Emanuela did a good job at planning our trip to Iceland. We had the plane tickets, the car, but nothing else. It was a last minute trip. She put together a trip that worked within our timeframe, budget, and interests.

Since we had a car, she provided links to Google Maps that we were able to follow daily which included all of our stops. She also provided recommendations for different restaurants along our route. She handled the booking of all of the activities and hotels.

The trip was organized well and enabled us to see many things in the 6 days we were there. She was in good communication during the trip and provided us with a 24-hour contact # in case there were any issues during our travels.

Would definitely recommend her to other travelers.

I was looking for my first post Covid trip and Iceland Ring road travel was on my mind. During that research I came across KimKim and connected with a wonderful person by name of Emanuela. With three of us planning to travel together we wanted to drive through stunning Icelandic nature, photograph puffins, arctic terns and whales, stay in apartments and have good driving directions to all the places we wanted to visit. Told her the $ amount we want to spend. As the itinerary was built I was able to add or subtract locations. End product was a 62 page document with all the driving directions plus SUV and 8 different stay locations organized. I purchased the Air ticket and rest was handled by her. The best part of the trip was she or her team mate were available all the time to help us out while we were there. PCR Test direction was conveniently included a day before our departure to US. There are many memorable moments of this trip. Trekking to the volcano which is still spilling lava, strolling through Akureyri, visiting a small village, Borgarfjordur Eystri with a population of 100 providing an amazing opportunity to watch Puffins from very close quarters. I am yet to download 3200 pictures which I took. Thanks to KimKim and Emanuela. We had such wonderful time in Iceland!! Icing on the cake was visiting Blue Lagoon before our flight to US.

One of the best family vacations we've ever had - and we travel quite extensively. Since the planning stages, Emanuela has been an invaluable asset and was in constant communication. At the same time she provided flexibility to cater the trip to each of our family member's tastes. She gave outstanding suggestions that otherwise we wouldn't have thought of ourselves and all this as the world is getting out of the pandemic. We highly recommend Iceland for any family looking to have the vacation of a lifetime. Among our top experiences were, strolling in Reykjavik, whale watching in Husavik, navigating the Glacier Lagoon in a Zodiac, ice cave hike, snowmobile excursion, hiking an active volcano, the many scenic and waterfalls views and relaxing on our last night before heading home at a geothermal lagoon. as it tends to happen in many trips, there were some unscripted events but we still made the best of it and enjoyed it to the fullest. Word to the wise- come prepared for Iceland's unexpected weather as we experienced snowstorms, heat, cold snaps, heavy rain and just plain gorgeous sunny days. We strongly recommend Iceland and Emanuela's expertise.

We had a wonderful experience and will always use Kim Kim in the future. We just returned from our trip and I’ve already recommended them to a friend who is traveling in September.

Our trip to Iceland with the expertise of Kimkim's personnel (Preeti and Michele ) was phenomenal. They worked with us in design, and were able to accommodate changes in plans per our request, i.e. volcano, extra days, etc. Very few 'surprises' during the trip. Vouchers worked well, car rental, nice hotels, etc. It was a trip we will never forget. All the more following a pandemic. As soon as the border opened, Michele let us know so we could resume trip planning. Thank you Preeti and Michele for an incredible journey! Most memorable were the volcano (which we hiked to), glacier lagoon, and whale watching (Husavik). 'Takk, takk'.

My husband and I had a wonderful 8 day tour of Iceland's Snaefellsnes peninsula and the Golden circle. We had high expectations for the trip, but the actual sights exceeded them! We had excellent communication with our local specialist Michele both before and during the trip. He was extremely helpful in providing various trip options and helping us customize the trip to our liking.

Everyday was a highlight and memorable part of our trip. We especially loved Snaefellsnes, hiking up to Glymur falls, natural hot spring river in Rejkjadalur, black sand beach in Reynisfjara, and visiting the live volcanic eruption at Geldingalir. The Kimkim specialists Michele, Preeti, and Halldor helped us through some changes in our plans due to weather and quickly changed our hotel reservations and guided us on obtaining a covid test prior to leaving.

