Harris was so helpful and available to us whenever we needed, not to mention the itinerary he made us was beautiful! The locations of the hotels were unbeatable, and the prices were very good, I would absolutely recommend kimkim and Harris if you want a beautiful experience!

I would like to thank kimkim for making my honeymoon a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had a lot of things going on prior to the honeymoon with our wedding, but Harris made sure our experience was amazing. From the very beginning, he followed up with any changes we asked him to make and he also made some last-minute changes for us in regard to some tour changes that needed to be made. During our two-week stay in Italy and Greece, all of our transfers not only came on time but they actually came a few minutes early. Every meeting spot was detailed perfectly and throughout our trip, we could reach out to the support team and they helped us answer any questions. All of our tickets were printed out by the hotels prior to when we had to leave and we were in constant communication throughout the trip. I have recommended kimkim to many other friends already and will continue to let others know what a wonderful job they did. I will definitely be using them again if I plan another trip. If you're looking to have an enjoyable trip without any disruption, I will guarantee you that both kimkim and Harris are worth every penny!

Andrea was so helpful every step of the way. He planned what was truly a dream vacation for us. He took the time to understand the type of trip we were looking for and gave us great tips along the way. When our train travel was disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances he responded quickly and helped us find an alternate way to our next stop, and since our travel delay resulted in us missing one of our planned activities he came up with alternatives for us. Nothing can replace a local’s knowledge and wisdom and I highly recommend trusting Andrea with your trip if you’re coming to Italy!

My wife, Paula, and I knew we wanted to go to Italy for our first big post-Covid trip but had no idea where to begin. A Google search led us to kimkim, which led us to Andrea. I can't imagine planning this trip any other way. Andrea was so helpful in taking the time to get to know us and figure out what we would enjoy. He had answers to all of our questions and put together an itinerary that we were really excited for. Every detail was taken care of - hotels, train tickets, tour vouchers, private transfers - all of which were delivered to us in a beautiful PDF document that became our bible. The only thing we had to do was take care of the plane tickets and show up.

Not only was everything planned for us, but we received some much needed help on our trip in real time. Ready to take the train from Cinque Terre to Venice, we arrived to the train station to a fire and all trains were delayed. With a tour of Venice waiting for us upon arrival, Andrea put together a plan B and C in no less than 15 minutes to get us where we needed to go. The trains started running again in due time but we would have been clueless if we needed to figure something out on our own.

We had the trip of a lifetime thanks to kimkim and Andrea. We will definitely come back to kimkim for our next trip.

We had the best trip with the perfect mix of tours, activities and free time to explore with our teenage girls on their first trip to Europe. Our tour guide Sara in Venice, Giulia in Rome and Luiciano for the Capri tour were exceptional!
We LOVED the Limoncello day in Amalfi. The food tour and hotel roof top were definitely highlights in Naples, but if doing it over again we probably would skip Naples and stop in Florence instead.
Overall, great planning and we were so appreciative of Jessica being available quickly whenever we had questions.

We hadn't used an online travel agency before and were nervous about doing so, but our experience was great! Our specialist worked with us to plan a very customized trip and was very patient as we changed our mind on attendees and activities a couple times. That specialist left kimkim about a month before our trip, but kimkim quickly assigned another specialist who took great care of us.

With regard to our actual trip, it went very smoothly. We toured Venice, Florence, the Amalfi coast, and Rome. Our detailed itinerary contained almost everything we needed, and we were very pleased with almost all our accommodations. The few times we did have some questions or need clarification, we messaged kimkim and received quick and thoughtful responses.

The trip felt like it was very customized and personal rather than a package. Kimkim made helpful suggestions of what to see and do, and we have some great memories as a result!!

Our trip was amazing thanks to Eleni! She made all the accommodations and thought of everything ahead of time. She is a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend her! This is our second trip with kimkim and we will continue to use them for all our needs!

Great communication throughout. Cosmic and effective planning with the mainstay of our trip coordinator at my end (my partner), although I was kept in the loop all along. KimKim appeared to have access to a a troupe of excellent drivers with great quality luxury vehicles - this appeared more impressive at the beginning of our journey however. Would not hesitate to use these guys again or recommend to others.

