Beautiful and historic hotel room, far enough from the beach to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to be able to walk to anything we wanted to see.

The staff were friendly, food was great and location was perfect - so close to the metro and easy to navigate around the city from the hotel

Very nice tour!

Fun and interesting day trip. Would have preferred more time in the village after lunch, but still managed to do some shopping!

This was one of my favorite parts of the trip. Seeing the wineries was wonderful and visiting the smaller villages was so fun!

So much to look at!

We missed our guided boat tour because our car tour ran over, so we ended up doing the river cruise with a band and cocktails, which was still nice, but would have preferred to have the guided tour.

This one was not as fun, unsure if it was because we were hitting our vacation wall, but I think it would have been better to end after the tour near the palace in Monaco. I think driving through Monte Carlo would have been sufficient. Many things were closed and what stores we were able to go in, you get followed around by the staff like a criminal.

Unique and interesting way to view the city

This was such a an unexpected pleasure of the trip! Fernando was great, so friendly and helpful!

Caroline was wonderful—she is very nice, fun, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the logistics managed by Le Franchaise once again fell short. We ran into heavy traffic entering our first stop, Eze. While the visit there was interesting, we ended up spending too much time in Eze, which forced us to rush through Monaco. We had only about 30 minutes to explore, which was definitely not enough. In fact, one of the guests on the tour was so disappointed by the limited time that she chose to return on her own via Uber just to see more of Monaco. Our stop in Monte Carlo was even shorter, lasting only 15–20 minutes. The constant rushing to make up time and get to meeting points created a stressful atmosphere, which took away from the enjoyment of the day. I had been very excited for this tour, but once again, Le Franchaise’s poor logistics and inadequate time management turned what should have been a highlight into a frustrating experience.

We had a new tour guide, Valentine, and it was his very first tour after only two days of training. Valentine is a kind young man—eager to learn and clearly motivated to do well—but he understandably lacked the knowledge and experience to guide us with confidence. Everyone has to start their career somewhere, and we support people beginning in their roles, but Le Franchaise should be doing much more to properly prepare their guides before sending them out with paying customers. On top of that, logistics once again fell short. Our driver arrived 25 minutes late due to traffic and unclear meeting point instructions, which only added to the frustration. While Valentine showed promise, the lack of preparation and poor coordination from the company left us with a subpar experience.

Theo was excellent and very engaging; however, he did not have all the necessary details about our tour. He seemed unaware of certain inclusions, and when I asked about our visit to Grimaud, he was taken by surprise, as it was not part of the information he had been given. While he managed to adjust the schedule and fit in a quick stop—giving us only a brief glimpse—it was not the complete experience we expected. This once again highlighted the poor logistics and lack of coordination on the part of Le Franchaise.

Rafael was an excellent tour guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and a true pleasure to spend time with. We genuinely enjoyed our experience with him. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we were unable to complete everything that had been planned on the tour. As a result, we had to visit some of the remaining spots on our own, which took away from the seamless experience we were expecting.

Superb! Really great location near the beach which is very local, non touristic, beautiful rooms, great food and really attentive personnel!

The hotel was great but hard to sleep at night with no A/C in the summer.

The hut we stayed, Redais d’Arpelle, located about 1.4 miles outside Champex-Lac town. It added additional uphill hike. It is too far away.

The Hotel Jeanne D'Arc Le Marais was really nice, with its best feature being its location. The Marais district is absolutely to die for and was centrally located for access to most of our activities. All of the staff were amazing and accommodating. I acknowledge it's a three-star hotel because of my tight budget, but the breakfast, "bar," and lack of central air took some getting used to. But otherwise, we really enjoyed it. We even found the beds to be unbelievably comfortable. If you do stay here, I recommend staying on the 2nd floor or above (which in France is the 1st floor or above) so that you can open the windows; the rooms on the bottom floor (Floor 0) have a large protective barrier over the window, so opening it doesn't help much.

If I'm honest, the best part of this experience was its location inside the Galeries Lafayette, which we spent *hours* shopping in after the baking class was over. The chef was about twenty minutes late getting started, after we had arrived about 15 minutes early, so we ended up sitting on the 3rd floor near the Concierge for more than 30 minutes. That said, the kids really enjoyed the class, and the parents were all relieved it was straightforward and not terribly involved.

We loved it! We also appreciated going in the evening so we could see the light show.

This was one of my personal favorite activities and was a great orientation/introduction to Paris on our first day, but others in my group had varying experiences.

The family suite was amazing for us. The water view and small balcony was a plus. Location was great!!

