Loved this hotel!

Palais Faraj Suites & Spa in Fes was beautiful and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, truly going out of their way to make us feel at home. However, the standard tubs in the bathroom were challenging for those with mobility issues, as they were high and had no handrails or supports. Despite this, I found ways to manage, and the other aspects of the hotel more than compensated.

Most amazing hotel palace, very accommodating staff, my room had a window opening to wall do they upgraded us next day to a suite. Food and location perfect.

Everyone was so friendly and kind, especially Fatima on reception and the staff at breakfast. Because it was my birthday they gave me a rose at breakfast and even delivered a cake to my room including a birthday serenade. They really know how to make you feel special. I would return to this hotel again and again.

Wonderful riad. Beautiful, comfortable, staff very helpful. Great location for our touring.
