Soufiane, our driver and day-to-day guide, had excellent food recommendations, kept us hydrated with fresh water in the car each day, and was a friendly and welcoming. He was flexible with our wants and schedule and tried hard to make our travel as seamless as possible. We would certainly recommend him to others! Hanan, our food tour and Marrakesh guide, was outstanding! We especially enjoyed the food tour where she found us excellent local spots to sample a wide variety of local dishes. Friendly and informed, a tour with Hanan is a must for visitors to Marrakesh!

On our way to Marrakesh, he shared more about what makes the city special to him, and it was a welcome preview for our time in there. Hakim organised for us a fantastic trip to Morocco, seeing a wide range of what Morocco has to offer. The itinerary was well put together with appropriate time in each location, and while there was some long drives on some days, each day had its own point of interest. The guides and activities that were organised were all very good, and the tips provided by Hakim on places to see and eat, and more general tips on travelling in Morocco, proved invaluable.

Mohamed, our driver, was the most important key to the success of our trip. Always cheerful (despite the rigours of Ramadan), always helpful, always on time, he allowed us to be largely worry free as we travelled around Morocco. His driving was always safe, and his sense of direction never failed.

We just had the most phenomenal trip in Morocco with the help of KimKim and our driver - Samir from Original Travel.

Morocco is a unique destination and Samir made our experience extra special. It is a vast country and therefore you will spend a lot of time traveling in a car which means your driver can make or break your trip. We couldn't be happier with our driver Samir, who took care of us, and ensured that we have the opportunity to experience the real culture of Morocco by arranging unique experiences for us like eating with a local family near Volubilis, and a phenomenal local guide the incredible Muhamad in the Dades Valley who invited us to his house where we had homemade Tagin to name just a few.

We were also so impressed with the way he and Ali dealt with issues when they arose to ensure that we have a wonderful time.

If you are planning a trip to Morocco, make sure you take the time to come to the Sahara and stay in Tiziri Camp in Merzouga. This was our absolute highlight. An eco camp, run by local Berbers, offered a unique and highly tailored experience for us, one that we will savor for many years to come.

We understood we had a guide but he was more a driver and couldn’t come in to the ferry terminal to pick us up, that was very confusing for us another guide helped us. We love the camping trip & Marrakesh.

Our family vacation to Morocco was amazing! Said and Abdellatif were very professional and helpful during the whole process. They catered to our requests right away, and were very understanding of any changes to the trip last minute.

Our driver, Mohamed Hammami, was wonderful! He was always prompt, professional, and an incredibly safe driver. We reached all of our destinations on time and had nice conversations along the way.

Each tour guide was very informative and helpful in our navigation of each city. We learned a lot about the history of Morocco and enjoyed spending time with each guide.

Hakim planned an amazing trip for us (family of 3 with a 13 year old son) and our friends (family of 4 with daughter 17 and son 15) -- The trip was totally seamless, everything beautifully arranged so that we could immerse ourselves in the culture and not worry about logistics. Hakim found great riads for our stays and suggested a great itinerary based on our initial input; we even ended up in Tangier, not a city we had been interested in but, thanks to Hakim, a true highlight of our trip. We hadn't used a travel planning service before this and so were a little unsure; now I'm totally sold on having a local expert craft an itinerary and make suggestions and organize the trip. And Hakim was very responsive to our needs and was truly invested in our having a great experience. We would love to return to Morocco and would certainly use kimkim again, for this or other trip. We decided to tour Morocco prior to Covid. The trip was delayed but Kim Kim was great and honored our booking well after Covid ended. We are so glad we went. We had a wonderful experience. Abdullah and later Said were both great and getting the hotels setup and even during the trip Said was helping to make the trip even better! Also it was great to have Ayoub as our driver. Navigating Morocco is not easy and having Ayoub there to negotiate and help up throughout our trip was just excellent. He was very patient and informative. It terms of experience and sites, it was awesome. The Moroccan people are wonderful and kind. We learned so much about the culture and saw the most magnificent sites including the Atlas Mountains, the Sahara Desert, the red rocks, beautiful cities and so on. Look, Morocco needs to be on everyone's list and KimKim was fantastic to book with. We were not alone either. We ran into other travelers who used KimKim and they said the same thing.

Out tour guides and driver Yassine were incredible. Yassine thought nothing of going the extra mile in customer service and did that the day I hurt my ankle. As a Human Resource Professional, Yassine is the type of employee I want on my team!

Hamed was absolutely brilliant. He is much more than a driver and magically made us feel as if we were the first to ever visit his country. The countryside is spectacular and we shall look forward to returning and exploring more.

