Excellent tour through the alleys and narrow streets of Venice, showing all of the sites and ending in the Piazza San Marco. Susie was the best.

Outstanding tour with Alecia. Sienna was beautiful and unexpected. The wine tasting lunch was a real highlight - we never new Chianti could taste so good and be so varied, and the lunch served with each glass was one of the best meals we had in Italy. Exceptional tour.

Probably the most fun tour of our entire trip. Small group of friendly people, with a crew that knew how to have fun and take us to all the most interesting places to swim. Amalfi and Positano were beautiful, and the entire view of the coast from the sea with a pleasant breeze keeping us cool and comfortable was wonderful, as were the complimentary glasses of prosecco and our panini lunch. Would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour. Pompeii had so much more to see than we had imagined. Natalia was an excellent tour guide showing us so many interesting things, while constantly avoiding all the crowds. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Amazing tour of the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica with Giovanna. It's so impressive, with so much more than just the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel (which of course was awe-inspiring, as was Michaelangelo's Pieta). Superb time.

Excellent location and breakfast! Loved our little balcony in our room and beds were comfortable.

LOVED this hotel in Amalfi!!! The location was incredible and the view was stunning. Would 1000% stay here again!

This was one very long and extended due to the fact that we could not go to St Peters square that day. So it felt like the rest of the tour was extended so that we still hit 3 hours. Wish we learned more about the Vatican and what it is over standing outside staring at a picture of the Sistine Chapel's ceiling for 30 min.

Okay apartment but better for smaller groups given the layout. The main challenge was the bathrooms did not have doors in 2 of the bedrooms making sharing hard and the sink was outside of the bathroom. There were also some places that seemed to have mildew. The spaces are were overall small and we ended up just keeping some of our luggage in the living room. Beds were comfortable, the outdoor area was lovely, great location. The manager was very helpful with recommendations , trouble shooting, helping us organize transportations, etc. We really appreciated his help during the trip.

Great hotel with lovely grounds. Evening restaurant is just okay but we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Small family owned winery that was in an amazing scenic location. Our guide was so sweet and the tour and tasting was small and intimate. We really enjoyed ourselves.

A must do! So beautiful. We were able to swim twice and had free time on Capri to explore and eat at the seaside restaurants.

Loved the Herodion! We had the pleasure of staying in the apartment with an incredible view of the Parthenon! Absolutely wonderful apartment! The rooftop bar and restaurant was excellent!

We had a fun day on the small group Santorini Highlights Tour. I recommend taking this tour on your first full day in Santorini as it gives you a good overview of the island.

Very much enjoyed the Pompeii Tour. Our only criticism is that it should be longer as there is really so much to see and learn. After the tour, we visited Mount Vesuvius and climbed to the crater. We give the visit to the winery five stars--the wine and food were absolutely excellent!

Fun evening with our food tour guide. At the start of the tour, I explained my dietary restrictions and they were able to accomodate me on short notice.

Informative visit. We had previously visited Pompeii so it was interesting to discuss and compare the two civilizations.

Very good hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Guests must walk about 100 meters to the hotel which is important to know for people who may have mobility problems.

This was a very fun experience. Would do it again.

The rooms were our nicest of the trip. However, we had an unforgettable experience with one of the managers when one of us accidentally broke a vase in the lobby. This was a very freak thing, and completely accidental, but the manager informed us we’d be responsible for ‘property damage.’ He phoned at 10:15 PM to discuss the issue-we had traveled all day and were both asleep. The issue was eventually resolved, later in the week, with a payment from us. I must suggest not booking this hotel in the future.

Loved the location . The restaurant was excellent. We appreciated having room service when one of us wasn’t feeling well.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Very aware of dietary needs for the wonderful breakfast.

Our Captain, Marco was fantastic! He was kind and knowledgeable about all the sites you can only see from the water. He told us of many different things we could chooses from on Capri for the 3 hours we were there.

We had a driver (he didn't speak english) it was a little confusing in the beginning but we figured it out. We upgraded our expereince to a small group guide instead of the head phone self guided tour. And we are glad we did!!! Pompeii is enormous and it was a wonderful experience with the tour guide.

BIG room, great sitting area. Too bad we were only there one night. Close to public transportation and rental cars. Restaurants were near. Ohio from Nigeria was very helpful!

