This hotel is the most stunning place on earth. My room opened up to a view that required me to pinch myself each morning. Even now, I check my pics "nope, it really looked like that." If the hotel only had the view to recommend it, the hotel would be four star, but it doesn't stop there. The staff is ridiculously kind and considerate, making recommendations, asking how our day went, etc. It's location is easy walking distance to local restaurants and it's about a 30-minute walk to Fira if you want to expand your reach. The wine bar gives the best views on the island--and as it starts to get chilly the servers come by with blankets. Everything on the menu is excellent and you could happily stay there each night. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with enough room for families and the loft gives a bit of privacy. The real star of this hotel though is the view--almost every step gives you a new vista. Heliotopos is simply wonderful.

We loved this hotel. The staff were helpful and kind--everything was made easy. Our room had the most perfect view over the Aegean. Each morning, I made myself an espresso and watching the sun come up. Everything had the feel of effortless luxury without a hint of pretentiousness. Our room was comfortable and roomy. The view from the room was only usurped by the view from the beach lounge chairs. Even better, you could get bar service directly to your chair. The beach was quiet and sheltered--rarely crowded more than expected. Overall, this place was simply perfect.

Even though we only spent one night at the hotel, it was a wonderful experience. You simply can't beat the amazing location making everything very walkable. The hotel staff was attentive and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff made dinner recommendations and reservations--even providing a map to give us a feel of the surroundings. I was almost hoping our plane home would get delayed so we'd have to return for another night.

When we were in Mykonos, we met a fellow traveler who told us that the boat trip would end up being the highlight of the trip--he was not wrong. In fact, he might have undersold it. The tour was stunningly beautiful and almost decadent. How often do you get to spend hours on a boat with wine and great food and fun company--looking at the most beautiful island in the world. The boat staff was informative and helpful. Snorkeling was so amazing and the water (although a bit chilly) was crystal clear and you could see everything. This was definitely something I would do again in a heart beat.

The tour was from the start amazing. Seeing Oia in the morning meant we missed the crowd that can make that town into an anchovy tin. We got to see the beautiful city without feeling crammed into the narrow walk ways. The guide was engaging, funny, and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the visit to the Pyrgos and learning about the history of fighting off pirates with narrow walkways and off beat steps. This tour had a potent mix of history and views--plus wine! Can it get better?

I feel this tour unfortunately suffered from comparison with the outstanding tour we had at the Acropolis. It was an exceellent tour with stunning vistas and interesting information about the site.

Kiki was amazing. Having a private tour added so much to our experience and to our knowledge of the site. It was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Having a private tour guide allowed us to go at our pace and ask every question we could think of. Also, Kiki knew everything.

We haven't received our photos yet, but I would be shocked if they didn't turn out great. Our photographer I think his name was Thanos was amazing. He was providing direction and tips to make the photos beautiful. He really made sure we go all the shots possible. Highly recommend.

Awesome crew! Good drinks a decent meal, beautiful boat. If you are looking for something small and intimate, this is no it. there were about 125 people on the boat, but it was fun! We danced and had a great time.

Transport was great. Once we arrived we didn't start tasting the wines until about 40 mins or so after...snacks were not curated or thoughtful. He didn't explain if it was supposed to be paired with the wine.

Too long, not enough time to rest and have a cold beverage etc...with the weather being so hot it would be nice to have places to sit at each of the stops.

The Sea Turtle rescue tour was very interesting and all of our boys (ages 17-6) loved it. Cape Sounio was breathtaking.

Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and great with our two younger boys. She was prepared with pictures and activities to make the site come to life!

Great location, beautiful area, however the room had a bright orange exit light that could not be turned off right by the exit to the room and made it hard to sleep. They also gave us the wrong breakfast one day, which caused a delay in our plans for the day, unfortunately. Otherwise they were extremely helpful, even finding me an ENT on the island to see in an emergency. The staff were extremely friendly, the facility was very clean, and the location couldn't be beat.

Beautiful ride, but kind of a packed 'sailboat' which was actually running on a motor. There were ~50 people on the boat and not many places to sit. Honestly, not sure I would recommend this. The sights were nice, and the dinner was good, but it was just so crowded on the boat and I felt like we were just being herded around.

This was maybe our favorite part of the whole trip. Our tour guide was so cool, took us on a wonderful trip to several amazing locations. highly highly recommend. also got to eat some amazing local cheeses and olive oils which was my personal favorite part of the day.

The hotel was beautiful and the owners were lovely. The renovations were of high quality and the location was close to the center of town and restaurants, bars, the sea and beauty!

The hotel was clean, quiet, the restaurant great, service wonderful, and best of all was its location to the airport.

I really loved this hotel--right in the middle of downtown Athens, close to restaurants, a walk to the Parthanon and other sites and very comfortable beds.

Very beautiful views. Nice rooms. Vassilini and staff very helpful. The only possible drawback is the number of steps up and down to your room. 220 steps one way. For us it was fine.

Very nice accomodations and centrally located. The street noise can be a little loud at night until the bars close.

