The owners of 7Kale created the hotel out of the desire to provide travelers with a comfortable and inviting place to rest after a day of exploring the local culture and surroundings. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, and the rooms all bring the essence of the Basque Country to you by using natural textures and tones.

Location

You'll stay right in the Old Town on a cobbled street with views of the historic La Bolsa cultural center and easy walkable access to restaurants, traditional pintxo bars, and city sites. The Bilbao Cathedral is two minutes away on foot, and the Teatro Arriaga is just four minutes away. If you cross the bridge at the theater, you'll reach the riverfront trail, which takes you along the water and to the Guggenheim Museum in 25 minutes. Along the way, you'll pass viewpoints and sites like the Zubizuri Bridge and the Puppy floral sculpture. 

Rooms & Bathrooms

7Kale offers a few different room options, all with a private bathroom, white linens, wooden furniture, and other natural textures. Standard rooms are located on the first floor, while the premium rooms, with air conditioning and Smart TVs, are situated on the fourth floor. Some exterior double rooms also have balconies, providing picturesque city views.

Amenities

7Kale is an accessible hotel with wheelchair access and an elevator to the upper floor. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are also available, but you’ll need to check with the hotel before booking, as only a few rooms are designed with accessibility in mind. Although there is no on-site parking, if you are traveling with a wheelchair, the hotel can arrange for parking with wheelchair accessibility at a nearby location for an added fee. 

Family-Friendliness

If you’re traveling with children, the good news is the hotel welcomes children of all ages and even has larger rooms and apartments that are suitable for families.