Overall, we would highly recommend both Iceland and the Kimkim team! We are definitely planning to come back!

Anuj was a great resource in helping to customize our Iceland vacation to match our expectations throughout the planning process. After our trip began, having Anuj supporting our trip was invaluable. Our trip was to the northern part of Iceland in mid-March which meant we had to adapt to weather, road closures, etc. and Anuj was there with us each step of the way helping us to cancel and rebook lodging, tours, etc. as we adapted our itinerary in real time to accommodate the weather. The end result was the Icelandic adventure that we were seeking that helped us to really experience the villages, people and landscapes that are Iceland.

Preeti, did a fantastic job of scheduling our day to day activities. She is very experienced in this line of work. She somehow managed to almost perfectly time our stops with the time we had each day. Thanks and we will be using kimkims services again.

It is one thing to book and adventure into the unknown to try to figure it out for yourself. It was my intention to do so, but the reality is that it helps to have somebody at least give a map or a general guide of what to look out for.

It is another thing when you can have a specialist help carefully curate an experience. First, I'd like to mention that the magical experience of my trip was only emphasized by the incredible knowledge and hospitality of the agent who helped me - Emanuela Grieco.

As master of her product, she skillfully curated a self-driving tour which allowed me the gleefully roam the Western and Southern regions of Iceland in the winter time, while still feeling like I was taken care of. To be in communication with a professional throughout my travel, helped ease any sort of travel anxiety that may have come up, allowing me to fully focus on the magic that solo travel in Iceland can bring. It was truest sense of hospitality one could experience from a travel agent, similar to that of experiencing a Michelin 3 star restaurant or 5 - star hotel accommodation.

From the initial conversation of attempting to book this experience, I was tended to in regards to what I was looking. I gave a budget and picked out a few things I wanted to experience. I knew that I wanted to go to drive myself to explore the island, experience Blue Lagoon, Snorkel, tour an ice cave, snowmobile on a glacier and see the northern lights.

I let her know what I had booked personally - a plane ticket, a 4WD car rental and my first night stay. She was able to intelligently fill in the rest. Honestly, I only booked those things first before I even considered using KimKim and to be frank, I probably didn't even need to do that!

It was quite the itinerary that I had intended to experience and Emanuela thoughtfully crafted a driving tour which allowed me to systematically experience all of these activities while making positive progress of exploration along the way. Simple, effective accommodations were booked along the way essentially allowing me the mission of getting from point A to point B while experiencing the freedom of the self drive tour that I had envisioned.

Her route took me from landing in Keflavik, directly to the Blue Lagoon. Stayed my first night in Reykjavik (booked by me) and followed a walking tour of the city that was provided by her. The next day I started my drive towards West Iceland and the Saga town. I was trepidatious at first, driving into the unknown, but as soon as I caught my first glimpse of the magic of Iceland (everywhere), I knew that I just had to trust the plan that was set before me.

From the Snæfellsnes Peninsula to Thingvellir National Park, to the majestic waterfalls of the south to the magical beaches of the South, sprinkled in with snorkeling and some off road super jeep adventures and some super thoughtful accommodations I was truly ensconced by the natural wonders of the country. I was able to see the Northern Lights dance on my final night to boot!

As a person who is relatively frugal about travel and all of the details that come with it, I took the opportunity to fully dive in and let a professional create an experience for me. I regret absolutely nothing and can only encourage other to trust and let the professional do what they do. It was worth every penny.

If you are on the fence, at least just start the conversation and see what unfolds. The professionalism and skill and knowledge that Emanuela and the convenience that Kim Kim provides will successfully finish it for you.

Our trip was perfect! Sotiria did a great job. I had tons of questions and she never seemed bothered by me and my need for details. She always responded quickly and was available before, during and after our trip. She went above and sent a anniversary gift our first night, to our hotel!