SO wonderful. The staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Our room wasn't ready so they gave us complementary wine and a sampling of Greeks finger foods while we waited at the pool. On checkout we were gifted a bottle of wine from their vineyard. The staff work so hard, and such long hours, but they were so amazing the whole time and you'd never know how hard they work!

We were in awe the second we saw the room, and I had to post photos of the room from the second we arrived. Simply magnificent.

Simply beautiful. The room was a bit tiny, but the view made up for it. The pool is glorious, and the staff were so helpful.

The highlight of our tour. It was a private tour for my traveling partner and myself. Lazarus picked us up and took us to all the best places on the island, and some hidden gems as well. He's very knowledgable, knows so many people on the island, and he used our phones to take our photos and when I say that they look magasine worthy, I'm not kidding. Simply magnificent. The winery sampling was an amazing experience, and then taking us to the highest point on the island was worth the view!

The staff were incredible, and this was the ONLY boat experience we had where they did a little history along the way. They also had a contest while we were aboard to win a bottle of wine for best photo on IG...and we won! The staff cooked some of the most incredible food on a BBQ on the back of the catamaran. It made other trips pale in comparison.

We went to Super Paradise Beach to Jackie O's because we heard so many great things, and yes it's beautiful, but the prices were simply outrageous. We went to Elia beach the following day and THAT was definitely worth the lowered prices. The beach is more expansive, and the options plentiful. And it's less expensive by far than Jackie O

The yacht was beautiful, and the service was amazing. Delos is worth seeing, but it's HOT so be prepared with light clothing. You can't swim around Delos, so we had to wait until Rhenia in order to cool off. The wine was flowing and amazing though. :)

There is a LOT to see here, and Google maps got us lost a few times. I would definitely recommend leaving earlier than we did and spending less time at beaches in order to enjoy more of the scenery. But driving in Greece is so stressful. We cheered that we didn't die when we arrived back at the hotel haha.

The crew were amazing, and the service was great. We also met some wonderful other guests on board.

It's such a large island that we definitely want to go back to do more exploring.

One of the hightlights of our trip. It ended up a private tour with our guide Theo who took us to an array of interesting, local and hidden places, and ended with us on a rooftop overlooking the Parthenon at night. It was just magical. Would recommend this to anyone who visits.

We had low expectations because people had said Athens didn't have much to offer, so we only booked two nights and then wished we had longer!

Daily homemade fresh breakfast. Warm inviting hostess and friendly staff, particularly Betty. Rooms were beautiful and private balcony peacefully located near beach and good restaurants. However, you must have a car to get to main hub of Naxos but great location for a quieter experience . Near octogenarian nudist beach, if that’s your thing…

I wished we knew we needed a taxi to get to/from central city.

Great location in the Plaka so easy to get to good restaurants, shopping, and the acropolis. We only had 6 hours of daylight in Athens so this location was primo-we we’re lucky. Breakfast in the rooftop was extremely enjoyable and a great way to end our trip.

This is a great hotel! The staff is over the top accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast delivered daily to our balcony made us feel like princesses. Rooms were beautifully yet simply adorned with a refrig, plates, glasses, minibar. They were generous with their bottled water since can’t drink from faucet. Location on the walking path is convenient to all places. HIGHLY recommend this amazing hotel for the service, rooms, view!

Book it! This place is the greatest! You will need help getting your luggage down the cobblestone path to the actual hotel so call ahead to arrange. They are quick to help.

Loved this sailing trip to see different areas of Santorini. The sulfur area died my swimsuit however it was worth it. Great staff and while the crowded dock before boarding seemed chaotic it clearly worked out. Highly recommend.

Thanos Papagiannopoulos was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. He pointed out all the natural herbs-oregano, rosemary, thyme, and a few others all along our 4 hr hike. He sprinkled in a lot of history about the land, volcanoes and his stories from his teaching career. He made the sometimes very steep climb very enjoyable. The private sunset spot he took us to was spectacular! This was a great experience.

Naxos sailing experience was fantastic! The crew was fun and knowledgeable. Highly recommend doing this day trip. Bring lots of sunscreen.

Highly recommend this manageable historical hike. Our guide was Yodai (?sp) and she was great and very thoughtful. Beautiful sights.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a great location! It is right next to the bus station so it was a short trip into Mykonos town. Platos Gialos is beautiful! And it is within easy walking distance of Psarou Beach (also beautiful!). We also really enjoyed the breakfast bar, and the room was spacious, clean, and VERY comfortable!

This was such an interesting tour! We loved spending time with our guide Manos, who was incredibly friendly and courteous. He made sure to show us some of the local spots, which was a fun change of pace from the more-touristy Venetian harbor. Of course, he found a great spot for coffee with a view and our lunch was delicious!

We can't say enough amazing things about our guide Antonis! His tour was SO entertaining and informative. The food and drink were amazing too, but what we cherished our time with Antonis even more. The view at sunset is spectacular - highly recommend!

We had a great time with Kostis, who entertained us with explanations of local culture and even incorporated history and science into his tour! The food was AMAZING! And the beer and wine were even better! We had some beautiful sights/views along the way which made for some great memories.

