Our room was extremely clean, and a great size with a huge private balcony. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly. Hotel is also an easy 7-minute walking distance to the Sorrento district which is full of shops and restaurants.

Cinque Terre was amazing

Great history tour.

Finding the entrance to Palazzo Tasso was a bit confusing at first, but fortunately the hotel’s website included helpful instructions on how to access it from a nearby side street. Once we arrived, we found the location to be excellent. Tucked away on a quieter street but just steps from Piazza Tasso, it offered both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Palazzo Tasso is a straightforward hotel, with a reception desk and guest rooms but no common areas for socializing or relaxing. That suited us perfectly, as we stayed there toward the end of our trip and were mostly looking for a comfortable place to recharge after long days of exploring. Our room had several thoughtful features that we especially appreciated, including keyless entry with a code instead of a traditional key, a balcony overlooking the main street, a spacious shower, and a high-quality Dyson hair dryer. Those details made our stay feel both easy and comfortable. Overall, Palazzo Tasso was a great base for enjoying everything Sorrento has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at Imperati Suites. While it is not located right in the middle of town, the location was still very manageable and offered a nice balance of convenience and tranquility. It is close enough to the road that arriving with luggage was easy and did not require navigating too many stairs. Getting to the beach was straightforward, with several routes to choose from. We especially enjoyed taking the longer path, which involved fewer stairs and offered beautiful views along the way, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. Katia was incredibly welcoming and always available to answer questions or help with anything we needed during our stay. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. However, the highlight of our stay was waking up each morning to the stunning view and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was the perfect way to start the day and one of our favorite memories from Positano.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mignon. The location was excellent - just a short walk from Piazza Tasso - and we loved having a market and bank nearby within walking distance, which made everything incredibly convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. Every area felt clean and inviting throughout our stay - especially the dining and outdoor areas. While the rooms are not large, they are thoughtfully designed and make great use of the space. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. As Americans visiting during the summer, we especially appreciated how well the air conditioning worked! We would absolutely stay at Hotel Mignon again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

The private hike along the Path of the Gods was another highlight of our trip to Italy. Our guide, Vincenzo, was fantastic. He was engaging, easy to understand, and struck the perfect balance between sharing information and simply letting us enjoy the experience. He pointed out interesting sights along the trail, matched our pace perfectly, and shared stories about both Italian culture and his own life, which made the four-hour hike pass surprisingly quickly. We hiked from Agerola to Nocelle and then continued on to Montepertuso, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The scenery was absolutely stunning throughout. Some of our favorite moments included seeing herds of goats on the mountainside, passing residents tending their gardens, and walking the same paths that donkeys traveled centuries ago. We also loved stopping at the lemonade stand in Nocelle and seeing the walkways that locals still use to travel between Nocelle and Montepertuso. As fans of Nicki Positano’s YouTubevideos, it was especially fun to recognize many of the views and landmarks we had seen online. This is not an easy hike, so we were very glad that we brought hiking shoes and plenty of water. That said, the effort was more than worth it. After finishing the hike, lunch at Ristorante Il Ritrovo in Montepertuso was the perfect reward and a wonderful way to end an incredible experience. We would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking to experience the Amalfi Coast beyond the beaches and town centers.

This full-day boat excursion to Capri was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Having experienced it firsthand, we now fully appreciate the value of taking a private boat directly from Sorrento rather than navigating the ferry to Capri and joining a tour from there. The experience was seamless, relaxing, and allowed us to enjoy the island from an entirely different perspective. Our guides, Mario and Rafaello, struck the perfect balance of being welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable without ever feeling intrusive. We had already spent time exploring Capri by taxi a few days earlier, but seeing the island from the water was a completely different experience. They pointed out the various coves and took us to the quieter side of the island that we had not yet discovered. One of our favorite moments was being able to jump into the crystal-clear water and cool off during the day. The leisurely lunch on the island’s quieter side was exactly what we needed and provided a perfect break from the busier tourist areas. This excursion gave us some of our favorite memories from Italy, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast.

This hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the canal for convenient water taxi transportation. It was close to excellent restaurants, yet far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Our room featured large windows overlooking one of the few private gardens in the area, providing a beautiful and tranquil view.

Located in the heart of Florence, this hotel was spacious, clean, and perfectly situated for exploring the city. Being right next to the square was incredibly convenient, although it was a bit louder in the evening than I would have preferred. The breakfast room was fantastic, and the croissants were absolutely delicious—the perfect way to start each day.

Our room was quiet, clean, and centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

This tour was definitely helpful in understanding the rich history of Florence. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job bringing the city's history to life. The experience gave us a much deeper appreciation for Florence and its incredible cultural heritage.

It was clear that our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and well educated on the subject. She shared a wealth of fascinating information throughout the tour and even extended our time together to show us a few additional sites. My husband asked plenty of questions, and she answered every one with confidence and depth. Her expertise and enthusiasm made the experience both informative and enjoyable, and we left with a much greater appreciation for the history and culture.

Matteo was a fantastic guide and introduced us to a less touristy part of the city, where we were able to experience some of the region's most delicious and authentic foods. It was such a fun and flavorful experience and a wonderful way to explore neighborhoods we might never have discovered on our own. We also enjoyed meeting some of the local people who live and work in the area, which made the tour feel even more authentic. This was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our trip.

Throughout the tour, Andreas shared fascinating insights into the local culture and history at every stop. In Lucca, we learned about the village's rich past, visited the home associated with the story of Pinocchio, and explored the lively market square that was once an ancient Roman gladiatorial arena. We then enjoyed lunch and a wine tasting at Fattoria Enzo Carmignani, where our gracious hostess introduced us to several excellent white and red wines. It was a very different experience from the smaller, family-owned winery we had visited a few days earlier, giving us an appreciation for another side of Tuscany's wine culture. The day concluded in Pisa, which was the highlight of the tour. Andreas provided an in-depth history of the Leaning Tower, explaining both the era in which it was built and the remarkable engineering efforts that have preserved it over the centuries. His enthusiasm, expertise, and storytelling made this one of the highlights of our visit to Tuscany.

Elena was so engaging, friendly, and welcoming. She shared so much about the local culture and history, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. Burano was an absolute gem and was definitely the biggest surprise of our trip. As we traveled through the canals, Elena pointed out each of the islands we passed and was a wealth of knowledge about them. Her enthusiasm and expertise made this one of the highlights of our visit to Venice. The perfect ending of our week in Italy.

While Siena and San Gimignano were both amazing medieval villages to explore, the highlight of the day was our private winery tour and lunch with Martina and her family. The homemade food and Chianti were absolutely delicious, and the setting was breathtaking—like stepping into an Italian painting. It was a truly authentic and unforgettable experience that we will always remember.

We learned so much about the history of ancient Rome on this tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and engaging. Her passion for the subject made the experience even more enjoyable, and we came away with a much deeper appreciation for the history of Rome.

The best meal we ate in all of Italy was the cooking class meal we had here! Such a fun experience as well as delicious. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what to say about the restaurant though as our first night’s dinner was so salty neither of us could finish our meals. It made me want to cancel the second night’s meal , but I’m glad we didn’t as the second night’s dinner was delicious. Comfortable rooms and a lovely swimming pool was very relaxing. Gravel walkways to some of the rooms, so if you have trouble walking, select a room carefully

It was nice to have a private boat tour, but we were in one of the taxi boats which are partially enclosed. It’s tricky for those with physical problems to get to the opened back or it’s a little crowded to stay up front with driver. But we did get a very knowledgeable tour guide who went out of the way to make sure we went by something that is special to me.

