Would not recommend at all. Windows don’t close so you hear street noise all the time. Bathroom was incredibly small and you had to sit sideways on the toilet. They gave us a small packet of shampoo which were very tacky. They need to install the refillable soap/shampoo containers that most hotels had. They are going through a remodel so maybe these issues will change. No elevator and confusing signs on the second floor so you couldn’t find your room.

Amazing! Like a 5-star retreat! Wonderful location and exceptional staff. Everything felt like we were appreciated and welcome. They had tea and filtered water for travelers.

Located on the Plaza des Armas which is great for getting around to restaurants and local shops but horrible for sleeping. Big bathroom but old jacuzzi tub instead of shower which raised accessibility issues for one of us. They had filtered water easily available to travelers which was welcome and appreciated. Overall the hotel was adequate with nothing to get too excited about.

Adequate - nothing special. Needs to have either filtered water or tea available in the lobby.

Greatness in everything - location, staff rooms. They provided two types of tea all day and filled out water bottles from the kitchen. Room had a tea kettle which we used for the colder nights.

Hotel was nicely situated with great views. Dining option was great considering there weren’t a lot of places around.

Adequate accommodations. Very small breakfast area- hard to find seats. Thank you for having filtered water available to travelers. Good location - 1 km to main walking street.

The Monastery of Santa Catalina was the only worthwhile part of the tour and because it was in the city center, you could get there without a city tour. Most of the interesting things are in the center and easy to see on foot without a guide. The town of Arequipa is chaotic and dirty. We didn’t find anything special about this part of our trip and wished we had just planned without it.

WOW! Everything about this tour was exceptional. The guide was amazing, and the timing perfect. The view of the condors was incredible. The local guide stopped at an alpaca/llama rest stop/ photo op where we got up close to the herds and great photos.

Incredible experience to see how the Uros people live as well as visit Taquille island.

Fascinating to see the countryside and high plains living.

Great trek - it was so beautiful and worth the difficulty of the hike up the stone forest.

Excellent experience and guide. Having a personal guide is the way to go through Machu Picchu and really enjoy the experience.

The historical places were incredible. Definitely a must to see Pisac and Ollantaytamabo!

Moray was incredible to see. The salt mines were interesting as well. We took a bus tour with about 30 people. Tour guide was bossy but very knowledgeable. She only took us to her favorite shops on the tour and limited other interactions with local sellers. The tour of the textile “ factory” was interesting to see how they use the alpaca hair but we felt heavy pressure to buy their goods. Their Alpaca wasn’t nice.

Incredible experience but take motion sickness pills and patch and all other precautions.

Guides were nice and sites were interesting. Lima itself wasn’t great - too much traffic and big city chaos. You can skip Lima city tours and not feel short changed.

Wonderful quaint mini suite in the heart of Cusco! Walkable and close to everything

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms but my room and others in the hotel have no window opening to the outside only to the hallway, which is very uncomfortable and I feel unsafe. But other than that everything is good.

Nataly was an excellent guide. Felt very safe in the city.

Javier our guide was excellent. Met us the night before and gave us the rundown of what would be happening on the day of the visit.

The hotel was a bit old but the room was on the seventh floor with a view of the lake. The sunrise was amazing

Wonderful hotel, just a few minutes from he main plaza. Amazing breakfast in the morning and extremely polite staff. The second two nights we got a view of Cusco and it was beautiful

What an amazing experience. Yes, what you see in the picture is going to be your room. Perfectly maintained little paradise in the middle of the jungle, only reachable by boat. A semi-private guide took care of us for 3 days, bringing us the excursions to Lake Sandoval, on the river at night to see caimans, and some walks in the nearby jungle to see trees, birds, and more. Meals were included and very good.

Perfect safe location. Rooms are very small. Breakfast was amazing.

The market in Puerto Maldonado was so and so. Very poor area, but glad we got to walk a bit around with the help of the guide

cool tour of the surrounding jungle learning about walking trees, strangling figs, termites, and fire ants. At night, we went on the Madre de Dios river to spot caimans.