Awesome. Valentina, our guide was the best. So happy to have her and our driver spend the day with us. I feel bad as I didn’t know if we were supposed to tip our food guide or not at end. I didn’t and now feel guilty. Only recommendation for improvement is to avoid prosciutto factory and samples before lunch. Them immediately go to lunch and first food served is more prosciutto. Just a lot of cured meats in a row.

This hotel is very small, which was nice. Our room was small as well, but had good storage and we loved that we could cool down the room as it was very hot in Rome. The room was clean and modern. I would advise giving very clear instructions on how to find the hotel (look for the panel and ring up to the room, follow signs to the elevator) - we arrived when the street was very crowded and it was so hard to find what to do. Staff was helpful when we had questions.

Tasos was very helpful. Our trip turned out to be even more amazing than I imagined. All of our tours were either private or had no more than 2 people from another party which was awesome. Our drivers always only had my family of 4 in the vehicle and were always on time. I did wish the itinerary was more clear on when we had to find our own ride. But when I asked Tasos he was responsive and answered all of my many questions. I think next time I use Kimkim I'll be more familiar with their itinerary formatting. Our most favorite part was the Amalfi Coast and the private boat tour. There's nothing we would have changed in our trip. Highly recommend Kimkim and look forward to working with Tasos again.

Our trip to Sicily that Sonia set up for us was first class all the way. From the drivers who picked us up at the airport in Palermo to every hotel Sonia booked for us. Our itinerary was the perfect balance of scheduled events and free time. Our hotels were perfect, and included boutique hotels in interesting locations. Also included were interesting attractions we may want to see on our own.

It is comforting to get off the plane and see your concierge holding a card with your name on it, and meet your driver to be whisked off to your hotel. Every meeting point in every town went off without a hitch. We loved Marco who drove us for 3 days. He was like family by the end.

One of the highlights from our trip was a cooking class in Palermo. It was a fantastic experience with hand on shopping in the market and cooking with Chef Michael of The Sicilian Pantry.

I would not hesitate to use KimKim for any trip in the future!

Our trip was perfection, from landing to departing. Well planned, drivers on time, guides on time and educated at each destination where Pompeii, Naples or Rome...we can away from each guided tour with so much knowledge!

Our hotels were perfecto, thank you Andrea...all in City centers, all with easy to access transportation. Hotel staff in all three hotels, Naples, Positano and Rome were very nice.

We had 4 separate local tours arranged by KimKim for our week long stay in Milan, each one on a different day and with a different local guide. We did the Navigli tour, a day trip to Como, guided Last Supper tour and tour of Brera district. Only one tour was done with a small group of 3 couples, the rest were just us and a dedicated guide. All 4 guides spoke English and only one spoke less fluently. And he was the least 'able' of the 4 guides we had. We just felt that he lacked experience in stewarding a tour group. The other 3 guides were great - they were attentive and pointed out interesting stuff to us. We really like Gianluca who guided us for the Last Supper tour, and for our metro ride to get around Milan; he helped us to be watchful of pickpockets. Also tour of the Pinocoteca with Lorenza was very good. And when the trip ended, she made sure that we got to the taxi rank to get our taxi back to our destination which was very nice of her. While Nicoletta (at KimKim) was our planner before we arrived at Milan, Jessica was our local contact (via WhatsApp) at KimKim and she was ALWAYS online to answer our concerns - like when we couldn't locate our guide at the meeting point for the day etc. So overall, we had a very good experience with KimKim and with the local tours.
However, the tours in total cost quite a bit and we didn't check if we could have gotten a better price had we planned the 4 individual tours ourselves without getting an intermediary like Kimkim to organise for us. The trip to Milan was planned in a rush which was why we decided to use KimKim instead of planning it ourselves. We were very keen to see the LAST SUPPER and that seemed to be the most challenging tour (with a guide) to organise on our own. And we were glad to have Gianluca for that tour. Perhaps that makes it all worthwhile.

It's amazing to see this piece of masterwork in its context, even if the piece is so decayed. And then follow up by going to the Pinocoteca to see a little of how old masterpieces are restored.

