The trip overall was a good trip. But pick up and some detail communications were good on day 1 and 2 then dropped off to nothing. The pick ups were always late. More than half hour late. Guides often speak poor English.

One Easter island excursion was cancelled last minute. I really think this kind of stuff should not happen. I hated scrambling all day to see what I can do and eventually I ended up with nothing. I should have gone swimming at the beach.

We recently embarked on a remarkable 10-day adventure in Chile, expertly crafted by our trip planner, Francisco. The itinerary, flexible and seamlessly modified via Francisco's responsive WhatsApp communication, showcased impeccable pick-up and drop-off logistics.

Beginning our trip in the Atacama desert was surreal. Aptly named the driest desert in the world, it offered clear night skies, small stone houses, and a unique atmosphere. Our exploration included the Moon Valley, lagoons, Atacama salt flats, beautiful flamingoes, floating in Piedre Lagoon, and spending time at the El Tatio geysers.

In Santiago city, we explored captivating attractions, aided by the excellent guide Jose who provided a fantastic city tour and great suggestions for activities. A magical sunset view from the Sky Costanera added to our experience. Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar, with their undeniable charm, added a delightful touch to our journey.

Heading south to Puerto Natales, we encountered a sudden drop in temperature and windy conditions, with late sunsets creating a unique atmosphere. We visited the Myladon cave, took a panoramic tour to Torres del Paine, and had a one-of-a-kind experience at Grey Glacier, marveling at a glacier that is thousands of years old.

Throughout our adventure, the hotel accommodations consistently met our expectations, contributing to an overall excellent travel experience.

Special thanks to Francisco for curating a memorable trip that beautifully balanced relaxation and exploration, showcasing the diverse beauty of Chile's landscapes and cities.

Jesse helped us planned Chile and Bolivia trip. In Chile, we went to Atacama Desert and Easter Island. As for Bolivia, we only had time for Uyuni Salt Flat.

The places we visited in Chile and Bolivia were unlike no other places we have been and probably will never be. The topography would change often and every time we felt like we were on another planet.

Francisco and his team planned an amazing adventure for us. All of our guides and drivers were friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Special shutouts to Jose, Manolo, Luna, Mauricio, Ariel, Danny and Gustavo in Chile and to Sandro and Johnny in Bolivia. To all the wonderful people who cooked and set-up our meals, thank you. They were all delicious.

Julian and Clementina were very attentive on Whatsapp. Everything was on time.

Thanks so much Fransisco and Riwal before our trip to give us necessary feedbacks to tune-up our 2 weeks in Chile. We are enough satisfied about the planning and the main things to do.

Riwal was 24/7 was online with us once we have a question to fix it even not related with the tours and their responsibilities party of travel. We never felt alone ourself 12.000 km far from home.

What we like so much that our daily communication was more friendly than customer-client relationships.

Chile was extraordinary country and Riwal/Francisco did everything that we enjoj it. Thanks so much both of them.

We are so appreciative of the work Angel put into planning our trip to Chile. Our family had a fabulous vacation and it was so easy to book the trip. I simply told Angel the things our family likes to do and he curated hotels and excursions that fit us perfectly. On the day that my husband missed the tour to the Concha y Toro winery because of illness, Angel showed up at our hotel with a bottle of wine for him! We were also very impressed with the guides and drivers we had for our excursions. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The highlights of our trip were hiking to the Mirador Base at Torres del Paine(very challenging but amazing), touring the Torres del Paine National Park with Boris and Jose, and the produce market and cooking class in Valparaiso with Andy and Alejandra. Thank you again, Angel, for an excellent vacation!

Nara was very attentive and friendly on all of our communication during our trip.
Our guides Andreas for our Patagonia national park day and Chloe on our Osorno volcano were great. Our wine guides were good too. It would have been helpful to have a guide on how much to tip the drivers and guides as we probably did not tip well enough for our wine tours.
Overall everything was great!!!

Our 12 day father/son trip to Patagonia was spectacular and we had a wonderful time! Many thanks to Ana at Kimkim for organizing an excellent trip. We started in Chile (Santiago, Puerto Natales) and went to Argentina (Calafate, Ushuaia and Buenos Aires).  In Chile, we did 3 excursions to the Base Towers, Grey Lake to see the glaciers and the Cuernos hike. Our guides in Patagonia were amazing and kind and took care of us (special thanks to Victor and Genisys at Massif). We then did the glacier hike at Calafate which was amazing and again had wonderful guides. We then flew down to Ushuaia to see the penguins - a truly magical experience to walk with them on the island. Also hiked in the Tierra del Fuego National park and took the end of the world train.  Ushuaia is the southernmost town in the world and it was great to visit. Our last stop was in Buenos Aires - took in a tango show, city tour and a Tigre tour and it was great to experience a vibrant city. All of our hotel accommodations, ride pickups, excursions happened on time and everyone was so kind!

Angel was fabulous! Unfortunately, my trip was shortened considerably because I fell and fractured my ankle. In 2 places. The 2 excursions I did go on were both led by great guides. The 2 hotels were nice and staff very helpful.

Angel was prompt at picking us up and arranging the daily events.
Eduardo was a great driver and very knowledgeable.

We had such enjoyable experiences on our trip to Chile with our family and cousins spending the first 8 days in Santiago attending the 2023 Parapan Am Games to watch our son and his team 🇨🇦 athletes compete and medal in Goalball 💕and touring around an amazing city. From there we coordinated 6 days of tours and transfers with Angel and greatly appreciated the personalized service he provided us with from boating out to see the Penguins in Zapallar, visiting the Vina Del Mar beaches, watching a beautiful sunset (thanks to Alex) as well as Sandboarding on the Dunes in Concon, next we visited Valparaiso with Magdalena on an awesome food and wine oriented Gastronomic tour. We then ventured on our first ever Traditional Cooking class with Sebastian that we so very much enjoyed and also fit in a wine tour in the Casablanca Valley that also included lunch. And last but not least have rave reviews for Eduardo our driver who was fantastic and as we made our way back to Santiago enjoyed a few stops including to check out a 1.4km (I believe) pool that is oceanfront and to another locale (the name escapes me) for a fantastic lunch and some last minute shopping in the village shops!

Thanks so very much Angel, Eduardo, Alex, Magdalena, Sebastian (and his sous chef) for creating such awesome experiences for us to remember for years to come!!

We had a great time on our trip. The guides and drivers are vey courteous, punctual, and helpful. All hotels are nice and located centrally so very convenient for us to explore the town. They all include breakfast except the Metal in El Chalten. However, they have a kitchenette which worked out great. The tours were nice. We enjoyed the Torres del Paine tour, the Nativo tour El Chalten, the trek to Esmeralda Lake in Ushuaia the best as we like outdoor activities. The highlights of our trip were the hike to Laguna Torres and Laguna de Los tres. Over all we glad we booked the tour