We loved the trip to the Sandoval Lake. We did a beautiful walk in the jungle, seeing monkeys and birds, and then we took a canoe on the lake to see more animals (caimans, birds, sloths). The guide was amazing at spotting animals

Very cool way to experience the sacred valley! We drove around and reached Moray and the salt mines. It was really fun

Amazing meal at the pachamanca farm. It was cooked in front of us in an inground oven filled with hot stone. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Ollantaytambo was very interesting, we did not have a guide but we ended up hiring a private guide on the spot. It was super interesting to hear about the inca and how it was built. The train to Machu Picchu was cool, with a panoramic view (glass roof).

Amazing view. The private guide was really good at explaining and taking pictures of us. We were never rushed and it was not too crowded thank to the fact we did the 8am tour

Amazing view. We truly enjoyed the short walk on the Andes with an alpacas along the way. This is the new site (there is another rainbow mountain a lot more popular) and we were the first one to reach the top. The stop to the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch was a good way to interrupt the long drive and the food was very good.

WoW. What an amazing and unforgettable experience! This old-fashioned luxury train felt so authentic, and the scenery was amazing. The meal was absolutely delicious and the staff was so attentive. One of the best experiences of the trip

The kayaking was good, but it was attached to the group (a very large group) to go to the Taquila island. We were rushed to he island with the Uros, and also, all the time, on the Taquila island, we were rushed. I strongly advise getting a private tour on the lake instead; this excursion did not work for us. A real pity since the kayak part was nice. Also we were expecting 1.5 hours of kayaking but we did only 1 h.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Close to all the in-town attractions. Very friendly staff.

The accommodations were comfortable, and the locations was convenient. There was no electricity or hot water the first night.

Beautiful view, great staff, good restaurant, comfortable room. More modern than our other accommodations while in Peru.

The breakfasts and staff were very good. Unfortunately, the accommodations left quite a lot to be desired. The room was very cramped, had no windows or other means of ventilation, and was way too warm at night. There was no room for unpacking luggage. The bathroom smelled of sewage. The hot water was unreliable. And, the soap and shampoo dispensers remained empty, despite our requests that they be refilled. The building has a beautiful interior, but we would opt for a Motel 6 over such an uncomfortable facility.

Ceci was a great guide. The tour was very informative, and we got to try quite a lot of different foods. Most of the food was prepared in front of us with the chefs explaining the process as they went. Barranco is beautiful. A must-do tour.

This hotel is OK. We understand this is the backup choice since we could not et Palacio del Inka. As 3 stars hotel, it is a place to sleep. This location is not bad, next to Palacio del Inka.

This hotel experience is far beyond our expectations. if possible, we would give 6 stars.

This hotel is very nice. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent.

The Posada Amazonas Lodge experience is excellent. The rooms is very nature. Food and staff are excellent. Our guide is super good.

Departure arrangement is customed based on the flight. All the staff is professional, friendly.

All the activities are arranged based on your own preference and capabilities. The activities we choose are excellent and fit our expectation.

This was a quick overnight for flying out. Only 1.5 miles from the airport but took like 45 min to get there bc of the traffic and screwed up roadways. We had to leave at 4:30am and asked if we could take breakfast to-go and they were militant about not allowing us to take any food away (despite having our own containers) and only allowed us to take a piece of fruit and coffee.

Stunning historic hotel that was beautifully appointed with lovely community spaces in a natural environment (with games and tea, water). The breakfast was the best on the trip - with full buffet and order off the menu. We enjoyed a lovely yoga class on site. Location was ideal, in the center of the city.

Great location and stunning views of the river. Elevator smelled like mold / mildew so we used the stairs, thankfully we were on the 3rd floor. We had a massage at the lower level of the hotel which was a little sketchy (room seemed unfinished and they could do more to protect modesty). We had to ask 3 times for additional towels and finally just stayed at the front desk until they handed them to us.

Beautiful historic hotel but disappointed in customer service. Lovely room that accommodated our family of 4 very comfortably. Excellent breakfast. We loved cozy bar/ community room on the first night. We were disappointed to see the room closed on the second night (for maintenance). Unfortunately the hot tub was non-operational which limited the amenities available on the gorgeous grounds. With no hot tub and no community room, they missed an opportunity to "made it right" by providing a fire pit for guests as an alternative gathering spot. Despite us asking about it, they did not seem interested (although fire pit was available for sale- outrageously priced at 1 bundle of wood for $25USD for only 1 hour). We asked for their assistance in calling a taxi but they did not know how to do this or didn't want to be bothered. Lastly, with an early morning departure, we were frustrated they did not allow us to take breakfast food to go, but did give us some dry snacks and bottle of water. Staff seemed to hide behind a language barrier and just didn't seem motivated or interested in providing a good customer experience.

