Honeymoon in Argentina during COVID-19 · Argentina - Mar 8 - Mar 18, 2020
My husband I are traveled to Argentina for our honeymoon and Emi helped us plan the perfect itinerary. Emi had great suggestions for our getaway, and accommodated all of our requests. Unfortunately the end of your trip was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and we had to return home sooner than anticipated, but we were able to enjoy the time that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour of Buenos Aires with Federico, our private tour of the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. Mendoza was... read more

Enjoyable Trip · Argentina - Feb 23 - Feb 29, 2020
We had an enjoyable time in Buenos Aires and the Iquazu Falls. Emilce had done a wonderful job for all the transfers between places and the pick ups were on time. Also thank Federico who was so wonderful in guiding us thru the city of Buenos Aires. We learnt a lot about the political background, history and cultures of Argentina. We really appreciate his service. The hotel which Emilce arranged in BA was really good. However we were not very happy about EcoIguazu's tour on the Argintina side.... read more

Overall we had a really positive experience using KimKim. As two people who don't speak much Spanish, we found their services to arrange tours and transportation to be a huge benefit in making our travel throughout Argentina easier. We were thankful for Virginia's responsiveness and recommendations.
We especially loved El Chalten and Los Glaciares National Park. We only had one small tour/transportation hiccup but Virginia responded right away and came up with a solution quickly.

This is my first time using the services. I had Virginia as my agent and I was very happy with her. Things were planned last minute and somehow everything worked out. My highlight was the stay at the Mercure Hotel in Iguazu. I did not do any research at all and I was blown away. Thanks Virginia and KimKim for making dreams come true!!!
Argentina Trip · Argentina - Feb 6 - Feb 20, 2020
Emilce was very responsive and gave us great service. The trip itself was very enjoyable. the only wrinkle was that we had expressed an interest in hiking anddespite the fact the south of Argentina has lots of great hiking, the "hiking experiences" were mostly bus rides to scenic places.
A great experience with Vive Atacama! · Chile - Feb 16 - Feb 20, 2020
We had a great tour with our guide, Rodrigo, and our driver, Oscar. The two had a great rapport and were both very friendly. Our favorite sight was the Rainbow Valley (which was not on the original itinerary, and we only ended up going because the Taito Geyser Field was closed), because Rodrigo took us on some paths that most tourists don't go on, and we had the whole place to ourselves. Additionally, Rodrigo has studied geology in university, so he was very knowledgeable on the rock formations and other geologic details we saw throughout the whole trip.
Recommend Vi 100%! · Patagonia - Jan 17 - Jan 26, 2020
Vi did an absolutely fantastic job preparing our itinerary for Patagonia in January 2020. She was accommodating to our preferences (everything from date preferences to hotels to activities), and she served as a resource for additional activities and sights to experience during our time there. When we ran into issues with planned excursions, she went out of her way to find alternative solutions for us. I couldn't have imagined a better way to have spent 9 days in Patagonia. Thank you, Vi, for the trip of a lifetime.
Overall, good experience · Chile - Nov 23 - Dec 2, 2019
Overall, good experience
Emilce is knowledgeable of Argentina and provided great suggestions. The service provided was affordable and of good quality. The only improvement I would like to see is to be provided with a fully detailed and confirmed itinerary before we departed. We made this slightly more complicated due to some last minute flight changes but in today's digital era, an updated itinerary would be easy to provide via email. We did not know our exact itinerary for each location... read more
Thanks! · Patagonia - Dec 27 - Jan 2, 2020
I want to thank Virginia for helping me out on the planning for my Patagonian trip and make the most out of it within a short amount of time in the area. Communication was extraordinary since the very first moment and her tips and recommendations made my trip very memorable. I truly loved Torres del Paine and reaching to the top of Laguna de los Tres to see Mt. Fitz Roy in El Chaltén. Although there were a few issues with one of my lunches, someone not picking me up to be transferred to a hotel and some schedule changes overall it was a great experience with kimkim. Totally worth it!
Incredible Chile 2019 · Chile - Nov 28 - Dec 11, 2019
This was our first trip to South America. We decided to visit Chile because our son had been on a 4 month study abroad exchange program in Vina del Mar, Chile and his time there was coming to an end. We did not really know how to tackle our vacation planning, so we scanned the Internet and found KimKim. We decided to go with this approach of travel because we wanted to plan our own agenda and did not want to be locked into a group tour. It was also an affordable solution for the quality of... read more

I interacted with so many people and I can't all remember their names. Everyone was very nice and helpful from Noriela, to each of the hotel crew and tour guides. We had an excellent time. I've been in many trips and the Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Iguazu falls and Rio is up there.
Thank you very much!