We travelled about guided by our guide - so we chose the metro. We would not have opted for public transport without a guide due to pickpocketing concerns.

Our Italy trip was amazing! We had exceptional service from every person we encountered.
It was our first time in Italy and we wanted to visit Venice, Florence, Positano, and Rome. Fabio designed a perfect travel plan and chose top notch hotels and tours. He was happy to make changes and work within the budget we gave him. Alessia, our lead concierge, was attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to help locate and retrieve some lost luggage. She was so kind and communicated with us daily to make sure our vacation was going well and to review our itinerary for the following day. Our transfers from city to city were easy and stress free. Every concierge was pleasant and eager to help. I knew from the moment we arrived that we were in good hands and that I wouldn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend the kimkim team and will definitely use them again!

First I’ll say that Harris is wonderful. From the beginning he worked so well with me and was so patient during the back and forth planning process. He kept in mind our budget but still was able to fit in everything that we requested.

Florence was the first city we visited. Our day trip to Sienna and the cooking class were the highlights! The city of Florence was beautiful and historic. Highly recommend seeing if you live history and art. Our accommodations at Hotel Ottantotto were not in the city center but for us they were in a perfect location. It was within walking distance to all the main attractions of the city but still in a less busy part of town with wonderful restaurants very close by.

Next we went to Naples by train. We had a seamless day of travel planned by Harris. I will say that Naples was our least favorite city we visited; however, our accommodations at the Amadomus Luxury Suites made up for the city not being our favorite. The city is overwhelming with people and vehicles and so dirty but our suite was our own personal retreat! It was nice to just be able to spend time relaxing in a very high tech and plush hotel suite. The view of Mt. Vesuvius from the room was also a nice perk! The highlight from this part of the trip was our day trip to Pompeii and Herculaneum! Highly recommend seeing those sites with a private knowledgeable guide.

The final part of our trip was spent touring the Amalfi Coast. We stayed in Sorrento at an apartment with Marina Piccola 73 and the view from our balcony was stunning. Perfect location! We spent 4 days exploring and relaxing on the coast. Highly recommend this location. For future travelers we would probably recommend skipping Naples and taking a day trip from Sorrento to Pompeii since it is still very close. You have to take a day trip to Capri and see the blue grotto and jumping in the freezing Mediterranean off of the boat on our final day of the trip is a memory we’ll always cherish.

This trip was perfect for us. All of the transitions between cities were seamlessly planned. Our accommodations were all great for the locations we were in. There were plenty of great recommendations for places to visit and eat in our detailed trip plan for each city. And the Kimkim team was super responsive during our trip when we had questions and needed help. We cannot recommend planning your vacation through this site enough and if you get the chance to work with Harris you won’t be disappointed!

Our only complaint from this hotel is that the air conditioner didn’t work. We were able to sleep with the windows open but otherwise it would have been a miserable hot 4 nights sleep. The location was perfect for us and the room was nice and clean.

This hotel is so plush. Very modern and high tech. We spent several hours watching Netflix from the bathtub on a mirror TV in the bathroom. Our view included Mt. Vesuvius.

We stayed in the apartment with this hotel. While the room wasn’t the newest and most updated we stayed in, it was clean and the view was amazing. We also appreciated having a washing machine during the final days of our 12 day vacation. Perfect location in the middle of the marina.

This was in a cooking school so the charm of taking a cooking class in Tuscany was missing. This was our favorite day of the trip. We loved the boat ride and being able to swim from the boat! The atmosphere was perfect from the views, to the music on board, to the free flowing Prosecco!

We walked out of our building and could see the spot where we boarded our boat in the marina.

We had a wonderful tour of Italy. From the start Fabio was responsive, informative, and easy to work with. He helped plan an itinerary that allowed us to visit multiple destinations without feeling like we were rushing from one place to another. He also helped arrange tours and activities for all the members of our party from our youngest (10), to our two teenagers (14), and my wife and I. There was something for everyone and enough time left over for us to do some exploring on our own. Our concierge, Barbara, and local guides were all top notch (professional, informative, and fun). Overall a wonderful experience, with great memories.
