Cyano Suites, Naxos

I am a kimkim staff member, and I recently stayed here during a work trip. I absolutely loved my stay at Cyano Suites. The whitewashed suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — from the plush bed to the large walk-in shower. I appreciated all the thoughtful touches, including a mini-fridge with a chilled bottle of local wine as a welcome gift from the local owners.

The highlight of my stay was the private front patio, where I enjoyed panoramic views of the sea and unforgettable sunsets over the Temple of Apollo. Truly magical.

Breakfast is served at their charming sister property just around the corner, and it was delicious. Homemade Greek specialties like tiropita, spanakopita, portokalopita, baked egg dishes, local cheeses, and fresh fruit. It felt like eating in a Greek family kitchen.

Cyano Suites is an easy walk to Naxos Town for restaurants and shops, and close to a couple of beaches (better for strolling than swimming). The views are stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the views from our balcony were lovely. The room was very modern and spacious. The in-room jacuzzi was amazing! The host was very friendly and helpful.

I wish I could add another star. The room was beautiful and perfectly located. There was nothing like watching the sunset from our room over Apollo’s gate and be within a five minute walk from all the restaurants and shops. The hotel has been in the same family for generations and they are always there to meet your every need. The owner’s wife and grandmother still make every Greek breakfast dish by hand which were all phenomenal. A must stay!

Oh my, so beautiful, we looked onto the Gate of Apollo from our room. Just a block from the old city, perfect spot to explore Chora. Lovely breakfast.

Hotel is well situated but design of room is a bit uncommon

Our room was gorgeous and unique. We took room photos to remember it always. The view was fabulous. The only problem was that we had to walk to a sister restaurant for breakfast. This hotel did not have a lobby. It was a collection of rooms in a building without a typical front and clearly marked signage. It was hard to find our way back because it is not on a main road with typical frontage. We entered and exited through patio doors to our suite. The manager had an office at the sister hotel. We had to reach him by phone. These factors made us a bit uncomfortable because it so unusual. Knowing this now, I would not hestitate to return here. The suite was gorgeous— as was the view.

What a hidden gem. Hands down the nicest place I have ever stayed. The location was incredible, with sunset views over the Temple of Apollo from the bedroom balcony (one of THREE balconies in our room!). Exceptionally clean and peaceful. The suite is just far enough from the busy harbor walk to be quiet and secluded but within a ten minute walk of everything you need, including several excellent restaurants. And the breakfast is not to be missed - a tantalizing display of local dishes, fresh fruit, and pastries all homemade by the proprietor's family!