Very centrally located! Tucked away and quiet. Completely new and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and the young woman who served was extremely gracious. She wa from the Phillipines. Linzane was her name?

Location!!! The best. Our room - kind of small and tight, but serviceable. Maybe because we had had two really nice rooms ahead of this one.

Gorgeous room with view of the sea. Private "beach" area at the bottom of the cliff. Morning breakfast outside overlooking the sea. Cocktails at night, too.

Elena was really good! Knew her history and gave us a fantastic restaurant recommendation. The only thing we wished is that we could have left for Venice a little earlier. We aren't much for shoppers so had a couple extra hours there that we didn't need.

Sara was perfect - she not only introduced us to Cicchetti, but all of Venice. Being born and raised, she took us down side streets, gave us the history, and also points about Venice of today! We loved talking travel and motherhood with her, too.

Tulio Bondi!! Do this....so much fun! He is a hoot and so smart. Has been on the Food Network and trains apprentices from around the world. Plus...it's the best gelato in Italy!

Saura took the best care of us! She shared all about Manarola - gorgeous and fascinating history! She took us places we wouldn't have know were there. We then learned how to take the train....and went to Monterosso. Loved the winery experience and shopping a bit in the city. She introduced us to a chickpea flat bread, that was delicious. We did go to Riomaggiore, but quite frankly, it wasn't needed. We had had the best time in the other two....and it was busy and just lots of shopping. We could have headed back to Florence earlier. (Or even better to The Campanelle Winery - our next day's excursion - to stay for the next two nights!)

We woke up in Florence after coming back from Cinque Terre the previous day. It was a day excursion and we LOVED the first winery - Capannelle!! What a gorgeous place and amazing experience with Christina. Magical!! Ricardo was our fantastic driver. Loved talking with him. He took us to Greve for lunch and that was wonderful, too. We went to a second winery, but it paled in comparison to the first. More commercial and slooooow. We decided to skip the tour portion (we waited and waited to begin) and head back to Florence as it was almost 5:30 and we had left at 8:00. In hindsight, we wished that we had checked into the Capannelle Winery Inn after Cinque Terre, woken up to the breakfast and tour, then had another night there to enjoy the pool and walk the countryside. We ended up in the car a bit more than we needed?? This was the only thing we would have changed about the whole trip!!

Pompeii is mind blowing, especially with Mario explaining everything!

We arrived around 9:30 and decided to just enjoy the harbor area. We were near the end of the trip and kind of tired of big crowds. We enjoyed coffee and pastries...and later had lunch. People who went up (the LONG line ) of the funicular enjoyed the garden and shopping. We got on the boat around 1:15 and the skies cleared and it was FANTASTIC! No blue grotto due to tides, but the rest, including swimming was wonderful! Loved it. Food included was a ciabatta bun with tomato and mozzarella. Fruit cup later, chips, wine, beer, limoncello. Fun!

Chiro was smart about our trip! Took us directly to Amalfi before the crowds arrived. It was lovely to be in the square and feel the peace before the chaos (which we saw when we came down from Ravello. Ravello was our favorite! Gorgeous villa, gardens, square and quiet shopping. We headed to our Limoncello experience next, which went from about 12:30 - 3:30. Chiro squeezed Positano in at the end....and we wished we would have skipped it. We were on a high after our Limoncello experience and the 5 course gourmet lunch. It had been the PERFECT ending to our trip!! Instead we walked through a very crowded Positano just to see it. Hindsight, for us, not needed. Got back to Sorrento about 6:30. Long day.

So... you think you are going to learn about lemons and taste it, but Chef Fiore takes it to a whole other level. A tour and information about his lemon garden at his rental home, then back to make some Limoncello as a group, followed by a 4/5 course gourmet meal....each course having a bit of lemon in it! We had no idea that we were going to get a meal like that!! The food just kept coming. :-) And the view - incredible!! Perfect final touch to our trip!

Both of the cantina's were lovely. The 1st stop was at Fasol Menin and they provided an incredible spread to have along with our Prosecco tasting. The lunch that Deborah set up for us was at Trattoria Alla Cima and was a beautiful and scenic restaurant and the lunch was delicious.

This was a very fun and informative tour. we learned so much about truffles that we did not know. The owner clearly loved what he does. This was an enjoyable afternoon.

We toured Murano and Burano for a 1/2 day. It was the perfect amount of time. Very interesting and scenic islands and well worth the visit.

