Tiziri Luxury Camp, Merzouga

This camp was nothing short of magical. There is something transformative about being in the middle of the desert, with the most beautiful sunrise and sunset, the night sky full of stars, and a beautiful camp managed by local people who can help you enjoy it. The accommodations were beautiful and super comfortable, while still respectful of the environment. The food was delicious and very authentic, prepared with local produce and spices. Our guide Youssef did an amazing job at helping us understand the lifestyle of the nomad families and how some have settled in the local village. We loved everything about our trip to Morocco but this place was probably our favorite.

You have the option to either take a camel or car to the location. In either case you can enjoy the desert sunset and sunrise. This camp was nothing short of luxurious. From the comfort of a fully equipped tent with running water and the warmest beds to a full service dinner and fantastic breakfast buffet.
The evening entertainment was offered by the staff with drums and local songs and dances. If you would rather stargaze - this is the perfect place to do it.

Spend 2 days...its worth it. This is a one of a kind experience in an enchanting paradise. The sand of the desert is so unique, the quite of the night, the wonderful food...the adventure of getting to this location...its all part of the experience....5 stars!!!!

One of the best trips and had a great time with Mustafa and Ahmed. Ahmed is all in one a great singer,chef and host.Loved the experience !!

The Tziri luxury camp was the highlight of our Morocco trip. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They always ensured that their guests were not only comfortable but looking for feedback to improve their service.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I loved every moment of it, and since we went during the off-season, we had the whole campsite to ourselves. The staff is friendly and a delight to converse with.

This was one of the highlights of our trip! It was rather surreal glamping in the middle of the Sahara and the staff at Tiziri made every aspect luxurious and comfortable! We appreciated the eco-friendly features at the camp - very moment spent there was out of the world - right from the delicious food to the fun trips to and from the camp, the music and dance around the firepit. It’s an experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives!

The only thing that would have been nice to know was how long it would actually take to get to the camp site as it ended up taking a lot longer than we had been initially told. That said, riding on the camel in moonlight was a completely different experience altogether :).

Intimate not too many people. Accommodations were quite acceptable and clean

The staff gave us a great Sahara experience, from the camel ride to the dune exploring in a 4x4, to the visits to local Berber villages and families. A shout out to Youssef and Mousafa.
