What you'll do
Purifying, relaxing, and rejuvenating spa experiences are a central part of Spain's history, and today you'll indulge in this traditional ritual but with a modern twist. You'll enjoy a relaxing day at the Aire Ancient Baths, a luxurious spa that offers traditional bathing techniques from Roman, Greek, and Ottoman cultures. You'll start with the spa's classic 90-minute water circuit, soaking in several pools of various temperatures, including a floating salt bath and a soothing hydrotherapy jet pool.
Continue to the aromatherapy steam room for a fragrant sensory experience, and take a break in the rest area, where you can unwind on heated marble benches and enjoy a cup of tea. End with a 30-minute couples' massage, focusing on areas of tension in the neck, shoulders, and back, before rinsing off and refreshing with a glass of cava or fresh-squeezed juice.