We visited Tenute Asinari dei Marchesi di Gresy and Azienda Agricola Marrone. Lunch was at Osteria Disguido and was really delicious! The wineries were excellent and the tours informative.

This was a 6 hour private tour of the Lake Como region. Our guide, Nathalie, was informative and they took us to several areas of the lake, pointing out important landmarks and villas along the way.

We ate our way through Napoli with Melissa - so much fun! She was knowledgeable about all the great food and the city.

Adriana was a knowledgeable and fun guide. Highly recommend her!

Columba was a flexible and lovely guide. She made the day terrific!

We had so much fun on beautiful Capri with Antonio. The days activities were fantastic.

Too many problems to mention them all but almost everything about this hotel from the design/furnishings, advertising, cleanliness, customer service were all inadequate - from poor to inattentive. Dirty floors due to flaking of the walls (they say it is the proximity to the sea) leaving dirty floors, all furnishings that were uncomfortable at best and cheap (think low end IKEA), a website and actual pricing that provides a junior suite with a "Juliet balcony" that is smaller then the full balcony for a lesser room. Look at the website and description and see if it is full of balcony pictures, virtually no pictures or mention of a "Juliet balcony". But you all have a same size bedroom, a no working coffee machine, a relatively functionnaly useless/uncomfortable downstairs but wait, you get a window just above the sea level. Better hope you are at least 5 foot 2 inches if you want to see anything but some sky. The staff was indifferent at best, it your fault a worst. Customer beware.

Meet exceptions given our lateness looking for a room. No real view and right on the Roda but surprisingly quite. Otherwise very good location, tastefully and functionally well done and Alberto was an excellent host pn all aspects.

Authentic, historic, tastefully decorated bed-and-breakfast, with truly gracious staff. Staying here gave us a sense of Venice's history and present.

Seeing Venice from the water at night is incredibly special. Our gondolier was very friendly and an expert at navigating the canals.

We were only able to see the Doge's Palace (and the exterior of St Marks) as our schedule changed. But it is totally worth having a private guide through this remarkable building.

We got to see a master of the glass-making art develop a centerpiece while we were there, which was truly amazing. Wish we could have afforded to buy it. ;)

This group tour took us through the Rialto area to try foods and experiences we wouldn't have otherwise tried. Our guide was delightful, and it was fun to experience this with a group of interesting (and interested) people.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. With the private gate going in, we were stunned. Also the high ceilings in the room and everything just looked very beautiful! Also a great location near the center square. Staff was very nice.

This was by far the highlight of our entire trip in Italy. Hotel is in a beautiful spot with gorgeous views. We were absolutely stunned to find out that our room was upgraded to have a private balcony with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the ocean. It was beautiful. Also, the two-hour free wine happy hour was incredible, and the breakfast buffet was the best one we had in Italy. The only issue with this hotel is that it can get very busy during check-in, and it took a long time before we got to our room, and we had to carry out own bags because there wasn't enough staff available to help us. But otherwise, this was a great experience.

This was a beautiful hotel. We loved the architecture. It was very difficult to find though because the street is closed down, so we had to walk with our luggage down a very small street to find it. There needs to be a bigger sign or something because it took us about 30 minutes to find it. But the room was really nice and the hotel inside is beautiful. Also the staff was really nice. It is in a great spot in Naples. Right in the middle of all the action.

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. The owners of the farm were so funny and nice, and explained everything so well. The tour was awesome to learn about all the agriculture in Italy. The food and wine were amazing as well. The actual owner of the farm made all the food farm to table. It was so great. Also, the owners picked us up at the last minute near our hotel because we had to switch dates due to the weather, which was very nice of them. Highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide was amazing!

This was an amazing tour. We loved Luciana, we actually had her for two of our tours this week. The Castle was amazing and we got a tour and wine tasting from the actual owner of the castle which was awesome. Highly recommend this tour. Also lunch and wine was very good.

This day trip was incredible. Luciana who is the owner of the company took us on this tour. Everything was great. We got to see 4 places instead of three and made it to Pisa. I think it was a little rushed, but we didn't mind. We could have just done 3 spots and spent a little more time in each of them instead of going to a 4th spot. I also liked how we took the boat at first and then switched to the trains, because the boat ride was very rocky and sometimes, we get seasick. The lunch was one of the best meals we had in Italy. Luciana is an extremely great tour guide and provides a great experience. We loved this day.