Our trip to Morocco was fantastic! Our driver, Samir was the best and made our trip relaxing, easy, safe, and fun. Our conversations with him enriched our experience and understanding of Moroccan history, culture, people, religion, languages, and their emerging economy. Abdel made planning easy, listened to what we wanted to do, made suggestions and the arrangements. He has a team of excellent guides including Hannan, Mohammed, Hassan, and Josef. They enhanced our trip with their knowledge and sharing their lifestyle with us. Abdel has a network of hotels and riads, many family owned and operated so it felt like we were connecting with the people and supporting the small businesses. We definitely recommend Abdel, Samir, and their team.

Our trip to Morocco was enlightening and so much fun! The guides Rashid, Hussein,and Mohammed were great and so attentive to engaging my grandson. Rafiq was not only a terrific driver but a lovely companion on our drives. Visiting during Ramadan was a wonderful experience and insight to the country. We had a great trip!

Our experience working with the KimKim team was spectacular. Our travel agent, Sharon, helped us organize an itinerary that included adventure (camel-riding in the Sahara), cultural immersion (preparing an Iftar meal during Ramadan with a local Berber family), luxury (many opportunities for Hammam) and shopping (lots of souks!). She was incredibly responsive during our trip as well and worked to ensure that we had the best time!

Yassine, our tour manager, was fantastic. He was friendly, warm and funny! We were impressed by Yassine's patience on our long car rides, especially the one from Rabat to Merzouga (an 8-hour journey!) Even on those long days of travel, Yassine was also so welcoming and willing to teach us about the varied Moroccan landscapes, and he knew all the best spots for photos!

Our Fes tour guide, Rashid, was so knowledgeable: we learned so much about the history of the souks and gained a deeper appreciation for the cultural diversity in Morocco. Our Rabat tour guide, Abdel, was so friendly and we learned so much about the important political history of Fes and also got insight on modern day Moroccan culture.

The entire experience was seamless! From my first contact with KimKim, to planning, payment and delivery, all went very smooth. Megan's knowledge of Morocco is great and her recommendations and tips were spot on. The guide for our tour, Ibrahim, was quite knowledgeable and always looking to accommodate our needs.

Original Travels (Abdellah and Said) arranged a wonderful trip for us. They quickly and easily made the minor changes that we requested for the itinerary prior to booking. There were no surprises with the booking itself.

The trip went off without any significant hitches. Our driver, Ilyace, was great. From the pick-up at the airport through our last day in Marrakesh, he made sure that we were always taken care of. We appreciated his knowledge of Morocco and his clear love for his country. His English was excellent. We were so grateful to have a driver - the traffic in the cities was crazy. We would not have enjoyed the trip nearly as much if we had been trying to navigate everywhere that Ilyace took us.

Our accommodations were lovely overall and when food was included, it did not disappoint. Kashbah Titrit near Ait Ben Haddou was a lovely facility with gorgeous rooms, a beautiful terrace, and an amazing (and affordable) dinner menu. However, the jacuzzi needs to be shut down. It was moldy and made the entire pool and common area smell bad. We just didn't use the jacuzzi, so it wasn't a problem for us. Hotel Xaluca Dades had an expensive and very underwhelming buffet dinner that we would not recommend. Hotel Movenpick Casablanca also had an expensive buffet dinner on the 16th floor, but it was worth every penny. Dar Jasmine in Chefchoauen was probably our favorite - the setting on the hill was breathtaking. Their dinner was inexpensive and delicious.

Our activities were well planned and most were exactly as advertised. The guided tour in Fes was somewhat disappointing - while we saw the things that were noted, it felt like a good portion of the tour was going into shops where we were often sat down to get a sales pitch. It doesn't help that we had no idea the actual value of many of the items that were being offered so bargaining (which is expected) was difficult. Along the trip, we figured out that shopkeepers are likely often starting at twice the price they are willing to accept. Sandboarding in the dessert was nonexistent. A single sandboard was available at our hotel. It was actually an unwaxed snowboard, so it did not fit well over regular shoes and did not slide down the sand. If waxed, it may have been fun. I get the impression that the hotels just have the boards available and you can grab them, so I would not ask for this to be a special activity.

We skipped our planned Food Tour in Marrakesh because our guide let us know that most of the places she liked to showcase were closed for Ramadan. We appreciated her honesty and the company treated us to dinner on the square instead, which seemed like a very appropriate response.

Unfortunately, it rained on the day we planned to do the hot air balloon ride, so it was cancelled. The company refunded that expense without hesitation.

Overall, we loved the trip and were extremely satisfied with the support from Original Travels through kimkim. I would consider booking another vacation with kimkim in the future. It was definitely more expensive than most of our vacations, but it was also the most pampered and luxurious vacation we've taken.