Beautiful hotel with fascinating antiques throughout. We loved drinks at the quaint bar, and morning coffee on the terrace. Breakfast was delicious. We were so grateful to have filtered water stations on each floor which made it easy to stay hydrated which was so important for us to enjoy our stay.

We loved our time exploring Cusco for 2 reasons: first, bc it was the summer solstice festival and second bc our guide coordinated Rosaura (girl from the alpaca farm) to be able to join us for the day. We toured the city with her and took her to lunch - she was an absolute joy to be with and for my kids to have a real cultural exchange.

Incredible experience, breathtaking views, but it was high exertion, very challenging physically (and we're all fairly fit).

Train ride was a lovely experience in and of itself! Exploring Machu Picchu with EJ was mind blowing and very memorable.

We loved this - the traditional meal experience was so culturally enriching (and delicious). The welcome cocktail was so good that we ordered another round. Such a lovely and peaceful experience, we didn't want to leave.

Exceptional experience, loved the market and the city. Best part of the trip was the alpaca farm and shop. We could have spent all day there petting the animals and getting to know the charming locals.

Excellent experience overall. Marino was so accommodating (helped us with a pharmacy trip), was friendly and engaging throughout the experience. Restaurant was great because we could taste a wide range of authentic Peruvian food.

Our driver Rafael was great and made it a fun drive (albiet a long one) with soft 80's music and engaging conversation. Abraham (lead instructor) and the other instructors were fabulous - so sweet and accommodating.

Was an experience I have never had before. Will always remember this night under the stars.

Lovely experience in the middle of nowhere. The walking tours were good. Carlos was our guide. He was patient, friendly, and answered our questions. Some of the walks were quite long. We had a long boat ride in the mid day heat which wasn’t that great, and weren’t prepared for.

In a good location. Easy walk to Miraflores places of interests. Lots of good restaurants around. The breakfast was good. Dinner so-so. Comfortable, spacious rooms.

The floating island of Uros tour was really touristy. But was good to help out the islanders by purchasing some of their products.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English well. Sometimes alittle too much info.

The salt flats were an amazing experience. Our guide and driver were good. Reliable, knowledgeable and overall good.

This was such a unique way to experience the Inca Trail. I also loved getting off the train in the middle of the rainforest. Also, our guide was super supportive in helping the other ladies who were hiking with us.

This was a super fun way to go see the Moras and Moray sites. Riding an ATV was something I had never done before ,but it was super fun,

This was such a unique and special experience; we are so grateful to have gotten to do it. Everyone else at the restaurant where we did it, who didn't get to do the experience, looked really curious and jealous.

We had such an amazing time touring with our guide Edwin! He knew so much about the geology and history of the areas we were visiting.

The food was super good and the venue of the restaurant was also super interesting to explore.

We had a great free afternoon in Lima, we visited Baranco with some friends and Miraflores. We also got milkshakes.

It was super cool, especially the projector fountain.

We loved this place. It was in a great little neighborhood that was a nice walk from the main square and allowed us to experience the local feel a little more.

Such a special and beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay here. They have such beautiful grounds and it was so peaceful here.

This was a wonderful little place with quiet and comfortable rooms. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. They had a lovely little courtyard that we enjoyed immensely.

Nice hotel and great location. However there is no central heating system and there is only a radiator in the room so it was quite chilly.

Great service. Need to be made aware of the fact that your room is completely open to the outside in addition to the bathroom. There was an animal that came into our room in the middle of the night which was scary. If you are into this, the go for it. It was still a good experience and we met lots of nice travellers there.

Táquile island was not worth the two hour boat ride there and back. It was very similar to things we had already seen and there was no significantly different activity there. Would rather have gone in the city or done a different activity.

We did not see the birds doing the clay licks which was disappointing. We tried twice but were told that another location might have been more promising/guarunteed.

The location of the Inti Punku was perfect. A very short walk from the train station.

The Sonesta was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect! Within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the main square. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of dishes including local dishes! I highly recommend the Sonesta!

Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the sites! The train to Aguas Calientes was great!
