My niece and I took this trip together to Morocco and it was absolutely amazing. Our driver, Hamza, was outstanding and really made the trip extra special. He is a wonderful man, and he made everything so easy. He made us feel very safe. We hope to travel with him again! All the guides were great with excellent English. Mustafa was especially good and made our day in Fes a really enjoyable one. Riads were also wonderful, especially Chez Pierre.

We had an amazing time. I had to arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances but has some was very accommodating to help me come up with a plan to join the tour late. Our driver, Hamza, became our friend throughout the trip and was there whenever we needed him. He also provided great recommendations for food and drink. He really made the trip what it was and represented Morocco so well. We’ve already discussed coming back and having him as our driver again! We also had a private guide, Mustafa, who took us through Fez. We saw so many things that we wouldn’t have seen on our own and learned so much about the town from him because he grew up there. Will recommend doing a Morocco trip this way to anyone. It was amazing and hope to return some day.

The trip Sharon organized for us was perfect. Each day was filled with adventure while being relaxing, the pace reminding you to enjoy the moment and the people around you. My sister-in-law and I laughed ourselves to tears multiple times a day and learned to take our rest with a cup of mint tea. Our tour manager, Rafqik, definitely made the trip an adventure and helped us feel at home wherever we went. Those who were our local guides along the way became fast friends, too.

So many experiences stand out in my memory it's hard to select a favorite - the adventure of exploring the Medina of Fes with Siad; seeing the Roman ruins of Volubilis on a partially cloudy day with momentary rain (beautiful pictures); being cold in the Sahara desert as we watched the sunset and then later the sunrise; all the stairs in the riads; the movement and energy of Marrakesh; the beauty of the Atlas mountains (seeing a snowstorm in the Atlas mountains); Chefchaoeun; watching sunset on the beach in Essaouira; the calls to prayer throughout the day; and the cats. And so much more! Every picture we took seemed to turn out perfectly - Morocco is a photogenic country. Reflecting back, considering how relaxed our pace was (compared to our normal lives), Angela and I are amazed at how much we saw and experienced. We both feel like the trip was perfectly designed for us and we look forward to returning to Morocco in the future.

Overall, we didn't feel like tourists exploring a country, we felt like we were on a road trip with a friend to visit other friends across Morocco. I remember as we near Marrakesh and saw more foreign tourists, we felt out of place (it felt too touristy lol). Being Angela and my first international adventure together, I'm so grateful that we came across Morocco Immersion (via KimKim). Had we tried to plan the trip ourselves, it would pale in comparison to what we did get to experience.

Considering the fun we had on the private tour, I'm sure the small group tours will be just as much fun, perhaps even more.

This trip to Morocco was honestly the stuff of dreams! The planning stage was so smooth and easy, despite the COVID pandemic delaying our trip by a year. Our trip specialist, Megan, could not have been more gracious and professional.
All of the accommodations, meals, and excursions provided were excellent. Our guide, Mohamed Mehrich and our driver, Brahim Bader, were patient, flexible, good-humored, and professional to a fault. We never once felt unsafe, and the two of them went to extraordinary lengths to take care of us and our belongings.
We had a number of local tour guides, all of whom were incredibly well-informed, gracious, and utterly delightful. Hamid in Volubilis, Kamal in Fes, and Mohammed in Marrakesh were particularly pleasant to work with.
I will contact Megan and Kimkim immediately if I ever have the opportunity to return to Morocco. This country is pure magic!

We didn't give Kimkim much time to organise our trip but they managed to pull off an awesome experience for us. Hassan, did a fantastic job accommodating out travel requirements and Hammid our driver was the best from start to finish. His knowledge, generosity and kindness left us feeling more than satisfied with our trip and very humbled to have experienced this trip with him . Our guide in Fes, Fatima was a real delight and her knowledge was outstanding - congratulations to her for being the youngest female guide in your team. The accommodation at each place was amazing - special mention to Chez Pierre Gorges Du Dades - our favourite although the Glamping in Sahara was a close second.

