Athens Cypria Hotel, Athens

It was fine and met our needs. The breakfast was adequate and there was an ample size dining room. The room was a “acropolis view” yes if you angled yourself just right on the small balcony you could see the Acropolis. The rooftop bar was very pleasant with a lovely view.

Hotel was very clean but had extremely small elevators. And the rooftop bar next door played extremely loud techno music until after 1am, so I had to sleep with ear plugs. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Hotel staff was very accommodating.

Great location in downtown Athens. Felt very safe. The elevator to get up to our room on the sixth floor was about as big as a closet. Only three people could fit in there or one person with luggage. Extremely claustrophobic, which caused me to take the stairs up six flights instead of getting into that tiny tiny elevator. The buffet was amazing as an introduction to Greek breakfast cuisine. I was even able to make Greek coffee over hot sand, which was very traditional and memorable.
View of the Acropolis in Parthenon was total bonus. I’m giving it 3 stars because of the elevator.

Great centralized location. Easy to walk to all of the attractions in Athens. Service was wonderful and roof-top bar and restaurant had delicious, authentic food and attention. Definitely recommend

We had a nice quiet stay here. We had two rooms adjoining by a private hallway, which was very nice. It is an older hotel but has nice updates. The breakfast was very good, and it is within a few minutes walk of Plaka and the historical sites. The view from the bar is quite nice! We did not have an Acropolis view from our room but it was quiet except on the one weekend night we stayed there.

This hotel was so kind to have a nice bottle of Greek wine and Baklava for us to celebrate with! We loved the view of the Parthenon from the roof top restaurant and as a bonus- hotel guests get a discount! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice!

The Athens Cypria Hotel was quite comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, probably the best of all the hotels we stayed at. The air conditioning needed some adjustments, but the staff was prompt in setting it right for us. The location was great, close to everything we needed.

Very nice clean modern hotel within walking distance to the Acropolis. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

This hotel is super clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I loved the view from our balcony of the city. The rooftop bar was amazing for a great view of the Parthenon at night. They also were so accommodating when my mom accidentally left her passport in our room.

Right in the heart ofnthe city. Can really hear the hustle and bustle and great restaurants including vegetarian ones.
The buffet breakfast was amazing from Greek yogurts to a full English breakfast,
Pastries and coffee, tea and juices.