Pauline was great. Our Iceland trip wouldn’t have been the same without having this itinerary and the availability to discuss with Kim Kim while I was there with any questions or concerns I had.

Our trip was beautifully planned by Pauline. We did a 10-Day Winter Drive in the southern half of Iceland. Her itinerary was very detailed with interesting stops, restaurant recommendations and all hotel accommodations, noting what each hotel included. Our trip didn't go without mishaps, but to no fault of kimkim. They actually went above and beyond to make sure things worked out for the best. Our original flight was canceled causing us to arrive at 2am an entire day later than planned, but they hustled and rearranged excursions and even had our van delivered to us 45 minutes from the airport at no charge. Pauline was on vacation the same time we were, but I called the number given and Michele and others jumped right in and took over. Thanks to each and every one who made our trip a success!

Preeti did a fabulous job!!!! Everything was terrific! Very well organized and detailed.....
The only activity that we didn’t enjoy as much as everything else was the ice cave tour. The “ice cave” itself was interesting but we didn’t know that it involved a good 45 minute + drive to and from the meeting point to get to the cave (it was not a very enjoyable ride at all).

All of the hotels/accommodations were great.

Preeti and the team were fantastic and answered all of our questions and created a unique and memorable trip for us. I want to go to Iceland again and I know who I am going to ask for help in the future!

Thank you all for an amazing adventure in Iceland, your attention to detail, flexibility, and quick responses made us feel very safe as we dealt with snow, cars, and accommodations! Pauline picked even better varied accommodations than we thought were possible and we loved each one! Gauksmyri with its dear sweet horses, tour group of friendly strangers and delicious food were delightful. Vogafjos Farm Resort in the Myvatn area made geothermal baths, cozy warm wood cabins, and gourmet food go with snow, friendly guests and cows unforgettable! Could not ask for more! You all are so knowledgeable and caring, we are truly thrilled you took us on and made our journey so fabulous! Many thanks!

Michele and his team did a wonderful job. My expectations were high for this trip; and, my expectations were left in the dust for what my experiences actually were on this trip. The accommodations were top notch. The itinerary that was made for me, was spot on, perfect. Michele and his team were able to notify me immediately of an issue with one of the excursions I was going to take, avoiding me driving out of my way to find out it had been cancelled. The few questions I had, their response was nearly immediate. I would highly recommend using them if you know nothing about the wonderful place of Iceland.

We loved Iceland and enjoyed the trip. Thank you kimkim and Preeti for arranged it. We are planning a 2nd visit to Iceland in Feb/Mar 2021 (2020 is already fully planned out), with more time spend in Reykjavik next time.

- The Blue Lagoon was great. Well worth the admission fee.
- Horse riding at Eldhestar was great. Our guide was very knowledgeable and attentive.
- The private glacier hike was fantastic. Our guide Patrica was a great guy and highly recommended.
- Northern light viewing from hotel Gullfoss was really amazing.
Will pass next time -
- The car rental company we used. We had a full size van that fits 9 ppl for our party of 6. They didn't have any smaller car for us to switch to. The car also had 3 small chips on the windshield, right in front of the driver and very distracting.
- Secret Lagoon. Sure it was much cheaper admission but nothing special in our opinion.
- The company we used for the Ice Cave Tour. The tour was at 9:30 (or 9 as stated on the ticket) and we were running late. Tried calling their contact number but no one pick up. Got to meeting point at 9:15 and we missed the tour. It was Sunday so no one in the office and no chance to reschedule.

Overall, we had a great time in Iceland thanks to kimkim and Preeti!

This has been the first time that we planned this kind of holidays and that we actually had someone else plan our trip.
Our overall experience was great. We would like to thank Preeti for her assistance in making things easier for us and for replying to our questions. We know it is difficult to set up a holiday plan for different people as the needs and wants of every person vary from one another.
There were some minor details that we all could have done better while organizing but the responsibility is ours mainly; next time we will more prepared to ask for the right things and organise better according to our needs.
