We really enjoyed our trip to Spain.
The hotels were awesome and in great locations. All of the guides were wonderful; we learned so much about the history and culture of Spain. I feel ike our local contacts could have checked in with us more, but, when we reached out to them they were very responsive.
The overall trip was great. Thank you!

Not as reassuring or immediate as the previous method of dedicated trip contacts throughout, and thru What's App. Trip time in Vigo was good. The NH hotel, although well appointed, was odd due to the fact that there were no windows in our room due to the hotel re-design around a former courtyard/skylight. Somewhat confining.

We had two excursions in Lagos but felt the second one that you planned was too similar to the first. We felt this should have been picked up by one of your staff and we could have ordered something different. Raquel was able to understand my needs, identify the appropriate schedule to maximize our experience.
To complicate things my wife fractured her foot. So last minute changes and bookings had to be made. The Kim Kim team made it happen.

The hotels were excellent overall, with just one exception on our final night in Madrid. That issue was related to the hotel staff, not the trip planning itself. Transportation & Guides:

We loved allllll our guides especially Nuria and the gentleman who took us to the amphitheater in Merida.
The buses were great- minus the pick up in Madrid- the man was a tad gruff with us. But we loved allllll our the sights and tours and guides

Guides were all good, their areas of expertise was very thorough. Accommodations for each city were great, each hotel had its own charm.
Kim Kim’s service was attentive and pretty much immediate. The only hicup we had was timing on our pickups from the train depot. We were able to arrange our own ride in Seville.

Recommendations were very good. The kids and the older folks enjoyed the trip.
Choice of hotels also was excellent.
Except for one driver, they were all quite accommodating . The tour guides were informative and also nice with the kids.

the hotels were all excellent choices
all but one of the guides were excellent, with the best guide in Malaga and the weakest in Granada
only issue was car service at Madrid airport and inability to contact driver
