Pros
  • You'll be in the center of Valencia's Ciutat Vella (Old Town), so you can get almost anywhere on foot, including the Mercat Central and Valencia Cathedral.
  • Rooms are streamlined with a modern, contemporary theme, including white linens and walls, rose-gold light fixtures, bright bathroom tiles, and black, gray tones mixed with colorful details.
  • Guests can relax on the shared outdoor terrace with sun loungers and other furnishings.
  • Enjoy meals at the non-stop bar with its menu of traditional snacks, like paella, sandwiches, and tapas.
Cons
  • Though the 24/7 eatery is a nice perk for when you're hungry, it can be a little noisy at night, especially on the weekends.

Authenticity

Though fairly simple, Cosmo Hotel & Bar does a good job channeling the city's gastronomic energy at its non-stop, 24/7 eatery. Enjoy any meal of the day with traditional dishes like tostas for breakfast, bocadillos or paella for lunch, and a range of tapas for dinner.

Location

Cosmo Hotel is in the very heart of Valencia's Old Town, so it doesn't get more central than this. You'll be just down the street from the buzzy Mercat Central and within walking distance from the city's main sites. The Valencia Cathedral and Plaça de l'Ajuntament are just five minutes away, while the bullring and Turia Park are about 10 minutes. Getting to the central train station takes 20 minutes by foot or about five minutes by car, and the airport is a 20-minute drive.

Rooms & Bathrooms

As a small boutique hotel, there are just over 30 rooms at Cosmo, all with a modern yet simple design. You'll find a bright-white foundation with pops of colors, gold elements, and black/gray tones. All units offer air conditioning, minifridges, and rainfall showerheads. Superior rooms provide a bit more space, though the penthouse with a private, furnished terrace is the most spacious. Small groups and families with older kids can book interconnecting rooms.