We just came back from a 10 day trip to Morocco. We had an amazing time travelling through Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, Sahara, the High Atlas, and Marrakech.. The entire travel itinerary was superbly organized by our specialist Megan. We had a private driver take us through all those wonderful locations. Mohammed our private driver was simply awesome. Mohammed was incredibly polite, fluent in English, and well informed. He briefed us well on the history of Morocco and of every single place we visited. Always on time and ready to answer any questions we may have. Should we visit Morocco again, Mohammed will be our fist choice. All the hotels were outstanding and located close to key sight seeing locations.

Our whole experience with Kim Kim and Original Tours was wonderful. Everyone listened to what we were looking for and couldn't have been more accommodating to our wants and needs. While the cost of the trip was a bit pricey, we think it was worth every penny. All of our accommodations were outstanding and incredibly beautiful, our driver Soufyan did a fantastic job getting us everywhere and ensuring we were comfortable and well-cared for. Our tour guide in Marrakesh, Hanan, was so flexible, kind and informative. Mohammed at the Tiziri desert camp in Merzouga went so far above and beyond our expectations, helping me find my lost glasses. In sum, we loved our entire trip and would absolutely use and recommend Kim Kim for future trips.

I wanted a very special birthday gift for my wife, Hanan, and I always knew that she is in love with Morocco and Moroccan traditions and culture.

Didn’t quite know where to start with the preparations, but in came Yassine and KimKim to the rescue.

From day one, planning this trip, I felt at ease with Yassine. The process was seemless. I changed my mind several times about the route we are to take and Yassine was very patient with me. More than my business, he wanted my comfort, content and happiness with the choices I made. Yassine was never pushy, answered all my questions efficiently and in a timely manner. He was connected with me during my preparations, travel, tours, and until the very last minute when we head home.

Going to a foreign country is never easy, especially not knowing the people, places, culture and traditions. That required experience and we hit the jackpot with our driver Said Misser. From the very first moment, we knew we had a good driver and guide. Said is well versed in the English language. My wife and I spoke Arabic, but the Moroccan dialect is unique and requires a great deal of ear training. Said was more than helpful getting us through some of the more challenging situations.

I didn’t realize that our driver would be the most integral part of our trip, but that is exactly what Said turned out to be. Doing a several city tour in any country is tough, Said made the long journeys between the imperial cities of Morocco memorable and special. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and most of all very friendly. Said treated us like family, which is a rare quality in today’s world, especially when you’re estranged from home. I believe that we’ve developed an everlasting friendship with Said, and would recommend him highly and wholeheartedly to any one taking a similar tour as ours.

Overall, the trip, guided tours, the city choices, the Ryad choices, food choices, and the mode of transportation were excellent.

If you’re planning your next visit to Morocco, I highly recommend Yassine and KimKim for your travel needs. The price is fair given the services rendered. When planning my next multi-city tour, I’d be sure to reach out to KimKim again for their services and expertise.

Myself (Irish) and two of my friends (Canadian) spent 10 wonderful days travelling from Marrakech around the North of Morocco with lots of stops along the way. The accommodation was beautiful, the food was delicious and the route we took had such amazing scenery. Our driver Samir was brilliant, really informative at any of our stops, had some great recommendations and nothing was any trouble for him if we needed to stop for any supplies or fancied a McDonald's for breakfast one day! :) He was very relaxed and we really enjoyed travelling with him.
The highlight if this trip was our experience in Merzouga, the sunset camel ride across the Sahara and spending a night in a beautiful campsite with some locals who played traditional music for us and shared stories around the camp fire. Followed the next morning by some quad biking across the sand!
The day tours around different cities were also really good and we learned lots about the culture. The tour guides were really nice and very informative, showing us all the best of their cities and medinas.
The people of Morocco are so, so welcoming and we felt very safe everywhere we went and guided by Samir.

