Riad El Yacout, Fes

The staff (especially Marco's) at this hotel were so warm, inviting and funny. We loved our room (over the top nice). The food was excellent and my husband enjoyed the massage there.

If you want to see the Morrocco architecture and beautiful mosaics then this Riad is for you. The customer service is out of this world and don’t miss the hamaam here. Having tried hamaams at different countries especially Rome, Greece, and even Egypt- I can vouch that this place packs quite a punch. They give a pretty good service and the area is very neat.

Lovely Riad in Fes. Our rooms had beautiful stained glass windows in addition to the gorgeous decor. The included breakfast was very good.

A relatively big riad but down a dark alley so not the most inviting approach but I think most riads in Fes are like that. We had some problems with a banging noise one night next door but the hotel staff took care of it right away. Nice big bedroom suite for 4 but again the plumbing in the bathroom so old it look forever for hot water etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't realize we had booked half-board so didn't have dinner at the hotel but the breakfasts were good (too much again) The coffee could have been stronger!

In addition to the beauty of the place blowing us away, the staff were charming, funning and helpful. LOVED this riad!

A bit of a maze to navigate, but a sensational palace built in 1432 so fabulous courtyard and roof top. Terrific staff who were inundated a little by several large groups staying at the same time as my husband and me.

Average Riad - quite outdated and worn. Staff were fine - not overly friendly. Rooms are spacious, food was average.

Excellent service and beautiful surroundings. There was a slight malodor from the restrooms, but as riad is very old, it was tolerable and understandable. Very conveniently located in medina quarter.
