Service!! Location!!

Checking into our flight at the airport....We lost our passport. From the time we alerted Maia, she found it in the hotel lobby within 10 minutes and had Simon back on the road driving the passport to us at the airport. Unbelievable assist and save.

Hotel is a perfect location, we walked everywhere, the breakfast especially outside is lovely, we loved the little garden. Rooms are great as well.

This hotel was a few minutes walk from the old town and within walking distance to many restaurants and to the beach area. Most of the staff were very helpful. You need to park in a paid lot two minutes away from the hotel.

Very clean - the staff went out of their way to accomodate us. They even walked me to the closest place so we could get our laundry done. The next day we had a cooking class booked, so one of the staff offered to get our laundry for us! the Breakfast was very good - you could order a fresh made omelet if you liked. Great location - we could walk everywhere from Hotel Marul.

Great location 5 minutes away from the center of Old Town so very quiet but convenient. Restaurant is excellent.

Room was comfortable but outside noise was annoying at night. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly.

We enjoyed the food at this superb hotel so much that we returned for another meal when we visited Split for a second time whilst on a week's Small Ship cruise. The waitress, Dora, was very efficient and was able to compete with our British humour extremely well!

Great little hotel, the staff was terrific. It is not fancy, but the attention by staff and location make it great. Would stay there again.

The lady at the reception was not nice. The elevator was not working. Robi had arranged for a drink when we arrived. But the lady was very patronizing and told me that I should travel light which was none of her business and not professional

Staff here were very friendly and accommodating - going the extra steps to help and make us welcome.

The staff and location and ambience were all excellent. The only thing holding this hotel back from amazing is the quality of the bed mattresses. Any easy thing to remedy.