Rooms 604 and 406 were amazing. Very clean and spacious. Staff was outstanding!!

We had a very nice cruise but my daughter got seasick. The captain was great and give us history of the areas we passed. There was a lot of bobbing of the boat so take something for seasickness if you are prone to it. We took wine and snacks and enjoyed the sunset. We really enjoyed this! The photo of the boat attached to this activity is not representative of the boat we were on. It is a small catamaran that hold up to 6 people. It is small but new and clean. No cushiony seats.

Our guide was great! We went to 2 wineries. Chablis is the grape they grow. I thought the wines were okay. They wineries were nice. The second one was very nice to walk around

We had a great table by the window. There was live music and the river cruise boat was clean and very nice. Our server was excellent. The food and wine were excellent! There was a guided tour as well of the things we passed. This was one of my favorite experiences! Kimkim got us an upgraded package so we had red and white wine and a great table.

We got our tickets at the meeting spot and the guides walked us (large group) to the Eiffel Tower. They escorted us through security and then took us to the 2nd floor and then put Ilya in line for the elevator to the top. This was very helpful but there was No skip the line . We had to wait in line with everyone else. Our guide helped us get to the line.

We loved our guide. This was a private tour. We met in Monmartre but the tastings were in a different area. We had coffee, then went to a wine store with charcuterie. They give you a bottle of wine with the charcuterie… our favorite. Everything was delicious! We then went to a cheese shop and tried different cheese la. We purchased some cheese. We went to a jam store and tried different spreads and then ended up at a gelato store. All was good and we enjoyed walking in different neighborhoods .

We had a a small group , 8 people total, good guide and a separate driver. We had a smooth entry and guided tour of Versailles with some time to visit the gardens.

We used the app and had to really check 4 hours prior to see if tickets were available. We were lucky to get tickets and did not have to stand in a long line. Beautiful! This was well worth seeing!

We had a private tour guide. There were no engaging stories or mysteries of the Louvre. She took us through the area of the old moat which was neat and she made sure we saw all the interesting things and what we wanted to see . She was very knowledgeable and nice. She was very soft spoken and hard to hear in a crowded museum. She needs to use a headsets so we can all hear. She was a great guide.

Tastings were great, but the guide was exceptional!

They let us come earlier than scheduled and gave us a fantastic tasting. We bought three bottles!

The rooms were not ready until 2 hours after the check in time. Also, one of the staff members told us that breakfast was free, but, in the end, we were charged.

The Montmartre Local Gastronomy Tour was an absolute highlight of our trip. Our guide Emil was fantastic, leading us through charming local pastry shops and treating us to a delightful cheese platter at a cozy restaurant. It was a scrumptious and memorable experience exploring the culinary delights of Montmartre.

Taking part in the cooking class at Cours Saleya market was a wonderful experience for my husband and me. The chef was excellent, making it both fun and educational. It offered a great opportunity to learn and indulge in local flavors while the others opted to enjoy some swimming. It certainly made for a memorable day.

The food wasn’t that good, the cruise was short and there wasn’t live music

Great location- easy metro access and near so much! Especially great if you want to take advantage of late night bars and cafes. The door lock takes a bit to get used to but once up and running it’s fine. Also, the four floors aren’t fun with luggage but otherwise not a big deal. The apartment is huge! The bathroom, kitchen and living room have been redone. (Bedroom floors are crazy noisy.) Just very sparse. No cutting boards, no laundry detergent or drying rack. Just seemed to lack some of the basics. (no extra blankets or fans depending on the season.) While didn’t impact our stay, there is nothing on the walls!

The unit we stayed in located right in town so you couldn’t ask for a better location. It also was convenient for our family of 5 as there were three bedrooms. The house was also well stocked and very cute. But it definitely needs a deep clean. (The house is definitely cleaned between visits but tons of dust and cobwebs.) in addition/ this is not a great place for people with mobility issues. The stairs to the attic are very steep and the stairs to the second floor are narrow.

We had already spent time in the area so it was really facinating to see the historical perspective and learn about France during WW2. .

The Louvre is incredible but it's so big. It was so much. more fulfilling having a guide show us the important works and explain the history and significance.

Facinating and so cool to see the newly rennovated Notre Dame! We literally had no idea what would be included in the tour and it was all interesting. Maybe a little too detail oriented for our teenage kids.

The cruise is well orgnized but very crowded so plan for extra time! I think we could have lived without the cruise. We went on the day before we left and we had already seen most everything so it felt like an activity that we could have skiped.