This hotel is really great. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the jacuzzi is really bad. It has mold on the ceiling and makes the whole common area smell bad. This was unfortunate because the pool area was otherwise really nice. This hotel has a fabulous rooftop terrace as well. The restaurant served us one of the best dinners we had, from the beautiful presentation of the meal to the delicious food. It was also very inexpensive. If they just drained and shut down the jacuzzi, this would be 5 stars.

The actual hotel and rooms were very nice, but nothing special in particular (especially when compared with some of the riads). However, it was clean and convenient. The restaurant on the 16th floor served a really impressive buffet dinner. The selection was excellent and everything was delicious. It was about $40 per person, which was more than we were expecting but there was nothing else open in the area because of Ramadan. Thankfully it was really good. We did not realize that the main floor also had a restaurant that I bet was also good and less expensive.

This was pretty cool. We had the bath and scrubbing with the black soap. We then had time to relax followed by a massage. It was a busy place so it felt a bit like we were being moved through (because we were), but it did not feel rushed.

This was so much fun!! The Quads were high quality machines and we had a great time racing around the desert. Really a blast. The only hiccup was that we were a bit confused about when it was supposed to happen - nobody told us in the morning that we'd be doing it at the end of the day. It worked out just fine though.

The completed meal was delicious and I'm so glad we learned how to make chicken tagine!! It was a privilege to spend time in her home and to meet her family.

Sand-Boarding in Erg Chebbi

The hotel had a 'sandboard' for guests to use. It was a snowboard that was not waxed. Because of this, you did not slide down the hill. There was only one board, so if it had been working, we would not all have been able to go.

Our trip to Morocco was pretty amazing, partly because the country itself is so amazing, and partly because Sharon, KimKim, and the team at Morocco Immersion Tours pretty much thought of everything to make it really special.

When we first spoke to Sharon, we told her that we'd booked a flight to Marrakech and intended to spend the first four days there -- and that we'd like her help with the rest of our 11-day trip. I think we said something like, "Here's our budget. How about a little time in the mountains, a little time in the desert, a couple of days in Fes, and then we fly back to the States from Riad?" And, with only that input, Sharon put together a draft of an itinerary that was based on our preferences, and filled with fun and interesting places to eat, stop, tour, learn, meet crafts people, hear music, and enjoy excellent accommodations along the way.

To say that the itinerary was very detailed and very complete makes it sound boring, but the detail was very reassuring (i.e., someone is actually thinking of EVERYTHING), and the way it was written got us even more excited about the trip than we already were.

Key to the success of our trip was our driver, Rachid, who was not only a great driver, but also a great person: warm, funny, likable, knowledgeable, and ready to help us with anything we needed on a day-to-day basis. He was our driver, our guide, our translator, our photographer (because sometimes our "selfies" aren't as good as they could be), our cultural tutor, and more. It was a real pleasure to spend time with him.

We are new to new having someone else plan a vacation for us and drive us around, because we usually do it ourselves. We thought Morocco might be the place to get some help from the experts because there is so much to see and do, we could use help prioritizing -- and not only do we not speak Arabic and Berber, we can't even read the alphabets!

This was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. Sharon and Rachid took all the work and anxiety out of everything, and gave us the luxury of just being able to relax, experience, and enjoy!

It was so easy planning a trip with Hakim, he managed to organize our trip very quickly and thoroughly. It took the stress and time out of planning it myself. Very helpful to have a tour company who knows the country and to organize all the main highlights, accommodations, tours etc. It was also very nice to have a personal driver for all the long drives who knew where to stop to eat and visit.

The trip planning was terrific. Some minor suggestions:

Kim Kim & MOBT did an AMAZING JOB of planning & organizing a fabulous trip. The entire trip, from planning, to execution, to all the experiences couldn't have been easier or more perfect!

The best part was our driver, Yassine. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, & fun! When we had Yassine around we always felt well taken care of and safe. We felt like he was our security blanket & like a good security blanket - it is always there when you need it! The day/night we did the desert camel ride/Bedouin tents we joked that we didn't want Yassine to leave us because we knew he would always take care of us in the best way. He smoothed over our different activities as we had the language barrier in some places & he just made it all work without any stress for us! He went above and beyond every step of the way. If I could give him 500 Stars I would!!!!

We had 2 scheduled tours with Hassan in Marrakech & Mustafa in Fez - and both were outstanding! Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly & fun. They expertly guided us through the respective medina's & brought the country to life for us. Also providing recommendations and making reservations as needed.

The whole process from first planning the trip to the execution was great!! Yassine from MOBT was amazing & flexible, helping me to dial in the perfect bucket list trip!

I am not sure I can travel anymore without a "Yassine Driver" - you definitely get spoiled! I will use Kim Kim for as many future trips as I can. Every piece of it was phenomenal!!
