Overview
Located within the preserved walls of Diocletian's Palace in Split, Vila Nepos Hotel is a beautifully restored Roman building. Its origins date back to the 4th century CE when it served as private quarters for the Emperor's elite Roman Praetorian guards. With a prime location that allows you to step right out into the bustling center of Split, you'll be within walking distance of major attractions such as the Cathedral of Saint Domnius and the Riva promenade. Views of the Cathedral are even visible from some of the windows within the hotel!
Each suite in the Vila Nepos Hotel is decorated with museum-quality antiques, sculptures, and art inspired by the wealth and majesty of ancient Roman life. The four suites, each extending across an entire floor, combine the historical ambience with modern conveniences.
