Nammbú Beachfront Bungalows, Sámara

Nammbú Beachfront Bungalows is tucked away on a hillside surrounded by lush gardens in Playa Carrillo. Despite the name, the guest rooms are not located in individual bungalows: a series of large thatched-roof buildings house the 63 rooms, each with a balcony or patio and mountain or ocean views. You can enjoy the scenery and relax at the hotel's bar, get a massage at the spa, or take a five-minute walk to the beach for a day of sun and surf.

Nammbú Beachfront Bungalows, with its combination of modern and casual-chic charm, is one of the only hotels in the area with views of the ocean. The hotel is surrounded by lush gardens and tucked away off the road on a hillside, giving the property a colorful and peaceful atmosphere. 

Location
Although Nammbú Beachfront Bungalows is located off of busy Route 160, the hotel is secluded, and noise from the road isn't an issue. It's also only a five-minute walk downhill from the hotel to Playa Carillo. Travelers can easily access the beach by using a pathway from the hotel.

Rooms & Bathrooms
The hotel offers 63 rooms across six buildings on the property. Each building has a suite on the top floor. Standard rooms have two queen beds and are equipped with mini-fridges and coffee makers; all have either a balcony or patio. The suites feature Jacuzzis on the balconies. All rooms have ocean and/or mountain views.

Wildlife
Guests are likely to spot colorful birds—including scarlet macaws—around the property and possibly even from their rooms.

Amenities
The hotel has a large swimming pool with an infinity feature and a kid-friendly shallow area. Guests can relax in the lounge area on the wooden terrace beside the pool.
