The landscapes here are absolutely breathtaking! The drive into the Duoro valley was excellent. Our driver, Ricardo, was an absolute gem and navigated the difficult roads beautifully. Not only did we learn a ton about the area’s history and culture, but the drive was also super entertaining and insightful. The boat tour was incredible! Our trip through the Douro Valley with a private driver was an unforgettable experience. The vineyard lunch was beyond spectacular, and even though we fell behind schedule, the accommodating staff and our gracious driver ensured it was stress-free. Missing the wine tasting would have been a shame, but everything worked out beautifully.