They no longer allow golf carts in the heart of Florence, so we did Fiesole. There were nice views, but the main museum was closed. Went to alternate museum that was very small and not well air conditioned. I’d skip this golf cart tour. There were nice views on way up to Fiesole, but not really worth it

Great experience, particularly if you can’t walk well or are in Rome during a heat wave.

Best meal we had in all of Italy!

We loved this tour! Only suggestion is to cut down on the a,punt of food or spread it out over a longer period of time

It got the job done and we needed the location. It was fine for a night. It was trying to be very minimalist, but unfortunately it tipped over the line of actually being lacking. Usually hotels have some information in the room about how to change the temp, how to reach the front desk by phone (there was no phone), and available food and services. This had nothing. Not a QR code, no paper info, nothing. The gentleman who checked us in was abrupt and was being overtly rude to his co-worker. The food at the restaurant was OK, but certainly overpriced for what it was and the cafeteria style of service.

Wonderful space with a perfect location. My only issue was that we were on the very top floor, I think because we needed a larger room, and the windows in this space are tiny and high up. For such a stunning location, I really would have preferred to be able to see the view from this hotel as it was raised up over the street level. Unfortunately we could barely see glimpses of the faraway hillsides and it felt dark.

Beautiful and clean. A/C was so good! The pool is gorgeous and they are very friendly. I loved their breakfast. The only negative is that the restaurant was a bit disappointing. For the cost, I expected better. The food was either bland or over-salted. The breakfast was great, but the disappointing aspect was lunch and dinner. We sought those meals elsewhere.

I am so glad we did this! Our whole family had so much fun nd we learned some very helpful skills. We have already used them at home.

This was great, although it was much longer than we had expected. We weren't done until about 9:45pm. We were exhausted and feeling quite done with the whole thing by the end.

This was one of my favorite things from the whole trip. Our guide was fun, and it was so much fun to zip around and see things this way. we all (kids included) loved this so much!

Our personal guide was so knowledgeable and kind. There was a heat wave going on and she was so considerate in trying to help us stay comfortable. She was wonderful.

We booked this ourselves through Viator. This was not a Kimkim service and they had nothing to do with this reservation. That being said, this was supposed to be breakfast tour and promised less crowded viewing and it was anything but that. Full crowds and chaos. I would not book this again.

Average hotel, far walk from center of town

Was so fast and the boat rower didn’t acknowledge us or answer any of our questions. He was texting and on the phone the whole time.

Spent way too much time on the island of Capri and not enough time on the water swimming and seeing the grottos. We as a group wanted to spend less time in Capri and more time on the water and the staff said no.

Great location, wonderful staff and rooftop restaurant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to a frienc.

We were disappointed that the description of the itinerary included entrance to the Duomo, only to find out that it was not open on the day of our tour. Our guide said that the tour operators knew this, and should not have advertised it as open.

I wish I had known that St. Peter's Basillica would be closed by the time our tour ended. I would have arranged to have made a separate visit there during it's open hours. I was disappointed that we did not get to have this as part of the tour, but I did have the time of the tour, so I could have done some better investigation and planning ahead of time.

Larger group, but the guide was very knowledgeable.

This hotel could not have been a better location to enjoy the Dolomites and Ortisei. The staff were wonderful and professional and helped us find the gondolas for 2 days of hiking. The food at breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. We loved this hotel

It was very crowded and so an arranged tour was invaluable.

The tour guide Paola was wonderful. We loved learning all about the history of Florence. We would never have understood this on our own. She gave us tips on other museums and churches to see on our own in Florence.

We loved our tour of the Uffizi. Definitely worth taking a tour rather than doing it on our own. The tour guide Lucia was wonderful and shared so much information we would never have understood on our own.

Both St Mark’s and the Doge palace were interesting places to visit. It was great to skip the lines to get into them. I would definitely do the tour again.

We didn’t have to wait in long lines and our guides were so knowledgeable about the art we were looking at. We would never have understood the art and architecture without their discussion.

This tour was interesting and explained parts of the city of Venice.
