Our driver Samir was fabulous, he guided us very well on the local things to see and do, and, was extremely punctual, polite and good fun. I would thoroughly recommend Samir for any tour, he was excellent and represented the Kim Kim brand very well.
The towns and the route were mapped out effectively, although we did undertake a lot of driving, there was always something to see and it was never boring. We would recommend KimKim to friends and family. Read more

Did not like the location of this Hotel, lots of construction around it, there was nothing nearby to eat at, no cafes etc. Could choose another Hotel in a better part of the City.

only issue with this Hotel is the pool times that you had to slot in for. Also, there was a lounge in the pool area that you didn't know whether to sit on or not. the furniture in the pool area needed an update, I suggest taking the lounge out and putting a small table and chairs so you could take a drink into the pool area. The Massage Therapist was absolutely amazing, it was the best massage I have ever had.

The camp was exceptional! They are able to provide luxury in middle of nowhere. I can only imagine the pain they go through for all the logistics behind the scene. Another plus point, the food was AMAZING!!!!

Our trips begun with the charting of itinerary with both Morocco travel experts from KimKim- Ali and Said, who have been very helpful in working out the fine details to ensure we get to fully experience Morocco that we wanted. This already marked the beginning of an amazing journey with great excitement and anticipation to the trips.
We met our local driver (from Fes) - Soukiana, who is always on time and manage to arrange pick up and drop off swiftly with the locals (hotel, restaurant, etc). To put a note here, KimKim’s thoughtfulness to able to arrange like minded driver and guide that able to provide comfort and helpful companion travelling throughout the trip. Especially those long hour drive into the desert.
Overall, it is great experience and a wonderful journey that leave a deep impression of Morocco. Thank you, Ali, Said, Soukiana and team.

Riad No.37 - a home away from home, a sanctuary among the bustling Marrakech Souqs (‘bazaar market’). Thank you Youssef, Oussama, Mohammed and team who have providing care to us like our brother and sister. It was 42oC noon, we seek shelter in this well design No.37 with the two courtyards and cooling living areas and the rooftop chill pool. I cherish every moment spent in this humble abode - breakfast, reading books, listening music, hanging out with friends. Particularly, I enjoy the refreshment from well brew mint tea (real mint leaves), authentic breakfast and local delights pastries. The size is just right with 8 numbers of welly curated guest rooms. Is throughly a home for a perfect family and friends getaway. The location is perfect and safe to explore the different facet the Souqs of Jemaa El-Fna and its surrounding sightseeing such as Le Jardin Secret and Bacha. It is an amazing and memorable stays with No.37.🍃🥠🍵

We had fantastic guides in both Casablanca and Marrakesh. Our driver, Said, was just exceptional. We absolutely loved Le Casablanca Hotel. La Maison Arabe was one of the best hotels we’ve ever seen. The one hotel we weren’t really thrilled with was the Sofitel in Casablanca. Very nice staff, but it’s an old hotel in need of some maintenance, including the air conditioning. Surprising the hotel is rated five star online. Other than that, we had a really wonderful trip to Morocco, and would love to return and see more of this beautiful country.

Corresponding with Abdellah was extremely easy and efficient. He was very accommodating to our requests and was able to tailor the tour according to our needs. We had a wonderful time in Morocco. The trip was well organized, our guide Said was knowledgeable and accommodating, and our driver Hassan was very experienced. The long drive to the desert (Erg Chebbi) is absolutely worth it and the camel ride in the dunes was an outstanding experience. Chefchaouen is very pretty and Fes is a must. Kamal, our city guide in Fes, is excellent and super knowledgeable, I highly recommend him. Surprisingly, it can be quite chilly in Morocco in May, we used all the warm clothes we brought and it was barely enough, even in the desert.

Wow! Where to begin? We planned this trip to Morocco less than a month before we traveled and Ali and Kareem did an excellent job in pulling everything together.

We booked a private driver for my wife and I to travel through Morocco for our 25th anniversary. Ayoub was our driver and now our friend. He did an incredible job throughout the trip helping to guide us with local traditions and so much information. I would definitely recommend using Kim-Kim and I would recommend requesting Ayoub if he is available! Can't wait to come back to Morocco! Inshallah!!

Ilyace our guide was great! We felt so comfortable knowing he was always there for us with advice and local knowledge. We had two local guides while in Morocco for tours. I think the nature of that day was a little "sales" driven so while we enjoyed it we did feel a little pushed on purchases. We probably would have eliminated Casablanca (although the mosque was beautiful) and preferred to stay in Rabat or maybe the first night in Tangiers. All of the riads were unique, comfortable and hospitable and we would not have found these on our own. These really made the time in Morocco extra special. The hot air balloon add on was a must do and it happened to fall on our son's birthday so it was an extra special surprise for him. We just loved our time in Morocco and Kim Kim made it super easy to enjoy.

