The online assistance and planning we received from Hassan was very prompt and helpful. We had a timeframe of 8 days and Hassan designed a travel itinerary that met every requirement and offered a fantastic schedule.
He arranged for a driver to meet us on arrival in Tangiers and accompany us throughout our tour through Chefuan then on to Fes. Then up to the high Atlas mountains to Bin El Ouidane then Marrakech and Casablanca.
We stayed in a variety of hotels and Riads all of which were a high standard very clean and comfortable. The workmanship in the interiors of the riads is extraordinary. Our favorite hotel was the El Minzah Hotel in Tangier.
Our driver Mohammed met us at the airport. From arrival he was welcoming, helpful and efficient. Nothing was a problem to him. We spent the next 7 days in his hands as he guided us through busy cities, long highways, crazy traffic around the crowded market areas and historical sites. Each step of the way he explained the history and relevance of various sites and cities. We had many questions and he provided very thorough explanations for all or queries.
He drove us up high winding mountain roads and explained the various changes in sights and scenery. He is an excellent driver. We always felt safe and he maintained time schedules we discussed before we set off each day. We would thoroughly recommend Mohamad as your driver / tour guide.
In Fes, Hakim was our tour guide for the medina & markets. Hakim was an excellent very friendly & fun guide. He had an excellent knowledge and assisted us greatly.
In Marrakesh we had another Mohammed as our guide. He was again extremely knowledgeable, helpful,friendly & fun.
We would highly recommend both Hakim and Mohammed for anyone travelling to Fes and Marrakesh.

Thank you for your arrangements Hassan. We had the best possible trip and we strongly recommend KIM KIM for a Morroco adventure.

We were picked up by the very kind Hicham, who thought us a lot about the country. We spent 8 days driving from city to city and by the end felt as if we gained a new friend in addition to discovering the captivating Morocco. Chefchaouen's blue gem, Fes' historic medina, the mesmerizing Merzouga desert, Ait Benhaddou's living history, and Marrakech's vibrant souks. We were immersed in rich culture, stunning landscapes, and warm hospitality. An enchanting journey that left an indelible mark on the soul. This is all thanks to the team that made it possible. From the booking agent, to the guides in every city and especially thankful to Hisham.

We had an amazing time in Morocco. We were able to fully customize our itinerary to exact dates and flights, and we were easily accommodated when we arrived late. Tours and accommodations were excellent, and we had enough free time/flexibility to do some additional activities and explore.
Our driver, Soufiane, was a superstar! He was patient, kind, safe, friendly, and unbelievably helpful. It was our first time in Morocco (two female friends on our own), and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. We recommend him 100%.

Our driver Mohamed was amazing, and the accommodation and experiences were good. We found the Moroccan people to be very friendly and services generally to be great. Morocco is a land of rich culture and contrasts, and I think having an organized tour makes it easier to access the sights, and the best on offer. Some language barriers and cultural challenges make it difficult to be exactly what you expect, but expect the unexpected and enjoy the ride!

Overall, we were incredibly impressed by KimKim. We were quite uncertain about using a travel service as we're active adults accustomed to booking all of our own travel arrangements domestic or foreign. That said, working with Louis on our trip to Morocco was remarkably easy and efficient. He listened well to our wants and needs, and designed an itinerary that really allowed us to move throughout the country and enjoy not only the cities but the varied landscapes Morocco has to offer. We hiked to the peak of Mount Toubkal and even somehow spent a night in the Sahara while finding time to enjoy Marrakech too. Louis was instrumental in helping to make this happen during our planning stage. And, while we were traveling in Morocco, our driver, Said, was an incredible guide, ambassador and friend to us. He not only taught us so much about Moroccan culture but was generous enough to invite us into his mother's home to observe and celebrate the rituals in the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha. We can't say enough positive things about our experience. That said, our one piece of feedback is that if you're choosing to do the two day trek to summit Mount Toubkal (4167 meters) be sure to pack clothing for the cold temperatures you'll encounter during your ascent to the peak. Our local guides, Idriss, saved us by helping us rent ski jackets, hats, and gloves to ensure we were properly clothed for the experience. We do wish this was better communicated. That said, it's moments like these - the unforeseen - that also allow the kindness of strangers to come forward. We loved our time in Morocco and using KimKim.

Sharon at Kim Kim Travel provided our family with an exceptional vacation experience. She planned an amazing tour from Fes through the Sahara and Marrakesh ending at the Mazagan Beach Resort. All of the accommodations were simply fantastic, extreme attention to detail was taken to ensure that every part of our trip was perfect. Our guide/driver, Sallam, was amazing. He is fun, knowledgeable, and knew the ins and outs of each part of our trip. He worked very hard to provide our family with the best experience possible all while considering our interests and needs. Sharon and Sallam are an A+ team. Notably, we had a medical issue during our vacation, Sharon and Sallam worked with us to ensure that our family member received much needed medical attention and Sharon and her husband met us at the pharmacy and assisted us with medications!!! I would highly recommend Sharon and Sallam for any travels to Morocco.

Had a great time in 100-115 deg. F heat. Our driver, Younes, was always available to help us, make great reservations, and ensure that we did not over-extend ourselves.

He was low-key and very professional, which was a welcome reprieve from the always-on bargaining of the Medinas.

Salah, our guide in Marakesh, was knowledgeable and able to discuss historical and societal differences, culture, and many other topics from a mix of experiential and studied aspects of Moroccan life.

