Run by two friendly Icelandic men, this hotel offers just under 10 rooms that are different from the modern Scandinavian fare you'll find throughout Reykjavik. Instead, the rooms are sweetly old-fashioned; chandeliers, patterned bedspreads, dried flowers, and vintage furniture all channel another side of the 1960s that's not very mod squad, but still charming nonetheless. Room categories are Singles, Doubles, and Triples, and all have modern amenities like blackout curtains, flat-screen TVs, and renovated bathrooms.