I would highly recommend KimKim, Samir and a trip to Morocco. Can't wait to go back and explore the South next time. Thank you for organising. Definitely a trip to remember! :)

Wow what can I say - this was the best holiday experience we have had. Coming from London we usually book with UK based companies but I decided to try kimkim based on the exceptional reviews and individualised tour options. My wife and I were not dissapointed and Louis delivered a tailor made itinerary that met all our expectations and more. A huge thank you to Louis for this and his excellent communication throughout the process.
Our guides Said (Marrakesh) and Mustafa (Fes) were both knowledgeable, friendly and adapted our tour so that we interacted with the local community so much better than we could have managed by ourselves. We particularly enjoyed the food tour provided by Said on our first day experiencing the culinary delights of real Moroccan food at local places including the legendary snail soup!!
Our driver was Amine and by the end of the trip I can honestly say we became true friends. He was exceptional and I cannot fault him in any way. He is both knowledgeable but can also engage with his clients and adapt to any circumstances thrown at him. His driving was considerate and we felt very safe travelling with him.
There were so many highlights but I think the Camel ride and night in the Sahara Desert topped everything.

This was the worst accommodation of the trip. Although the Riad is in the Medina it was run more as a communal with no locks on the outside of the bedroom doors and breakfast set up on a large table shared with other guests. Although we did not mind it is worth noting if you want time as a couple. The staff were not as attentive or accessible as in the other places we stayed. Considering everywhere else we stayed this was a dissapoitment for our last night.

I am so happy we used kimkim to plan our trip to Morocco -- and even happier that kimkim paired us with Megan. She was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the various terrain, nature and experience food and culture from different parts of Morocco.

Especial thanks to our driver Amine who is awesome and made the trip exceptional by going the extra mile every step of the way for the entire duration of our trip! He accommodated us when our bags did not make it to Rabat from Paris, made calls to the airline in French and Arabic and made the round trip back to Rabat from Fes just to pick them up! Throughout he was very courteous and helpful with tips on how to navigate the different cities of Morocco and the sites and history. He recommended stops for food and pictures which truly enhanced our whole experience.
The guides Mustafah and Hassan are very knowledgeable and made our tours very informative. Hiking with our Guide Idris in Ourika valley was an amazing experience.

It was wonderful to sleep in the desert at Camp Chebbi . The staff though very young made up for it in enthusiasm. Then only surprise was their attempt at European style food😂. Also the camp was cold in January and we could have used extra blankets or throws near the Firepit. Here too the guides for camel ride and buggy were great!

Hamid was the absolute highlight of the trip. A national treasure. He is so kind and funny and knowledgeable and has a true love for his country. We only had one day booked in the dessert and he really wanted us to try Berber pizza but we weren't going to have time. He surprised us by picking up a pizza before he picked us up from the Sahara then at our lunch stop he paid the restaurant to heat it up. It was so delicious and such a special experience. If we could give him 10000/10 we would.

The guide was really great and knew a lot about the Medina. It felt more regular tour and less food tour. I had mentioned I was a chef during planning and had hoped that would be reflected in the tour however it felt like we were just going to random stalls, not "the best" ones like I have done on past tours. But like I said, he was a great guide and we did try several things - maybe this is the style that is done here. I would definitely recommend the guide to friends for a walking tour but maybe not food specific.

Hakim is a gem! Throughout our trip with more than two dozen people, Hakim was attentive, helpful, courteous, informative, warm, generous, knowledgeable, and fun. I have been on many trips and tours and have seen all levels of service. Hakim is the best you can hope to find. Don't visit Morocco without him!