Upon arrival we were met by Ilyace, our driver for our entire trip. He was kind, respectful, helpful, informative, timely and overall a perfect guide for us. He spoke excellend english so communication was perfect! He drove so well. He obeyed all speed limits and I felt very safe driving all over the country with him.

While doing long drives he pointed out so many interesting places. He also made sure we were comfortable.

The entire trip from start to finish was truly amazing. My only complaint (if you want to call it that), was that I was disappointed in our dinner with a local family (I was actually looking forward to this the most). We were told we could be in the kitchen and learn to prepare Moroccon food. It wasnt like that. The night was a bit awkward and the mom did not come out of the kitchen until after we ate. Our tour guide, me, my kids and , the dad ate together (the son was present but did not eat and the young daughter was too shy). It was not an interactive meal. Our driver and the dad had a previous rapport and they spoke a lot together, but this made it awkward for my family. After dinner there was some music and a little dancing and the mom did Henna on me and my daughter. Overall, this night was extremely disappointing.

Please know that the rest of the trip ws amazing! We travel a lot and this was pretty much in our top three favorite trips! We have NEVER done a tour before and this made the trip so relaxing. As the mom and typical vacation planner in the family, I did not have to worry about anything!! So fun!!

HIGHLIGHTS:

Sahara desert--amazing!!
The Blue CIty -wonderful!!

The people in Morocco were so friendly and helpful. We felt very safe throughout our trip. People do try to sell you things EVERYWHERE so even looking and browsing is difficult as the shopkeepers keep trying to sell you things. That was a turn off to me, especially in the rug shops, fabric shops, etc.

If you are not interested in rugs and larger items I would recommend skipping those tours as they are all about the sales.
The tannery tour was informative and the tour guide did not hound us to by things.

Go to MOROCCO and have fun!!!

The online assistance and planning we received from Hassan was very prompt and helpful. We had a timeframe of 8 days and Hassan designed a travel itinerary that met every requirement and offered a fantastic schedule.

The online assistance and planning we received from Hassan was very prompt and helpful. We had a timeframe of 8 days and Hassan designed a travel itinerary that met every requirement and offered a fantastic schedule.
He arranged for a driver to meet us on arrival in Tangiers and accompany us throughout our tour through Chefuan then on to Fes. Then up to the high Atlas mountains to Bin El Ouidane then Marrakech and Casablanca.
We stayed in a variety of hotels and Riads all of which were a high standard very clean and comfortable. The workmanship in the interiors of the riads is extraordinary. Our favorite hotel was the El Minzah Hotel in Tangier.
Our driver Mohammed met us at the airport. From arrival he was welcoming, helpful and efficient. Nothing was a problem to him. We spent the next 7 days in his hands as he guided us through busy cities, long highways, crazy traffic around the crowded market areas and historical sites. Each step of the way he explained the history and relevance of various sites and cities. We had many questions and he provided very thorough explanations for all or queries.
He drove us up high winding mountain roads and explained the various changes in sights and scenery. He is an excellent driver. We always felt safe and he maintained time schedules we discussed before we set off each day. We would thoroughly recommend Mohamad as your driver / tour guide.
In Fes, Hakim was our tour guide for the medina & markets. Hakim was an excellent very friendly & fun guide. He had an excellent knowledge and assisted us greatly.
In Marrakesh we had another Mohammed as our guide. He was again extremely knowledgeable, helpful,friendly & fun.
We would highly recommend both Hakim and Mohammed for anyone travelling to Fes and Marrakesh.

Thank you for your arrangements Hassan. We had the best possible trip and we strongly recommend KIM KIM for a Morroco adventure.
Also a special thanks to Mohammad our driver /tour guide throughout the journey. Hope we can do it again sometime Mohammed.

We had an amazing time in Morocco. We were able to fully customize our itinerary to exact dates and flights, and we were easily accommodated when we arrived late. Tours and accommodations were excellent, and we had enough free time/flexibility to do some additional activities and explore.
Our driver, Soufiane, was a superstar! He was patient, kind, safe, friendly, and unbelievably helpful. It was our first time in Morocco (two female friends on our own), and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. We recommend him 100%.

This was fabulous- our guide was extremely knowledgeable and all the places we visited were very interesting- even though it was 46 degrees!! The shady Medina with its maze of lame ways would be daunting without a guide. Our guide was aware of our pace and paused so we could take in various aspects of our journey, and knew so much about all.
