The location is nearly perfect, just between the city's two beaches—a seven-minute walk to Zurriola Beach and eight minutes to La Concha Beach. You can stroll just two blocks to the French-designed Gipuzkoa Plaza, and Konstituzio Plaza in the Old Town is eight minutes on foot.