Hakim and Hanyn were fantastic. Professional and knowledgeable. It was a large group of about 27 people, but we all had a great time. The two of them put in extra time when one of the group got ill and they were flexible with meeting our wishes.///mark

8 Days of Moroccan Highlights, Marrakech to Marrakech an 1800Kms road trip.
Marrakech, dades valley, Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, Tinghir, Gorge Toudgha, Merzogha, Fes, Rabat and Marrakech.

We were accompanied by our driver/guide throughout the trip. Rafiq. He was a very competent and considerate driver and he was very knowledgeable about all the areas and places we visited. He was also an extremely nice guy who went over and beyond to make our trip memorable especially on my wife's birthday. However, in each place we had a local guide who was a specialist for the city. Hassan for Marrakech and Said for Fes were excellent.
The accommodations selected by Sharon based on our specification were excellent and gave us a very good insight into Moroccan high life. The Ryad Paradise delivered the best dinner of the entire trip.
I would strongly recommend this company and this itinerary to anyone wanting their first taste of Moroccan culture but in some style.

From the moment we began planning the trip with Yassine and then Louis, we were off to a great start. They tailored our trip to match our interests and tastes. They answered our questions and messages in a timely manner and provided very good customer service.

Upon arrival in Casablanca, we were welcomed by the amazing Amine whose energy and enthusiasm about our pending adventure was infectious. Amine truly made the trip even more special with his warmth and hospitality. His ability to navigate the challenging roads gave us confidence.

In Fes we stayed at the Riad Mazar Fes which was not only beautiful and comfortable but Siham and Aziz took great care of us. The authentic breakfast was delicious and particularly memorable. Mohamed, our guide in the Medina, was extremely knowledgeable which also added to the experience.

The Sahara desert, from the sunset camel ride, to the glamorous luxury Camp Chebbi, to the sunrise sand boarding, to the very fun quad ride back to Merzouga was a one-of-a-kind experience.

Stephanie and Ibrahim at the Kasbah Isfoula were also great hosts and we enjoyed a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. The charismatic Aziz, our guide in Ait Ben Haddou , integrated his experiences being an extra in well known movies and TV series into the narrative to everyone's delight.

In Marrakesh, our guide Rachid was totally awesome. The cooking class at the Clock Cafe is a must do. Mohammed our chef was terrific and the food we all made was delicious.

Overall, KimKim planned the perfect trip!

To say that I fell in love with Morocco would be an understatement; and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Hakim for making that possible and for having created an amazingly unforgettable experience for my family!

From the onset of planning, it was clear that he was dedicated to meeting and satisfying all of our expectations, and he continuously exceeded them. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about both the potential and the limitations of such a trip, but he seemed to have a natural intuition in understanding our vision of what we hoped to experience. As such, his meticulous planning resulted in a finely executed series of events that compounded into a beautiful memory. Not to mention, he went above and beyond in creating an itinerary that was both exciting and intriguing for the adults, and yet still manageable enough for the patience and span of attention of a 4 year old child. To balance the needs of all is no easy task, But Hakim seemed to do so seamlessly.

I would also like to commend him for his very personal service to us. At one point during the tour, my mom had left a credit card behind at a hotel hours and hours away, and Hakim was able to personally return the card to us in another city. We were grateful for his effort to safeguard our property, and continue to be entirely impressed by this gesture.

I would be remiss if I did not extend a special shout-out to our dependable driver, Mohamed, who was a dream come true from the moment we met. After flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage and an exhausting trip across the Atlantic, he greeted us with a warm & welcoming smile, genuine kindness, and a calming energy, which gave us the reassurance that we were in very good hands. Throughout the entire tour he was endlessly patient— providing us with knowledge, insight and humor. He brought so much joy to my family (my 4 year old daughter, especially) during our long hours on the road. What a gift it was to have had him as our driver for the duration of the trip! We felt extremely lucky to have him, and are very honored to now call him a friend.

Suffice it to say, not only do these men deserve special recognition for their outstanding service, but they ought to be compensated and rewarded— accordingly and generously. We could not have been happier!
