The room itself was very nice. The road noise from outside was a bit distracting, but overall, a nice place to stay. Very friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and the location along the river was nice. The food from the restaurant was also very good. Our main issue was that the air conditioning was antiquated so it took hours for the room to become a bearable temperature. That and we had several bugs and lizards in our room.

This activity was substituted from our original plan due to the water festival going on. The temple itself was less grand than others we visited, but we assume that was due to the changes that needed to be made, which is understandable. The best part of this tour was our guide. I believe his name was Bee or Vee. He was so friendly, his English was excellent, and was so funny and warm. He gave us lots of great info about Thailand and Chiang Mai. We enjoyed him immensely.

A hidden oasis centrally located in Siem Reap! We loved the pool and the room was amazing. Plus the prices were super reasonable!

Amazing location on the end of the Koh Tao beach. Easily walkable to busier areas with a free shuttle from the pier yet still a bit more relaxed. We loved the onsite restaurant (servers were very friendly + food was solid) but also easy to walk to other options

Tour guide Nick really got to know us and was able to make slight tweaks to the itinerary to suit our desires!!! He was very friendly and the best tour guide we had on the whole two week trip

Such a great experience! Our guide was very friendly and allowed us to provide input into our menu since we were the only couple participating. The food turned out great and we had an awesome time. Can’t wait to take the recipes we learned and make them back home

I was a little apprehensive booking this since I didn’t see too many reviews for it and wanted to make sure it was ethical. Turns out, it was an amazing experience. They talked about how they used positive reinforcement to work with the elephants they had onsite (3 females). We had an opportunity to feed them, wash them in the river, and make them a nutritious snack using local natural supplements.

Dices were great and the dice masters were great as well. Visibility wasn’t perfect the day we were out there but can’t control that. Had a really fun time, thanks Nina!

This place is an experience all its own!! A ABSOLUTE MUST STAY! We loved every moment we stayed here.

Absolutely exquisite hotel. The rooms are lovely. The pool is beautiful. The restaurant menu is so good. The morning buffet breakfast was incredible. The gym had everything and there is a beautiful sauna and stream room. Only issue is the location is not great so we did not go outside the hotel when we works get back after our activities. But the hotel was so amazing that this was fine with us.

Hotel was incredible. Room beautiful. Massages were outstanding. We did that twice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Pool was gorgeous and pool bar was great. Restaurant for dinner and the buffet breakfast was outstanding.

Hotel was certainly 5-star for Cambodia, but more like 4-star for more developed countries. Food was good, but not amazing…same each day. Room was small for a 5-star hotel. The lobby and restaurant bar were outage so there was no inside seating to get away from the heat. Pools were small, but warm water, such was nice. There was a singer or dance group each evening which was nice. Located on the river, which was also nice.

These two activities were so unusual and fun. The railway market was a blast. The floating market was such an unexpected treat. We had fun buying different things.

We loved each temple and site we visited. Nam was so knowledgeable and took such great care of us.

The Grand Palace was beautiful and exquisite.

Elephant Nature Park is so special. Their treatment of the elephants is purely ethical. We learned so much. Overnight experience is a big recommend. Food is same each day and cafeteria quality only. I had a health emergency after dinner after all staff were gone. There was no mention in the introduction of what to do in an emergency. There should be accessible staff on site 24/7 who have first aid training and supplies. I got dizzy and my speech was slurred. It took 30 minutes for us to talk to an RN in the United States. Likely my blood pressure dropped from the heat. I could have been given electrolytes and some basic care. Chi Chi was an amazing guide!!

Chi Chi was so great. We loved our experience with the elephants. Per Day 1 review, huge issue that there is not available staff and first aid 24/7.

This was such a beautiful surprise. SO much more than coming. Learn about Lanna history and customs. Walk through property to see the exotic trees and learn. Meet generations from the family.

Feng is so incredible. He shared not only any Cambodian history and Buddhism but shared his personal moving story. We loved our time with him. He took such good care of us. The sites were gorgeous.

Very moving experience as the people living here have such awful living conditions and extreme poverty.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and stereotypically touristy Thailand experiences. The location is right in the jungle and is such a great experience to be in the middle of nature. A particular highlight was the food- the menu is really good and the food is high quality (we are both vegetarian also, and had some of our best meals at this hotel). The only issue is that the rooms are open and there is no air-con, so (if like us you are visiting in the hot season) you will struggle to sleep at night as it is so hot and humid and you will get a lot of bugs in your room. It’s still a fantastic experience but for us we couldn’t have stayed more than two nights as we weren’t getting a good night’s sleep. The staff and activities you can do are also fantastic and we would highly recommend a stay in this hotel if you are visiting the National Park.

A beautiful and luxurious hotel with an excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are superb, the private pool is such a lovely and luxurious touch. The food at the restaurant is very nice also- we just wish they had more vegetarian options!

Cannot be more positive about this trip! From start to finish it was well organised and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff on the boat were so friendly and just made so much effort to ensure that we had a great time. Our canoe guide Adam was wonderful! The food was delicious, and there were always snacks and water available throughout the day, as well as the planned meals. Vegetarians were catered for so well- in fact, this is probably the best trip I have ever been on where we felt catered for properly and not just an after thought with one food option on the buffet. The activities were also great, and even though it was a long day, we always felt that we were having fun. Highly recommend this trip to anybody visiting the area!

Great hotel- absolutely gorgeous and a very short walk to the night market. It felt centrally located but still quiet. The pool was incredible.

This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed at. We loved it so much, that we extended our trip to have more free time at the resort. The private infinity pool was amazing and had an incredible view. The private beach was also very nice. There are kayaks to use at the the beach, but we were told not to go in the water due to an abundance of jellyfish. We hope to come back to Phuket and stay at this hotel.