The crew was a lot of fun and made sure we were all comfortable and well fed throughout the voyage, and the snacks and drinks that were provided were tasty. The sunset is absolutely incredible and we would 100% recommend doing this again!

Theo met us at our hotel and immediately took us out for coffee and breakfast. He told us all about Athens, reviewed our trip with us, gave us some recommendations, and walked us to Monastiraki square for some shopping. It was a great way to start our trip!

We met Stelios for our walking tour of Mykonos town. Not only were we completely mesmerized by the town, but Stelios entertained us for the entire 90 minutes. We loved hearing everything he had to say about the town, food, shops, Greek culture, and he was even more interested in getting to know us and our interests. It felt like we were walking the town with an old friend. Stelios also gave us some great recommendations for food and drink for our remaining two days on the island. It was a phenomenal, personalized experience on our first night in Mykonos!

Take the stairs at least once to get a greater appreciation for the building. Beautiful! Stay on the 4th floor with the view if you can.

It's a family business, and they are eager to please. When it comes to the included breakfast, forget trying to tell them you're full. They firmly believe the way to a customer's heart is through the stomach. The harbor, town, bus stop, and nearby beaches were close by. We wanted for nothing. The online pictures are accurate.

Don't be afraid to ask for anything you need because they are eager to help.

Perfect place to stop in the middle of a long trip. You don't need to leave the hotel for a fantastic dinner with a view, poolside drinks, excellent hospitality, laundry service, and rooms with luxury amenities. It's a crazy ride to get there, but you won't get anywhere on Amorgos without such experience. The village is charming. Every meal will fill you up, and still, you'll ask for more.

It lacks a view so we have to give it only 4 stars. The staff is fantastic. The rooms are more spacious than most boutique hotels. I liked that there was space to hang our clothes to dry.

We are giving this five stars for location; they are 6 minutes from everything. That was our running joke anyway because we never had far to walk. The neighborhood is delightful. The staff is helpful. There is coffee available in the room. Breakfast is served at 8 am, so if you have early plans, include a stop at the nearby bakery/ coffee shop before you go.

Be patient when the staff tells you to close all the windows and wait 30 minutes for the air to kick on. It works!

An absolute must. It was only two stops but well worth it. Our driver Spyros was funny. Katerina, the owner of the distillery, was a generous host. We could have spent another hour there but had to leave for the Olive Oil Tasting. We could have passed on the Oil Tasting; it was touristy and deserved three stars.

We particularly appreciated the tour through the village of Langada. The stop at the bakery at the end was a nice finish. It's not Amazing but recommended if you want to know a little more as you explore.

We're giving this a five-star rating only because our guide added the monastery upon request. The tour was not overwhelming, but the guide shared many interesting facts about this sleepy, somewhat untouched island. The island is a diamond in the rough, and we hope it stays that way. We recommend it WITH a stop at the monastery.

This was a cool reprieve and a lovely day at an incredible secluded beach. If it's any indication of the beauty, there were a number of $M Private Yachts off the coast, but no cruise ships!!!! We love this island, its history, and the very special community that keeps it alive. Janas (sp) was our guide. He was extra laidback and allowed us to guide our own exploration and ask questions. Its a tiny island worth honoring.

This was one of the biggest unexpected highlights of our trip. I can't believe we almost canceled it due to the winds. The boat was just the right size for the six of us and the 2 person crew. They sailed with the winds and took us to places only small sailboats could go. The waters were crystal clear. We sailed through caves where the water's turned purple. We found white rock cliffs to jump from into the incredible coves. The food was okay but the drink was plenty. It kills me that I can not remember the name of the fabulous woman who served as shipmate and guide because she also entertained us with song. The captain shared his guitar and let us play while we all say. He played a few beautiful songs and sang with our guide. I am so sorry I can not remember their names. You could not ask for a more memorable Greek sailing tour.

If you go to Milos, you must go on this tour. It's a fantastic way to understand the history of this island and appreciate its history. Yes, I am still referring to a food tour. We cooked fish in the sand, ate fresh goat cheese, and ended with island wine. Our tour guide, Micheal, was the bomb. Request Michael if you can, as he is a local and owns a cocktail and wine bar called Fiki. He's an incredible host, as were all the establishments we visited along our tour.

As good as it gets for a large group tour. The food and people were good. The island visits touristy and the beaches are not so pristine. Be ready for crushed rock, not sand. My husband loved his first jump in the sea. We had fun.

This was an average tour but might have been better if buildings hadn't been closed or stops missed. Our guide and driver were as interesting as the tour. The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center was closed and the mirror pool was not as impressive as the photos. We were not able to get close to Lake Vouliagmeni but did manage to see it from a lookout point. I think we would choose to go there for the day instead of the tour. I don't remember "Enjoy a selection of meze (Greek tapas) and a drink at a seaside tavern" but we did get a fabulous recommendation for one in the city. The sunset was pretty at the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion. Our guide new where to take the money shot.

The guide was very informative. You will find yourself standing a lot. It's a large group tour so expect the obvious. We are glad we did it when we first arrived in Athens.
