Lagos Avenida Hotel, Lagos (Algarve)

The hotel is pretty, breakfast is amazing, staff is nice and helpful. It was nice to have a balcony with room for two chairs. The bathroom arrangement is odd. You use the toilet and then walk back into the bedroom and around the closet to get to the sink to wash your hands.

This hotel looks better in the pictures! Bathroom privacy is a problem, and reception desk help could have been better, making errors and not providing solutions to problems until we talked with a manager or our travel / tour company.
As mature adults, this does not meet expectations of a 4 star hotel. Also, there’s no parking if you have a rental car and no one to help with luggage.

Pool area is not luxurious at all and rather stark, but the positive is its fantastic restaurant and breakfast.

I loved the decor and views at this hotel. It was very easy to walk to the shops, marina, and restaurants nearby.

Very good location and modern hotel, but the glass doors separating the toilet and shower from the room created lack of privacy. Very nice continental breakfast and additional options. The hotel's entrance is not prepared for people with limited mobility and even getting large pieces of luggage up the steps (without any help from the staff) was unusual.
The staff was not particularly helpful.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The location is across the street from the drawbridge to go across to restaurants and shops. This location is in walking distance from the area that has many restaurants and shops and also the farmers market and fish market are very close as well. The rooms were small but very clean. They divided the bathroom area from sleeping area with a curtain. The set up actually reminded me of a hospital room in the United States. It was unique. Staff was frinedly. This hotel has the absolute best breakfast in an attached restaurant. They offer off a menu and there is a buffet of items. All food at this breakfast was amazing.

Absolutely loved this cool, Scandinavian, boho hotel. Superb location along side the marina. Epic restaurant. The breakfasts are another level, the staff is 10/10. We tried the Avenida Restaurant als well for sinner - and it is a must. I loved the wood, rattan and natural finishes decor.

A beautiful boutique hotel across from the Marina. The restaurant was exceptional for breakfast and our Michelin star food and wine tasting was off the chain.

The hotel has a great view of the marina. The room was nice, had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop pool.

This hotel was clean, professional, and very modern. It was in a great location close to everything. The restaurant is amazing.
