coming to the hotel for the night, Freiburg is a 15 minute drive away on the highway. The rooms were also very basic. They were clean, but had none of the typical hotel amenities. The bathroom was tiny, there was nowhere to put any toiletries and there were tiny towels and plastic cups (like a kids cup). The parking was also, as my husband said, "the most stressful part of driving each day" bc the parking garage/barn was very tight, need a person directing you so you don't hit anything. The people, however, were kind and the restaurant was good, there was just literally nothing to do there. We took a walk on a short path but it ended at a busy road. Bedding was good!

room was really small for 4 of us but we liked the location, was close to train to the gardens and there was a market right out front that was great!

Amazing! Great guided tour inside the hospital. Full of history and well kept. The dummies that are there really shows how life could have been within those tunnels.

Mojca is very passionate about Vienna. A lot to see and take in all over. Amazing architecture and history all around.

Trip with Pawel, he drove us there in his Mercedes van. He showed us around Terezin and explained all the exhibits within the museum. Very educated and excited to share his wealth of knowledge.

Pawel did an amazing job showing us around the city with the perfect amount of details for everything we visited. He didn't make it sound like a lecture and casually showed us everything and explained it all. We got in over 15000 steps during the tour, but it went by fast because he was really good at what he was doing. Seeing the Strahov Library was magical!

Most of the structures are rebuilt and a lot of imagination is required to see where everything stood. This place was completely destroyed and rebuilt for historic purposes. There is a lot to take in and it gives you chills when you hear about what humans are capable of.

Go through the subway station to get to the actual tunnels. It's amazing things like this exist within everyday life. The guide was full of energy and knowledge and we went from one room to another. Seeing how life was and actual pictures and furniture from that era really made this experience real.

Miha showed us around and was really excited about the city. You could tell that this wasn't just a job for him, he was passionate about the city. He was able to bond with us and not make it seem like a lecture. He moved at our pace and took us to a great bistro for a break.

Great tour guide, learned lots of history and saw things we were not expecting. Great experience!!

Lot of driving for limited time in 1 city, did not get to spend anytime out of the car for the first city.