The Eiffel Towe is of course something not to be missed. We would have figured it out but it probably would have taken an extra hour if we didn't have the organized ticket experience and the person who got us in.

It was really fun to canoe to the Castle and around the moat. It was a nice activity that broke up the day so we weren't just "site seeing".

Chaeau de Chenonceau is a great stop. It was pretty crowded when we went and we were trying to dodge heavy rain.

Our guide, Alex, was fantastic. Fun, knowledgable and organized. Everything was so easy for us- we just showed up and enjoyed! We biked mostly on flat bike paths and Chamboard is of course stunning. We learned a ton and had a great time doing it. We actually had no idea what to expect so the whole thing was great.

After a long drive, we were worried we would get to our hotel late and not know where to go get dinner. No need to worry! When we checked in and mentioned we were hungry, the lady at the hotel made a swift phone call and scored us reservations at a nearby restaurant. It was one of the best meals of my life! The area around the hotel was also spectacular, with a new perfectly picturesque scene around every corner. Our only regret is we were only there for one night.

As if learning to make croissant wasn’t already fun enough, the class was hosted in what felt like an underground wine cellar converted into a baking studio. It was a really unique and cool location!

If you really want to see Marseilles, then tour it with a local: you won’t be disappointed! You will see quaint winding alleys, with a stunning juxtaposition of historic landmarks adjacent to modern murals. I never would have known where to turn on my own, and would have missed out on learning about the deep history which defines the city.

Everything about this day was fantastic: the beautiful chateau’s, friendly and knowledgeable guide, and perfect balance of walking and relaxing. I learned a ton, but our guide never made it seem like we were “just another group” or like we were following a script. She had a genuine passion for the history, her country, and sharing it with travelers. Highly recommend!

No AC the first night. We had to leave the windows open which invited a near plague of flying insects. This ruined the entire Paris experience for me unfortunately

Did not love the location. Very busy street corner, so the room itself was quite noisy even late at night. But the room itself was nicely decorated. Appreciated the modern aesthetic. Kitchen was a bit on the small side but did love the fact it came equipped with a washer/ dryer which came in handy for long travel.

The rooms were great. Love the very high ceilings which made the rooms feel more spacious than their small size. We loved the breakfast!

The Paris experience was not great. We were not satisfied at all with compensation for the first night ruined by no air-conditioning and flying insects. Only $250.00 USD refund was promised (yet to receive). This does not even equate to one night's stay at the Hotel Roi de Sicile.

Not sure what Skei the Line meant because there was still a line. Other than that, a good tour

Chef Dominique was great. We had a bit of trouble finding the place and so we were late. But overall, a good experience.

Too short! So much to see. The Palace is amazing and our tour guide was exceptional. I would have loved to spend more time in the gardens. We have to return.

We did not see any value in going to the perfume factory which diminished the time we could have spent in seeing the rest of Eze and La Turbie. Monaco too, we felt that we needed more time.

Our guide was the best. She was extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, everything felt a bit rushed because this tour was planned by KimKim to occur right as we got into Bordeaux. This meant we had to rush to get to the hotel from the train station, then find our way to the meeting point. We were all exhausted from the strenuous train ride--so this was the only negative. I wish it was planned a bit better so that we could really enjoy it more.

The dunes portion of the trip was awesome. We really enjoyed this. Everything else seemed rushed, especially the walking tour. We would have loved a bit more time.

Beautiful scenery of surroundings of the water Was expecting a calmer ride and I thought we were going to get off the boat without getting into water and thought was a landing to walk on after off the boat. I thought was going to be on a larger boat rather than a mother boat with know covering for a senior was a little choppy ride that distracted from enjoying the ride.

Maybe the description luxurious sets the tone of much more lavish setting and food presentation The meal was good but I had higher expectations because of the term luxurious

Description of type of walking path is rocky brick gravel any hills.

A better more specific description for the Frenc fashion I was anticipating sometime of Actual fashion show or demonstration on how to wear certain items like accessories and design schools or methods. The walking tour did not include much fashion which is one of my interest since I lived to elsewhere and create Designs.

This hotel is one of the loveliest I have ever stayed in! Extremely clean rooms and so much personality! The gardens are immaculate and beautiful. Birds of all kinds to watch in the courtyard. The pool is beautiful. The owners and staff were top notch. The breakfasts were incredible. Lounging in the garden was one of the top highlights of my trip. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient. Good food and the Bayeaux Tapestry museum a short walk away! I slept so well and felt completely safe and delighted.