I am very glad I chose to experience Morocco with Kimkim team. Both me and my sister were very happy with the itinerary as we experienced the culture and met amazing people who made us feel welcomed. Said was very prompt with replies and helping us tailor our interests prior to our trip. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Reda, who made sure our road trips were safe and comfortable. We had an amazing time with Ayoub on our tour of Morocco. He was kind, patient and shared some delights with us that we didn’t expect like lunch in Taddart Oufella and roadside kefir+couscous in Souk Tlet El Gharb. My family and I had a great time in Morocco. The trip was thoroughly planned and we always had something to do, in addition to well-informed guides who helped us find our way around. We are confident we would not have gotten to have such a well-organized experience if we had planned it ourselves. Rida was also a great driver who we had an amazing time getting to know in the long car rides. He was very communicative and helped us find all the hidden gems we wouldn’t have known about.

Our adventure through Morocco was absolutely incredible thanks to KimKim! We did a customized mother daughter trip for 4. Hakim had the entire trip well organized and we did not have any problem during our stay.
Mohamed our driver was excellent. Great driver and guide and most of all he became a friend to our family.
All our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly Hafid in Fes and Hamyn in Marrakesh were excellent.
The cooking class was great. We felt like part of the family.
We enjoyed also our time in the dessert, our camel guides were not only friendly but great photographers. And the Berber people at the camp very friendly and we enjoyed the show.

Absolutely loved working with KimKim Travel and Abdellah on planning my Moroccan Baby Moon. My husband and I are avid world travelers but have never used a travel agency or tour guide preferring always to do it on our own but KimKim and the local specialist Abdellah made it an amazing experience. They planned a 8 day trip for me in 24 hours so that we could leave the next week and they were able to cater to ALL of the stops and excursions I wanted to take. The website and interactive itinerary might be the best I have ever seen with all the pictures of the stops, tours, hotels, and map. For someone that is used to doing all the research on my own, I was so reassuring to have it all in one click at my fingertips. During the tour I was able to easy text and call with any questions or last minute changes and they bent over backwards to accommodate making us feel like we were truly traveling first class. We also had a fabulous informative local tour guide who stayed with us 24 hours and drove us between all the stops, Ayoub. My husband and I can't thank him enough for putting up with us for 8 days straight between extra requests ( lots of stops since I am pregnant) and changes to itineraries last minute. The best part about the trip was having Ayoub with us to explain the local culture and teach us the language and customs. He was more like family by the end of the trip which put us at ease and was able to cater to both my husband and I which can be alot! I can't wait to recommend this trip to anyone considering Morocco and to say, don't plan it on your own, use KimKim, Abdellah and request Ayoub to drive you around.

This is my first time using Kim Kim but it won’t be my last. Original travel and their amazing staff made our trip to Morocco one I will never forget. Ali planned the most amazing trip for us. Saiid provided the best support and service to us. And Ilyace, our incredible driver and guide, treated us like family. He was such a great driver and was incredibly kind and patient with my kids. The itinerary was a dream. We loved exploring the beauty of Morocco and were blown away by its development and it’s luxurious hotels. The tour guides were knowledgeable and amazing. We felt safe the whole time. We will always remember learning to cook Tagine in Marrakesh, watching the sunrise on a hot air balloon, riding camels as the sun went down in the Sahara, seeing my kids try all the delicious food Fez had to offer on a rooftop restaurant, waking up to sand board and then ATV in a sandstorm, and so many many more memories.

The Conrad Rabat is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. We were treated like royalty. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The perfect accommodations for a family of 4 or more. The sushi restaurant overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The infinity pool with stunning views was something we truly loved. Oh and the breakfast and service, wow just wow.

The staff was wonderful. One of the staff went above and beyond and helped teach us to sand board. Our kids had an incredible time on the camels and dancing/ singing at night. We will never forget our stay in the desert. The accommodations were spacious and the water although a bit cool was absolutely perfect for cooling off in the desert. Only recommendation I would have is to have a family tent as our kids were scared to stay alone in their own tent and slept with us.

A Family's Guided tour of Fez

He initially had other plans for us for lunch but was extremely accommodating in that we wanted to eat outside. He adjusted to our likes and I appreciated that so much.

We felt like Sallam was a member of our family by the end of two weeks. He is known by seemingly everyone in the country!!! It was like we were traveling with a celebrity. He is always smiling, putting everyone in a great mood for the day. I would 1000000000000000000% recommend Sallam to anyone taking this trip. He is truly one of a kind. A legend!!!!

We loved the diversity of adventures on the trip. Riding "camels" into the Sahara, climbing Monkey Fingers, visiting the Jewish Quarters, looking for goods in the open-air markets, and navigating the narrow alleyways in both Fes and Marrakech. What we loved most was meeting and interacting with the locals. Whether it was playing soccer with little kids in Sefrou, buying Berber rugs in Tinghir, looking at furniture and antiques in Marrakech or purchasing pottery and artisan products in Fes......spending time with people made the trip special. Also as a real estate executive, the architecture and design was mesmerizing to observe.

While our city guides were great (every single guide was unique and knowledgeable....we loved them all).....one city guide was can't miss: Said in Fes. We could have spent days talking to him. He has an amazing story and is a walking encyclopedia. His love for his city oozes out of every pore in his body.

Kudos to Sharon and her team for working with my wife to put together this world-class itinerary. I would encourage any traveler to work with this team!!! This trip was truly life-changing. We hope we have the opportunity to come back in the years ahead.