Amazing hotel with a very crappy buffet. Rooms were gorgeous! Loved being on the water! The food was like a bad western Chinese buffet.

Beautiful setting and gardens. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Didn’t love having to take the cable car up and down and the rooms could use an update. You get 2 bottles of water a day and there’s no place to buy more. I felt like we were being nickled and dimed for everything. Would choose a different hotel next time.

Really cool to experience Chinatown and the flower market. We were very particular about only eating food that was cooked fresh. I wish we had tried a bunch of little things and not just had one meal but maybe our guide was getting vibes from my husband because he was very squeamish.

Great day touring the temples. Absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful park! Loved swimming in the pools and getting nibbled on by the fish. We only made it up to the 5th waterfall. It was over 40 degrees Celsius. We had a delicious lunch afterwards.

A really amazing experience .

We had a really good time learning to cook some traditional Thai dishes. I thought it would be a bit more of an intimate family gathering but this is a business . Really cool setting on the family land.

One of our favourite days. Beautiful walk along the river with Bam and our Karon guide with a coffee and delicious lunch in the village. Last stop was up to the King and Queen’s pagoda.

Lovely relaxing day. We had fun picking tea leaves. I didn’t want to stop. Beautiful location. We’ve really enjoyed the teas we bought there. Next was lunch on a float house and some swimming.

The Phi Phi islands do not disappoint! Stunningly beautiful! Swimming and snorkeling in one of the most amazing places I’ve ever been. Fantastic tour company. Highly recommend!

It was great. We spent all the time we wanted with the elephants. There was a Mom and baby in their own enclosure and they seemed somewhat stressed. The mom was swaying back and forth and this we were told was because of the elephants weight? If you google why elephants do that, it’s because they’re stressed. Other than that the elephants looked well taken care of and the experience was fantastic.

Nice clean hotel but the air conditioning is very noisy. Otherwise not a bad hotel maybe just a bit away from market and restaurants

The Floating Market was amazing! We went early in the morning so it wasn't as busy and was quite peaceful! The Railway market was very crowded and we did have to wait quite a bit for the train to come but it was still a great experience!

Definitely don't eat before this! We had so much food it was hard to walk after! We loved that Betty knew the best spots to go and got everything for us. All we had to do was enjoy the food and experience!

This was the only part of the itinerary that was not what we expected. We drove up to the village and there wasn't much to see besides another market. We thought this was a full day hike to a remote village but that definitely was not the case. I would not recommend this or I would change the verbiage since it's quite misleading.

This was an awesome excursion, being able to swim in the lagoons was a highlight of the whole Thailand trip! The only thing I would note is the speedboat was definitely overbooked. We had over 40 people in one boat and were crammed in. There was no room for our bags so we had to leave them on our laps. Other than that, it was a great time!

The location in the old quarter, just across the road from the lake and the promenade, is really great. The only place to get a drink at the hotel is at the sky terrace, which was unusable during our visit due to rain. We asked if we could order a glass of wine in the lobby, which they accommodated, but it seems they could better utilize their lobby seating and wet bar, especially during inclement weather. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The ship was wonderful and our stateroom was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. All the meals were delicious.

Probably one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed in in the world. They were also very kind to upgrade our room. The pool and terrace were wonderful and a welcome respite in the center of the city during very hot weather.

Our guide, Bach, was very informative and had answers for all of our many questions. This is a great overview for anyone who has never been to Hanoi.

We were met at the airport and then introduced to our guide and driver. Upon arrival at our hotel, we also met the kimkim rep who had helped us put together our trip. We had no set agenda for the day, but our guide stuck around and walked us through the old quarter of Hanoi to show us where things where and familiarize us with the area. It was a pleasant way to begin our trip.

We loved exploring Hoi An on our own. It's very walkable and easy to navigate. We bought the city pass to visit temples and museums, explored the Central Market and had the best banh mi for lunch!

This was one of our most memorable days. The tour was amazing and our guide was incredibly informative. Anyone visiting Saigon should add this to their list. The ambience and setting of the restaurant we visited for lunch was very nice. However, the food was all pre-cooked and the pre-set menu was basic. We ordered a couple beers and learned at the end of the meal that they only accept cash. Since it was our last day in Vietnam, we were low on cash. We worked it out, but would have liked to have known about the cash-only policy beforehand.

Another amazing day. Once again, our guide was very knowledgable and informative.

This was one of our favorite temple visits, in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Loved that it was so different from other temples we'd seen.

This was a long day. The drive from Ha Long to the Hanoi airport is unavoidably long, but we also stopped for a "rest" stop at a massive commercial location. It was full of tour busses and crowds of people and definitely not a place we would visit on our own.

Despite the incredible heat, our guide Harry gave us a great walking tour of the capital sites. He provided a very good overview of the political and cultural history.

This was a fun night. Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. The only disappointment was the rooftop bar. While it had a nice view of the capital sites, lit up at night, we had to walk through the lobby of a hostel, which had a horrible smell, to the back of the building and up six flight of stairs. The rooftop area was pretty rudimentary, with iron patio furniture and a limited drink menu. Service was spotty.

Our guide was wonderful. He decided to "rearrange" the order of temple visits, and include an air conditioned museum visit, to work around the intense heat, and it was all good. He really made all the difference in our day.

We were glad to have seen this, but it was so incredibly hot. We would have welcomed the option to start earlier in the morning.

By far, one of the best days of our trip. This crew knows what they're doing and took great care of us all day. The food on board was delicious, the kayaking guides were amazing, and the whole day was a beautiful experience.
