Starting with a classic appetizer, you'll prepare fresh bruschetta and learn how simple, high-quality ingredients come together in traditional Italian cooking. Then turn your attention to the star of the experience: bistecca alla Fiorentina. Your chef will guide you through selecting, seasoning (only salt and extra-virgin olive oil), and grilling this prized 35 oz. (1 kg) cut of Tuscan Chianina beef, sharing techniques to achieve its signature raw tenderness and juicy flavor. While the steak rests, you'll prepare complementary side dishes, such as a fresh salad and grilled vegetables.

With the main course underway, shift to dessert and learn how to make cantuccini, Tuscany's beloved almond biscotti.
